Beach: public sandy beach in 2 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Shuttle service to the beach free of charge. Towels free of charge.
Upon arrival the hotel will take a Deposit of 1000 THB per room/ per night.

I asked for room cleaning when I was leaving the hotel, and when I returned then the bed was arranged but towels were not changed and a coffee cup was found in the bathroom which was really awkward.
It was the first time I had seen, no one available on the live pan kitchen corner for eggs at breakfast time for almost one hour at breakfast time, which is again an awkward thing from any hotel.
I asked my tour operator to check these things and avoid fishermen for next time bookings and choose some other property.
Pool is large and they are at service all the time needed. Rooms are spacious.
Breakfast could be better and they must put curtain rod on the bath tub.
Rest all was fantastic
Room with broken tile, which was changed after much fight.
There are no bell boys to carry your luggage if you checkout prior to 7:30 am. This hotel is not a single building, but like a housing society with multiple buildings.
Staff is very rude. Does not give basic essentials also as bathroom amenities.
If there are 3 people staying in a room (2 adult and child) then they will ony give 2 towels. on asking for 1 additional towel, they say you give old one , then we will give you a fresh one!
All in all, a horrible hotel. Don't come here to stay looking at 4* rating. This is a 1 or 2* category hotel at best.
- Poor Wi-Fi connection. Video calls were periodically interrupted due to that. It was easier to use cellular 4G internet.
