We spent 2 weeks with my daughter in this hotel. Good staff, always ready to help with a smile and really with desire. The location of the hotel is good, the first coastline. Good location, on the seashore. Lots of cafes nearby. Overall, I liked everything. But the hotel is a bit tired. The rooms are dark. The plumbing is leaking, they couldn't fix it, they put towels.

Do not book the standard rooms the cleanliness of the bathrooms is terrible. I complained and a day later they moved me to a superior room which was much nicer. Book a superior room. The hotel is very basic, the rooms are dirty, uncomfortable showers and cracks in the walls. The beach is very nice, probably the best thing about the hotel. Service is fast and friendly. The Gym is big and clean. Multiple Pools. Overall, it ain't a bad hotel, just more of a basic hotel.

We couldn’t have hoped for a better welcome! Care and attention from the staff was second to none - so friendly and accommodating. The Villa was sublime and the rest of the facilities were perfect. It really exceeded my expectations. The price-performance ratio is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. The villa has a super king-size bed and a large bathroom. A little out of the main area of Lamai, but still good accommodation, the staff are all very welcoming and friendly, special mention to the pool bar staff, who were wonderful to us during our stay, making sure we were always had cold drinks on hand. Very beautyful beach and good service

Beautiful, quiet bungalow complex with a restaurant right on the beach and a small pool. We had the cheapest room category. The rooms are functionally furnished and clean. Unfortunately, we had poor WiFi reception. I would book the hotel again because it is right on the beach in Lamai, has a great restaurant and is only 5 minutes away from the action in Lamai.

Stayed here as a solo traveler and absolutely loved it. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was super friendly, and the pool and beach surroundings were stunning. The hotel is small, located 30 meters from the coastline. The service is excellent. Nearby are top and 7 stores, cafes. The atmosphere is completely relaxed. Mostly French people relax here.

Best part about Pavilion Villas was really the service of the staff - they were so warm, welcoming, and helpful in many ways. The room was comfortable and luxurious, although some facilities were slightly older. Our overall experience is can't wait to end the stay in this hotel.  The facilities are definitely not 5-star, it is too old - poor lighting causing us feel gloomy, switches are old, some bulbs were blinking.  However, services are not bad, breakfast spread is good.

This is the best resort I have stayed so far, the staffs here are all polite and super friendly, of course not to skip my room with private pool, the view is superb! We can see sunrise directly from the room too. Will definitely return again.

Very nice hotel on the topof the hill. My room is huge with marble floor, jacuzzi and private plunge pool. It is also very clean. The view is stunning. The staff is very courteous and competent. The restaurant is kind pricy. The problem I have is the steep, steep uphill leading to the hotel. You need a car with stronger engine than 1200 CC. If you self-drive you need to arrive before dusk.

Very nice stay, the hotel is off the beaten path, with very small private beach. 10 minutes walk to lamai beach. Very clean and beautiful room, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Nice pools. Great resort! Loved our pool villa. A bit away from restaurants and bars but if you don’t care about that it is fantastic! The restaurant is really good! Fresh food particularly good for vegetarians! Highly recommend!

The best hotel I’ve even been at. The vila was amazing ant the staff was even better. Kaow the grant desk manager was friendly and helpful. The food was great. We loved every second and we can’t wait to come back. The room is decorated beautifully and the private pool is so nice.

KOA Dining was a wonderful experience, delicious food, great vibes, and excellent service. A special mention to Khun Laien, who was exceptionally attentive and made us feel warmly welcomed throughout. Such a great place to relax and hang out with friends!

The perfect hotel, with great value for money and unbeatable views. You can also go sea catching. There is a large stream and lake for snorkeling, and you can go sea catching at low tide. The hotel service is 5-star, not sloppy!

The check-in staff was very friendly, while waiting for our room they told us about the available promotion for drinks at the beach bar. The staff gave us a tour of our room and what's available which I thought was very thoughtful. Overall, our experience at the hotel was very good, just that the location is a bit far from town even though they have transportation at specific timings.

I used the restaurants, spa, and gym, and all were well maintained, clean, and welcoming. The staff was very friendly, kind, and capable, plus they were great with my limited Thai language skills. There was always a staff member available to book an excursion or a taxi service, with suggestions for places to visit and other fun activities.
