We enjoyed our stay at Marina Hotel in Patong. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the front tour desk was excellent for booking excursions. The rooftop pool and bar were a real highlight - beautiful views and a nice place to unwind.

That said, the atmosphere leaned more towards families with children. There were quite a few kids shouting and splashing around in the pool, which made it less relaxing. I would have preferred if the hotel catered more to adults or offered a separate quiet area.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, though the pillows could use an upgrade. Cocktails were decent, and the location was very convenient - close to everything without being in the middle of the noise.

A good stay overall, but more ideal for families than couples or solo adult travelers.

Great service. The staff was responsive and accommodating and just plain sweet. Bed was comfy, we had daily room service including mopped floors and fresh towels, even when we requested it late in the afternoon. Hilly but comfortable walking distance (half a mile) to the beach and town. A couple days we just lounged in the pool. The rooftop set up with tables in the pool and a small bar up top is fantastic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was nice and food served at other times of the day was nice. The pool area is fantastic and offers nice views.

The hotel is in convenient walking distance to restaurants and the beach, though there is some incline to walk up which may challenge people with reducing mobility.
We will stay in this hotel again when we visit Phuket next time.

We stayed at this resort few times and it never disappoints. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel is quite, clean with comfy bed, rooftop pool is the best with amazing views. Spa with relaxing massages on site along with laundry service and ability to rent a scooter too. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, 7/11 and Karon beach access. Thank you for making our stay very memorable again!!!

I’m usually a very critical person, but this hotel completely blew me away. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed so warmly, and the staff made me feel like a VIP right from the start. The friendliness and professionalism of the team are outstanding. Whether at the reception, the restaurant, or by the pool, every staff member was attentive, accommodating, and always ready to fulfill even the smallest requests.

The rooms are an absolute dream: modern, impeccably clean, and designed with such attention to detail that you feel at home instantly. The breakfast is in a league of its own .. fresh, diverse, and of an exceptional quality that’s hard to find anywhere else. I was particularly impressed by how the staff ensured everything was perfect without ever being intrusive.

And then there’s the rooftop pool – just wow! The view is spectacular, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and the service is unbeatable. Drinks and snacks were brought to my sun lounger with a smile, adding to the luxury.

This hotel is not just a place to stay; it’s an experience. I’ve rarely encountered this level of perfection. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Not being resort people this place converted us. You could not ask for a better experience.
The staff are next level amazing and cannot do enough to help. San the manager floating around always checking in to give tips and see if you are having a good time.
The pricing on everything matches the street so no need to buy out. The massages are awesome, a great price and highly recommended.
We have never used a pool so much it was awesome. Book a scooter for sure!
Cannot recommend here enough and we will be back with our kids.
