I'm rating the hotel 2 stars because the door was opened despite the "do not disturb" sign on the room door. I consider this to be a minimum standard for every hotel. Several hotel employees subsequently entered the room and swapped furniture. A table and chairs were moved from the hotel room to the balcony. My belongings that were on it were scattered around the room, some of them on the floor. After 5 minutes, the disturbance was over, and I had to put everything away again. This shouldn't happen. I hope the hotel management reads this review and makes improvements as a result.

Comfortable beds, cleaning is not very good but the staff, the pool, the beach and the breakfast very nice! Easy and affordable to book a tour, motorbikes. Almost everybody speaks very good English. The Songkran was cool and fun. Nice clothes to buy and ok prices.

From the moment I asked to see.rooms prior to booking and extending my stay twice everything was great. Staff were fantastic, location great, and room was fine. Book a deluxe room with balcony in the main building would be my recommendation unless your on a tighter budget.

We only stayed one night at Cookies Ko Chang on the way from Ko Kut to Trat Airport, but were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The service was very friendly, the location on the best part of White Sand Beach was also very good. The beach restaurants and bars were in the immediate vicinity, but the hotel was still pleasantly quiet (at least in the rooms on the sea side, the hillside area is certainly a bit noisier because of the road). The gently sloping beach is ideal for swimming, and the view of the island's mountains is very beautiful. Our room was more than spacious and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. We didn't find the breakfast room particularly exciting, it urgently needs a remodel. The breakfast buffet wasn't outstanding, but it was OK. For people looking for a solid mid-range hotel with good value for money and a casual atmosphere, it's definitely a good choice. It's hard to find a better location on White Sand Beach for this price. We would check in here again in a heartbeat.

Just had 5 nights at Cookies Hotel and it was faultless. Location was great, rooms were clean and air conditioning worked brilliantly. Staff were lovely and helpful. No complaints whatsoever - great hotel on a great beach.

Great location on a beautiful beach with clear water. Pool is great....if you in a poolside room . Lovely on site restaurant and bar and literally a couple steps to the beach.

The hotel is decent,the first line and a small pool. Cleaning is so-so,but everything you need to give,the towels were changed every day. Breakfast is meager,but good enough. Why the rating is such because we lived in the building next to the pool, i.e. on the ground floor and all crawling and blood-sucking creatures were in our room. Even bug spray is not helps,and even at night in the walls (apparently there voids) were running and squeaking of a rat or mouse and was not to sleep. Overall liked the hotel.

The hotel is average, for the same money, lived on Klong Prao beach in great hotels when I came here, I felt the difference. Perhaps this is due to the fact that it is white sand. If not particularly bound to the location I recommend aana resort, klong prao resort and the bhu tarn. Read reviews on white sand this hotel is considered normal)

Was in September 2016. For the three stars is very bad. Cleaned every day. Lived in Standard over the road. Balconies. Breakfast in Thai style. Very nice pool with sea views.

Not a five star hotel but for its location the price is great. The hotel is across the road from the beach. There is another case which is on the shore, but it is more expensive. Every evening on the shore is very beautiful fire show.
