The Lagoon consists of six 3-storey buildings, Terrace – one 9-storey building, Villas (the cabanas) – nineteen 1-storey villas.

The four residential zones within the resort are all
very distinctive. The Terraces is a nine-storey tower
that features spacious rooms that includes a furnished
balcony; and with the option of stunning sea views
or private outdoor Jacuzzi. Set around one of the
resort pools; The Lagoon offers accommodation that
is especially suitable for families; with the choice of
a king bed or two double beds. Tropicale features
comfortable living areas; so that families or groups of
friends can enjoy plenty of space. The Cabanas offer
- semi-detached accommodation in a garden setting;
each with its own terrace and Jacuzzi pool; offering
space; privacy and absolute comfort.

Great rooms, friendly stuff, bar at the pool. There are all your needs in 1 place. 7 min to the beach, 3 minutes to shops and restaurants. Has own restorable.
The improvement needed is the response to request of toiletries. Sometimes can be slow.
Will come back again for the stay.
The staff were all nice, friendly, and very supportive throughout my stay. The location is also a big plus—just a short walk to the beach, with restaurants, convenience stores, and a bus stop all nearby, making everything super convenient.
One thing to note: since the hotel is near a local area, you might encounter some unexpected insect visitors, so just be prepared. Also, it would be great if basic toiletries like shavers were provided without needing to ask multiple times.
That said, my overall experience was very positive. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!
• Children’s pool white drain cover caused falls, including my swollen foot; no fixes made.
• Unannounced power outage for hours; staff denied responsibility, offered only fruit as compensation.
• Room marketed as new but materials worn; neighbor’s doorbell rang in my room due to thin walls.
• Inconsistent housekeeping; bathrobes once left rolled on my bed.
• Post-renovation design unfit for families; toilet and bed separated by a curtain.
