great place, nice, spacious clean suites with daily cleaning and honestly was great for the price offered. customer service is very satisfactory. infact we came here on a family member’s birthday and came back to a nice decorated suite with a delicious treat, which was a very nice surprise! (we didn’t inform them of anything). pool is clean and large. breakfast is decent and the property is quite cute. just a 15 min walk from the beach with nice cafés nearby.

* Very strict on check in and checkout time even if there are no guests in queue. To my surprise the hotel cuts off electricity at 12 pm on checkout day which is very strange
* Location is not good as it is around 30 mins from beach and Karon market, there are hotels in proximity to beach
* A lot of maintenance issues, terrace fan not working, bathtub issue, etc
* I eat no onion garlic but hotel didn't accommodated my request in breakfast

We stay about a day night , all staff is very helpful and room is so big more than we expected cause we have 2 ppl. You can touch view of hill. Top of Karon view here. So peaceful suit with family and couple.

I'm not a fan of the rooms. Beds are hard, and the sofa feels like you're sitting on bricks . For the price, I would expect better. Breakfast is nice, not busy. Architecture is nice with pools on different levels.

I had an enjoyable stay. It would have been better if the resort was up to the standard advertised

Disliked · The whole facility requires some maintenance. Looking very tired, didn't match the photos. My room Safe was not bolted down. Door lock to my room was loose. Not enough deck chairs or umbrellas. In my whole 18days as a resident the poolside bar did not appear to be lit up or open for business

The Resort offered us the basics, and we had a few minor challenges.
Our room was hidden and right at the back of the resort with no views at all. There was no hot water until we brought it to the attention of the staff who quickly sorted it out for us.

The excellent hotel offers a homely,small, and relatively comfortable,in keeping with its two stars,a special service, and chic should not expect more than modest,the breakfasts are good.

Rented 1 bedroom Suite for 2 adults + 1 child of 3.5 years. Room: living room with kitchen area; bedroom; bathroom with bath and shower, balcony perimeter; personal area on the roof with Jacuzzi, shower and a sofa with a table under the awning. All in good condition. Wifi is not a leased line, but quite awake. Nice clean 2-level swimming pool. Preparing edible, sometimes delicious. Cleaned every day, good. Kids club - just a room with toys and books in different languages, there is no teacher. To Park the rental car, you can have your room, if it's not a Toyota Tundra or something like that. Walk to the beach of Karon is not the poet's dream: not far (10-15 min.), but constantly have to go through some sewers varying degrees of destruction with the appropriate flavors. By car, of course, there is no difference. Overall - would recommend, especially if you take a car or bike rental.

Great hotel for a family holiday. In this hotel all rooms and suites are equipped about the same. In each room, hall, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We took a room with a large bed in one bedroom and two twin in the other, in one bathroom tub, shower in the other. The kids loved the cascade pool. Of the minuses, the hotel is situated far from the sea therefore it is necessary to take a car or bike to rent.

Great value for money. Comforrable living for long weekend after extensive travelling. Nearby beach, walking distance. Inexpensive in tut tut to main strip if want to party. Daily housekeeping an free water, tea and coffee.
