Outrageous rip-off - Never again this hotel!

I am appalled by the incredibly poor service and the brazen rip-off at this hotel! When booking, our number of people was accidentally reduced. We contacted them by email to clarify the matter and received a reassuring reply that this was not a problem. We also received the check-in information without any problems - everything seemed to be sorted.

But the nasty surprise came on arrival: Suddenly we were supposed to pay an extra 21,000 baht for four nights! Originally, the total price for our stay was 11,000 baht - a fair and clearly agreed price. Instead of understanding or goodwill, we only got empty excuses and arrogant behaviour from the hotel staff. We were given no choice but to pay the horrendous additional costs, otherwise we would not have been able to check in.

The hotel's behaviour is simply outrageous and highly dubious. Our stay was spoilt right from the start. I can only strongly advise anyone not to book here - you are ripped off as soon as you arrive! This experience turned what should have been a relaxing holiday into a nightmare. Hands off this hotel!

The hotel has a convenient location, but the experience was disappointing. T

he building is outdated and didn't match online photos. There was no help with luggage, and we had to carry bags up stairs after the elevator only went partway. Room service was unavailable, and communication was difficult. The night staff was especially rude, and during checkout, they accused us of taking a towel, which felt like retaliation after we requested help. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here—poor service made it an unpleasant experience.

Very rude front desk staff. I booked through a 3rd party and already paid online yet they wanted to charge me extra for the room. A deposit is standard but I was told the extra fee is to “prepare the room” and I must still pay a deposit. 10/10 bad experience.

In my whole life, I have not met a hotel employee who treats customers in this very, very, very bad way ... I advise everyone not to expose themselves to a bad experience in this hotel..

The double room I booked was a king-size bed room, but only one person was allowed to stay in it. The air conditioner was making a loud noise, like an electric drill.
