The scene is truly mesmerizing. Compared to other hotels I’ve visited, the food here stands out for its variety and taste, making it a delightful culinary experience. The hotel staff, especially the officer, were incredibly helpful and polite, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Even though it’s very private, the hotel is located in the heart of the city. You can easily explore on foot, with numerous restaurants, bars, and attractions nearby to enhance your travel experience.”

We stayed there for 7 nights. Everything was perfect, service and staff were brilliant. Rooms are clean and spacious - but not much cupboards to store cloths etc (not much more to complain ;))A la carte breakfast concept is something different to other hotels, but we liked it as you still can try as much as you like. Location is great to get around on the island (rent a scooter!!!). We loved the infinity pool with ultimative sunset views.

Everything about this place was spot-on from the beautiful, cozy rooms with amazing views to the friendly, welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The pool and beach were perfect for relaxing, and the food was so delicious! Every meal felt like a treat. If you’re looking for the perfect place to unwind in Koh Chang, I’d highly recommend The Chill Resort. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything was fine. The staff was very nice, friendly and courteous. The room with pool access was great, the massage was good and the breakfast was delicious! Thanks to Maly!

First its a really quiet and relaxing atmosphere when you enter the Resort. The CheckIn is very smooth and good and the rooms are clean. The Staff is very kind and friendly and helps in every way. We had some issues with my husband being sick and they organiced the Transfer to and from the hospital for him without any charge.
I also booked the Resort because of the good reviews concerning the breakfast and food. So we tried for Lunch the BeefBurger with Fries and Coleslaw, but I was disappointed with the taste of the beef and the Salad, so I didnt order any other Food @ their Restaurant.
Breakfast was also average not high standard and the coffee was not very tasty.
With small kids and babys its not so good to choose because the Pools look very nice but the WoodTerrace around and the black Tiles when you enter the pool gets very very hot, you have to wear shoes all the time.
You can see the Resort needs some maintenance and update for the money they charge, especially on the woodfloor and tiles @ the pool and the rooms are clean but old and if the extra ventilator is not on it smells musty. The Beacharea is also not very nice and full with rocks and even SeaUrgins, and there are no sunbeds on the Beach as shown on some pictures, so we went further south to KaiBeaBeachResort where swimming and beach is great.

This is Chill on a luxury level. The settings of this resort is well thought through. From arriving at the grand entrance with extremely professional and accommodating staff, to the rooms and ending at the pool area and restaurant.
It's hard to choose another resort when staying at Koh Chang. For us, this is all we need. We're foodies that love tranquility and comfort as well as nice, friendly people.

Let’s start with the staff, they are all really worth 10 stars. So professional, kind and willing to help!! I hope the owner pays them well for without them Chill isn’t worth the money!
My opinion is that Chill is too expensive for what you get in all ways. Rooms, price on service and food. Actually some prices is more of a rip off.
But once again the people!!! They are great.
Same owner runs the The Reetreat hotel next by. It’s stylish and cool but priced for gangsters from Russia

We stayed at the chill for 7 nights during our Koh Chang visit and what a blessing! The people here are just the best! So sad to leave this place and the people who works here. They are the definition of kind and service minded. Smile all day. From the second we arrived to the second we checked out everything was just amazing. The women in the reception just simel and make us feel ao special. The team in the reception was 10/10, not to mention the team in the restaurant: Film and Pun are just the best, same with Nang who make the best coffee with a smile on his face, all day! And not to forgett Woody and the chef himself, Chat. They are all just the best. So sad to leave the fantastic people here!
Complimentary water and fresh fruits served poolside. Place has excellent maintenance, both pool/garden and inside rooms. Clean, organized and done with what seems like pride in the work. The room was not brand new - but how much time do you really spend in the room anyway. The bed was good, pillows and duver was also 10/10.
