Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa - SHA Extra Plus

Well what can I say from the very start off our Holiday from Booking it and arriving at airport every thing was well organised, arrive at Absolute twin sands resort and and the staff and reception staff where all so friendly and smiling faces so beautiful too see,I will be recommending this place too all my friends and family hoping that they will book there next Holiday over here at this Beautiful place, so the wife and I have signed up the Holiday packages and can't wait too get back over here next year in 2025.
So until then thanks again for a great holiday, so sad that we have to go home sometime.

Booked this amazing holiday, a bit sceptically, through a company called VIA Resorts on Facebook. We were pleasantly surprised with everything on offer... from clear & timely communication from Resort officials, Airport transfers, complimentary brunch on Day 2 of our stay, well maintained & presented property, self sufficient apartments with all modern amenities, beautiful pools all around the property, 2 world class restaurants within the premises, Gym & in house Spa facilities, friendly staff. It was the best holiday by far for us as a family.
As part of the deal, we were expected to attend a one hour presentation by a representative of Absolute group. We went in with an open mind and considering what was on offer for the value, decided to sign a contract by the end of the meeting.
Will highly recommend to anyone that is in a phase of life where you plan a quality vacation at least once a year. The deal is simply too lucrative to pass.

We were picked up from the airport directly for free. It was an hour drive. That was easy and quick, very impressive. The staff are friendly and they go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable and easy. The location is great. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach. We loved eating in those cute bar and restaurants overlooking the beach view. We bought the voucher so we had to allocate a morning to the salesman who’s great overall but a bit pushy occasionally. Totally understand but otherwise it’d be perfect.

We booked in Twin Sands through a very low-priced online deal where we just had to attend a few hours' presentation by Absolute Resorts. The resort itself is positioned a short walk from the beach in front of the Marriott Hotel, and Paradise Beach is a short motorbike ride away.

There is a quiet pool with a pool bar near the entrance upstairs, and a long pool running the length of the hotel on the ground floor, with a small restaurant. We tried the poolside restaurant and the upstairs Blue Mango. Both were nice enough. The breakfast wasn't the best, so I recommend paying for one to try it out rather than taking the 3 - or 7-day breakfast deals from the start.

The best thing about the hotel was the rooms. There's a small kitchenette with 2 plate stove, fridge, kettle and microwave, and there was ample coffee and tea in the drawer. The bathroom has no bath, which suited us, and was very nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable, and there was a small balcony to chill out on. The only downside is that the room looks onto the pool and other rooms, ao no no prancing about naked without closing the curtains.

The staff were very nice and helpful when it came to getting taxis, although there is a small taxi station just down the road as well. It's 200 to 300 baht to Patong Beach.

All in all, we had a lovely stay. If you want a bargain vacay in Phuket, it's a great option.

Amazing place. From the beginning of your stay you are made to feel very welcome, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
The rooms are great value for money and the place is kept clean throughout and the multiple pools are also great.

Absolutely loved this place. I own 4 weeks of timeshare in Australia for 37 years. I have been to 120 resorts world-wide. I exchanged into Twin Sands twice. This is definitely a 4-star experience. The rooms are super well-kept. The amenities are excellent. Just ask and they will deliver whatever you need. The shuttle service is fabulous. I will keep coming back here as often as I can. ☺
