Ji Hotel Orchard

1. The hotel location is superb, conveniently located with easy access to the MRT station.

2. All the staff whom I'd met throughout my stay at the hotel were all very friendly, courteous and helpful - from front desk to housekeeping teams.

3. Room is clean, beds are comfortable and facilities are adequate. The complimentary hand phone, in particular, was a pleasant surprise and comes in extremely handy for visitors who do not have data roaming service - it provides free local calls (useful to contact local friends while on the go), and most importantly, allow me to have access to useful travel apps (like google map and various MRT/public transport apps) on the go.

4. Overall, I enjoyed my stay with Innotel and will definitely earmark this hotel for my future visits to Singapore.

The hotel room was relatively smaller compared to other hotels we have stayed in Singapore. Maid and reception services were great. I would like to point out that we received help especially from Rajan, the concierge of the day. He was able to book our transportation from hotel to the cruise port and from cruise port to the airport at reasonable rates. Did not opt for the pricey breakfast in the hotel but made use of their coffee making machine. The toiletries were tiny and, fortunately, we brought our personal ones. Location is handy for public transportation and mall shopping.

Very good service, well appointed rooms and bathrooms. Great location and friendly staff.
Only downside, Breakfast is a bit of a non event.

Right from when we arrived at Innotel in the morning after a long night flight the receptionist checked us in early. That was a real luxury. Not only that we also asked for and received a later checkout for no charge. Another luxury. Thank you Innotel.
The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for luggage and the housekeeping did a fine job.
All staff were helpful and friendly.
For breakfasts we would have liked scrambled eggs and bacon every day.
The hotel is very handy to the MRT station that has three line options to board. Easy to get around.
Shops nearby and famous Orchard Road.
We rate Innotel 5 star.

Good location, near Dhouby Ghaut MRT and Plaza Singapura. Clean and has amenities. When I stayed, they have a handy hand phone to lend for city touring and call for free, very very surprising to me. But during my stay in early February 2018, I experience abit unpleasant thing, the hot water ceased to function for a minute when I shower around 11pm. I reported it to the front desk and they respond quickly.
By the next night, the hot water interruption lessened to around 3 second. Good enough?

Small but cozy rooms. Really close to the heart of the city, the central park and transport hub. The brewery up front is impressive in diversity and really neat.
FANTASTIC staff, really helpful and people oriented. Had a flight at midnight after we checked out and were really helpful and considerate

Nice clean hotel with all the amenities and friendly staff. Central location and within walking distance to Clarke Quey

Small hotel, very basic but very clean. The rooms are a bit on the smaller size, same as the rest of Singapore.
The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes away from Orchard St and all the shopping attractions.
The only down side was that the AC was blasting and the temperature didn't change that much when we dialed it down

Fairly basic room but clean and fairly modern. Bed was large and comfortable. Air con and to our surprise there was a mobile phone in the room which you can take out with you around the city yo get free data and WiFi. Also close to one of the main MRT underground stations. Overall very good value compared to other hotels in the city.
