Consists of Wing A & B – two 3-storey building, Wing C - one 4-storey building and Wing D – one 1-storey building.

The hotel has 146 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach is 1.6 km away (3 coastline). Umbrellas, chairs - for a fee. Towels from the hotel free of charge. Bus to the beach goes 3-4 times a day.

I recently stayed here for about 7 days, and I’d like to share my experiences. The rooms and breakfast are acceptable for an affordable hotel. The cleanliness is good, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is clean as well. The only negative experience I had was with the neighboring rooms, where guests from Arab and Indian groups made an incredible amount of noise at middle of the night like 3-4-5 a.m, and the hotel didn’t issue any warnings. Despite signs everywhere about quiet hours, there was no enforcement. I was woken up multiple times for 4-5 nights. I had stayed at this hotel before without any issues, but after this experience, I don’t plan to stay again. I wanted to mention this to potential guests as it could disturb your peace. Thank you for everything.

As soon I entered the hotel I was happy that we didn't make any mistake while choosing this hotel.
-The reception staff and over staff is helpful and have smiling faces.
-The rooms are big and have enough lights and beds are good.
-They provide beach towels and basket
-One water bottle per day is provided free of cost afterwards it's chargeable
-there are 2 swimming pools although both are open and can be used till. 8 pm
-the hotel is, located approx 15 minutes walk to Beach, bangla market
-perfect for kids
- Breakfast was average can be improved. At peak hours you need to stand in que to get omelette
Overall a very nice experience during our stay at this hotel.

Rooms are small but fine its not an issue for me. Location is far from the beach but also fine you can use bolt for transportation. Am giving two star review because of Ryan the night receptionist, he had an attitude with me and was very rude. As a customer that was my only dissatisfaction of this hotel. Morning staff are really friendly and welcoming. Am not sure if he means to be rude or its just his way of dealing with people. But in general a receptionist should be friendly and welcoming because he is the face of the hotel. Also, i have no idea if he is the manager or not but when i told him call the manager i dont want to deal with you he told me am the manager.

I recently stayed here and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel was impeccably clean, with housekeeping doing a fantastic job maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout my stay. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly accommodating and attentive to all our needs.
Every aspect of our stay was perfect. The amenities were provided. Pool was well maintained and clean.
I highly recommend it and am delighted to give it a 10 out of 10 rating. I look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

This Hotel is so amazing. Perfect location. It's so close to the beach (Patong beach) It was clean and the room was big every day new set of towels water coffee tea. Everyone was so kind. We choose the room with Breakfast and Lunch. Breakfast was all you can eat with lots of food and drinks. Lunch was a set menu with 2 set variety. Special thanks to Au and Nu our waiters. They was amazingly kind and friendly attentive. We sat at the same table every night and before we went to lunch the table was set already. Amazing service 10/10. Highly recommended. We will choose this Hotel again.

We stayed in this hotel 7 nights and we wasn’t happy at all. Stuff was really rude they don’t speak English and always they were showing attitude. Room was clean but no teeth brush, slippers and many things. First 2 nights they give us 2 seperate beds even we asked for 1 queen bed. I don’t recommend this hotel as a 4 star hotel! And most important thing is they don’t have halal food and they aren’t allowing eat food out of our room.

this is the only hotel I would stay in Patong. the staff are very friendly.
The rooms are very well maintained.
Pools are amazing with music and the versatile demographic of residents makes it a great place to stay if you want to meet new friends.
As a parent, I would take my children here and feel a sense of security.

My mum always stays here, the hotel staff are very attentive. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are of high quality, they also have a bath! Breakfast is great and the day/nighttime menu is good and fairly priced.

Returning for the third time, I found their new block after renovation to be a cozy retreat.
The addition of two swimming pools with a nearby bar added to the relaxation. The polite staff and convenient location, about 1km from Bangla Road with eateries, 7-11, and massage parlors nearby, enhanced the experience.
The only downside was the limited breakfast buffet spread.
Overall, a pleasant stay.

Very nice resort and helpful staff. Spa is really nice too. Room service is good but if you want cheap Thai food the local restaurants are probably better value for money.
