Where to stay with kids in Patong

We stayed in this resort for 2 weeks from the beginning of November with my partner

When you check out ( asked if there is option for late check out as our flight was late at night, unfortunately was not an option due to being fully booked) there is a lovely lounge behind or above the bar at the swimming pool next to the restaurant which is free to use with shower available

The structure is beautiful and very big. You have two pools and we had a deluxe suite with Jacuzzi and sea view which was stunning

What was nice it has been the service from the lobby to the room and back , always available and on time is very important especially because the building is huge and can take few minutes walking to arrive from a point to another

They charged us 200 bath for a laundry bag that we used , that was ok but we didn’t know it and I guess it’s not a kind of treatment that you reserve for who stay a week in your hotel and spend a lot of money in it

You can easily reach beaches from the hotel in few minutes walking and within a 20 minutes walking you are in Bangla Road where the clue of Patong is. So we were satisfied with location

Friends, a stunning hotel! A large green area, a crazy view of the sea! The breakfasts are super! The staff is smiling and not boom-boom in Russian! 50 metres from the hotel Kalim beach - he made our stay!!! Small, clean with turquoise water, palm trees with coconuts))) and hundreds of species of marine fish! My wife and I spent hours swimming with a mask! Nearby there are cafes, massage parlors, exchangers...

The location is very beautiful! Easily accessible shops & not to far from the beach. 7 eleven at the end of the street

All the staff are very friendly and can not do enough for you, shuttle bus available to help drive you to your hotel a they’re in the mountains

About the hotel you can only say good, well, or very good!!! On the territory of three swimming pools (even a hill there) and one for children, a children's playroom, gym, Billiards, a gym and Thai Boxing

One staff that stood out the most was yash! He was so friendly very accommodating to all our needs

We stay in one bedroom pool villa which is opposite to the gorgeous sunset ! The view from this hotel is literally stunning. I can see the best sunset in the our private pool

Great place. Everything is close if you need it. Restaurants, pharmacy, 7/11, clinic. Just a short walk to Bangla road if that's your pleasure or go south to OTOP. Very helpful staff. Will come again.

Had a fantastic stay at Centara Grand Beach Phuket! The beachfront location is unbeatable, offering stunning views and easy access to the sand and sea. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great amenities

3m constant, plus there are jacuzzi extensions to the pools (not hot tubs), offering several options to spread out. A big buffet for breakfast with a wide variety of cuisines including plenty of fresh tropical fruit

The best place for family , honeymooner or even groups of friends. There are 3 pools, with the main pool int the middle. I stay for 2 nights in suite room with a private jacuzzi pool

The lobby of course oiled , slides for children are not enough , that is old already. The food in the hotel is expensive , but this is normal , ate a couple of times

A bit far from the city center,10 minutes walk,but it is only a plus. Long inhabited,especially not in a hurry(arrived at 9: 30,settled B14-15),with a small child it was hard to wait

What a great spot this is!!! They gave us a free upgrade to a room with out own somewhat private mini infinite pool in the middle of a marsh. Close to an outdoor market, shops, 711s, everything you need is right there!!

Stunning hotel on the shore of the Andaman sea (Karon beach) is like the standard rooms, and a small condo, family room with plunge pool, Villa with pool. On-site a swimming pool, Breakfast

A dream resort with all the facilities and comforts you can wish for. It has a good swimming pools, also scuba diving pool, kids play area, Gym. The breakfast here is best with a lot to choose from

Breakfast buffet Of the minuses: the Track at the site complicated and intuitive and you can get lost) The food is standard, no frills. I Recommend to stay, for the whole family

The hotel is nice but the price is too high been in hotels cheaper and better than this! Breakfast like in a hotel of 3 star level. I do not see sense once again to come here. . My room penthouse with rooftop pool

The venue is nice, next to the beach. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I asked for an early check in and they did accepted not like the hotel I stayed before here. Very nice breakfast, served to your room

She always greeted with a smile. Great pools with waterslides, lovely play area and different activities make it an ideal stay for families with kids. The buffet breakfast was very impressive too

We had a great stay at Thavorn, Palm Beach Resort. Good location, big spacious rooms, would have preferred to have microwave in the room but the staff were friendly and helpful, specially Wan in the pool bar area

we went straight to the swimwear. For the sea, the good location of our hotel. swim and see the bottom of the sea, the water is warm,bathed in the comfort of the sea for two hours

We have just stayed at Thavorn Palm Beach Resort for 6 nights. Great location across from beach, easy taxi to Patong, convenient location to shops. The staff are all lovely especially Eddie

He always has a smile, always asking if he can assist, a great asset. Only 4/5 for rooms due to lack of storage. Being in a family room, we had no drawers to unpack 3 suitcases so kept living out of them

The kids loved the big slides and there is a smaller one in the other pool for smaller kids

Great location near beach and convenient stores, restaurants and other amenities. Recently renovated so the room is clean and comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is also great. Good for family trip with young kids.

We took the hotel by seeing the huge water slide. The hotel is an old property, the rooms and other facilities are not renovated properly. We took a room with bunk bed, the room was pretty huge with a pool view

The water slide and pool is the attraction, clean water and huge slides. They allow diving and we enjoyed it. They close the water slide for some time, so need to plan it accordingly

We stayed at the family room which came with a bunk bed for the kids and a big king sized bed. The rooms had a fridge and safe and a nice bathroom but no tub. Water pressure could be better but was still ok

There are a large amount of pools for all ages and swimming abilities as all can be stood in, even for little ones

Look for the tiger bar then go down that road. - Bed quite hard for my taste, but so is every bed in Thailand. - 10mins + to get to the beach. Not the hotels fault, but worth remembering - View onto street below

+ Room is large, airy and in good condition. + Room had good basic facilities including a fridge and a safe. - 1000bht deposit is very high. - A bit tricky to find if using google maps

8 I understand that previously the road from the hotel to the sea was convenient and direct, but now you need to return to the second line and go around it. Less convenient, but not critical

A fine place to stay for a few nights. The best bit is that it is down a small side street so you don't get loud noise. + Location is ok (Ignoring the fact that Phuket is a dump)

We decided to take a risk and did not regret it. 1 Yes, indeed, in real life the appearance of the rooms is not so beautiful and new. There are cracks on the walls, a shabby headboard, black stains on the bathroom mirror

Room was awesome (family room) my kids had their own room and we had the master room. Recommended for people with kids. beach is in front of the hotel. Also, it has a swimming pool with the beach view

Right across the street from the beach, next to convenience stores, and restaurants. Great location! The service was great. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was delicious and convenient

If you want a resort experience, this might not be the fit. But otherwise, it’s worth the stay. Breakfast also worth it, fantastic and delicious options! Titanium members also can get easily a suite upgrade

This is a wonderful hotel and service is really good. However, we were not aware of the fact that the hotel was not right at the beach, but you had to cross a busy street

There were weird clicking sounds in the room, not bug related, but building related. Outside of that, truly was a great stay

Areas of improvement: The Unclean floors (although mopped daily) in the hallways and in the room, The Sound proof is really bad. Easy to wake up once house cleaning start their shifts as the doors slam in the morning

The Place Was Really Nice , the lobby was clean/quite and the staff were very nice always cooperative, and the pool outside was amazing , it was cozy and chill and my sister loved the kids playground

We book the room with pool access and we love it very much. Hotel location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. Front desk staff Pangpond is exceptionally friendly and alway with a smile

Other food served through Room Service/Pool Bar was great though. - Location was great as it was near the beach and had access to a food street and many local convenience stores. - Pool was very clean and nice

The location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants, day tours, beaches, and so much more. This was one of the greatest experiences we have ever had. Will definitely be back some day!

One of the better hotels I’ve stayed at in Phuket, great location! Half block from beach, 3 blocks to Bangla bar street. Two huge pools(one have a kids water park), kids indoor play area, air conditioned breakfast buffet

Beautiful memories from our honeymoon there. Amazing place full in flowers and trees. Very polite and smiling stuff. Very rich breakfast, delicious ice creams and the best cocktails in the pool

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Nice location, and very quiet area. Sounds from the streets don't reach the pool areas and the inner area of the hotel which is an awesome thing

All ok swimming pool to too big but don't take the upper floor room the are very hot ac will not help you take too much till to cool down the room...but nice place a bit costally but good...

Stayed here for 10 nights and would say not worth the money paid. Positives: good location, good breakfast and nice resort with 2 big pools. Negatives: definitely not worth 100+ pounds

Just across the road is Patong beach and pretty quiet. Hotel was pretty old but very family oriented and looked cozy. Sunset pool was amazing to swim during evening

We stayed at Graceland Resort and Spa and it was fantastic! Staff were amazing and always willing to help always smiling. The service was next level in the assistants we received in regard to a late check-out

This was our fourth time staying at the Holiday Inn. We stayed in the adults only pool villa again and have noticed the room and some areas of the hotel could do with a little refresh

The most disappointing aspect of the stay was the staff. We found this time around they were not very friendly compared to previous visits and certainly not what you expect in Thailand

It felt like they were going through the motions. There were some staff that didn’t even look up or acknowledge you when you walked past. We were even questioned over one of our tips, implying it wasn’t enough

The bed sheet for the double bed was clean until I found an old blood stain on the sheet. Close to restaurants and everywhere. And the swimming pools are the best! Kids loved them! Generally ok

The water quality was bad, the water for washing face is not clean. The drinking water provided is not drinkable. I got an upsetting stomach after drinking the water

This was the best stay I had till now. With such a beautiful view around with such a pleasant hospitality of the staff, and such a delicious breakfast, and swimming pool to relax. Will definitely go back again

The breakfast was great, and the hotel also has a very fancy dinner restaurant, which I highly recommend. I loved the swimming pool and enjoyed the beautiful views from the hotel

Good resort , very near to the beach. A shopping centre and food outlets are right in front of this resort. Swimming pool is really nice. infact there are two swimming pools

I cannot express how perfect our experience was! From the moment we stepped into the hotel and throughout every single moment afterward. We were a couple with children aged 2 and 3

Whilst at the hotel, we renewed our vows on the hotels private beach at sunset, Nina and her team bent over backwards to accommodate our needs, with lights, candle and dinners it was magical! They even played our wedding song! See pic

Our family of 5 was there for 5 days. Nice location great view and very friendly staff. Many Indian guests when we were there, so we also got some Indian food for breakfast

Our favourite resort in Phuket. The property is huuuuge! It so big that it has its own jetty! And it offers room for almost all budget, from beautiful sea view bungalows to tower rooming

It also has conference rooms, work stations, children playground (indoor) and amazing spa facilities. The breakfast buffet is to die for

We use the swimming pool everyday and experienced that too many guests do not wash themselves before using the swimming pool. But this is experienced in all hotels in Thailand

Special note: then hotel is in a small mountainous area, so there will be many stairs and lots of walking. May not be good for people with bad knees

The staff organized fun exercise sessions, and the foam cannon brought plenty of smiles and laughter to the children. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities

Cannot understand why pool bar and blooming lobby bar offered 2 for 1 on drinks but the Square restaurant did not, was going to have a slap up meal there but decided not to after seeing this, no wonder it was always empty

Stayed here for 8 nights last month. It was my third stay at this fantastic hotel. Booked the pool access room which is spacious and so convenient to go for a quick dip in the pool on the 2nd floor

Day open another door and you can go quietly through the pool. In the room some problems with the air conditioning system. Heard the sound of water all night, like flush the toilet if left enabled

Sometimes it can seem loud within the room from hallway or poolside noises randomly throughout the day and night. Breakfast is one of the best buffets ever experienced

The main pool is adjacent to a few rooms which hampers the occupants privacy. Due to the high number of guests, check in and check out was very slow. There was no one to guide us to our room

The hotel is new, the location is convenient. The beach is clean for Patong, the sea is warm for Thailand. the Rooms are big hotel, everything is clean and tasteful. Nearby on second street a lot of restaurants Seafood

My, experience in this hotel was superb especially the rooms were very spacious the pool was kept clean the water massager in the pool was so relaxing, the food was tasty and we had many choices

When I approached the desk agent ( She was wearing a hijab) she was very rude. I inquired about a bag drop, and a lobby restroom. Very standoff ish, and a general non welcoming aura

Beautiful hotel, absolutely clean and an amazingly hospitable staff. It is centrally located and accessible to everything around. 10/10 to the hospitality by staff. One of the kindest and warmest people on earth

Absolutely loved this hotel, we took a Cabana room which looked out onto the swimming pool, with our own private jacuzzi. Service is excellent, they seem to love changing towels twice a day for whatever reason

But all staff amazingly friendly. Gym is well equipped and the pool is massive, so you can get plenty of exercise. Breakfast choices are well stocked and more than enough to fill up the biggest of bellies

Right in the heart of things, ten minute from the beach, even less for the notorious nightlife. Attached to Jungceylon shopping centre, so never far from a shopping experience

The bathroom was also spacious and had good water pressure in the shower. While the room decor was a bit dated, it was still perfectly adequate for a comfortable stay. Dining: The hotel breakfast was a real highlight

Accommodations: My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bedding was high quality and the air conditioning worked great to keep the room cool in the Phuket heat

It was served in a large buffet-style setup, with a huge variety of options to choose from. The fresh coffee and made-to-order scrambled eggs on toast were personal favorites

The only downside was the 2000 baht security deposit required upon check-in. Despite this, I highly recommend Andakira Hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and fantastic amenities

Ever since we checked in, we had felt the warm welcome from the staff and the housekeepers. The room was spacious, and the facilities were good. And my kids loved the pool right in front of the room

The shuttle service was convenient as well. Malin Plaza (night market) is within walking distance. The only drawback was some of the tiles fell off from the pool which might cause some injury

- Not fit for elderly people - Not good to walk nearby - Some of the staff members are extremely rude (while others are nice) - Beautiful view from the pool access rooms but you ned more than just view - You get only one key which has thinnest ring with your card, if you lose it, admin hasn’t got the second key

Rooms were lovely, would highly recommend pool access suite. Bathroom doors need to be changed looks like the wood is very damp. Other than that rooms were very good

Throughout the duration of my stay I received nothing but excellent service! The staff were very friendly, and they DID help me with my bags! They’re very accommodating and they also give you a free complimentary drink voucher!! The breakfast is great! Wide variety selection! The shuttles are always around to take you up and down the hill as well as shuttles to the beach & mall! I received my deposit...

Stayed here for three nights. Got the room with the pool view. Rooms are good big and clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel is present very close by to Bangla road. Might get noisy at night. Overall a good stay.

Lovely place to stay, very clean, close to beach. Just a very busy part of town. Wasn't keen on the rooftop bar and pool but ground level made up for it

Only thing I will say is the walls are a tad thin so can get a bit noisy but that’s more to do with guests coming in after a late night which you’ll find in most places in a central location and not the hotel or staff

The shower temperature and pressure by far the best I’ve had in Phuket and I’ve been coming every year for 20 years, piping hot if you want and solid pressure👌, room was kept spotless at all times, very well done

I stayed in a pool access suite, which felt almost like having a private pool shared with other rooms, so that was nice. However, the entrance to the room was quite dark, and there wasn't enough light inside

On one occassion, our A/C stopped working and they sent someone to fix it within 30 minutes. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, the gym was also decently equipped

Overall, the hotel is suitable for adults seeking a convenient location but is less ideal for families traveling with children

The location is also perfectly position; it was quiet but just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and shopping centre. Upgrading to a room with your own spa is 100% worth it as well

We stayed here for 10 days and had the best time. The staff were really friendly and even left a cake in the fridge because it was my birthday

I asked for extra towels for two days in a row, but I didn’t receive them until I physically approached the cleaning staff and took the towels myself. If I had been paying $100 per night, I would have been satisfied

When I went into the hotel I was expecting a very small budget place but to my amazement it was a relatively bigger hotel in the heart of the city. Rooftop pool is amazing pls try this

It’s in the heart of the buzzing patong and less than 5 minute walk to bangla street. So many restaurants, shops nearby. It’s a very convinient location to explore
