Where to stay with kids in Patong

An excellent hotel. Have stayed numerous times. Quiet end of resort, close to beach. Friendly staff, good service and amenities. A good choice of restaurants with excellent food. Spacious room. Would recommend

The hotel is built on a hill so a little up hill walk to pools and restaurants, but they are worth the walk

Beautiful location and staff at Diamond Cliff. After a long flight, the welcome drink lifted our spirits right away. Our Jacuzzi room overlooked the ocean, was spacious and incredibly comfortable bed

Great place. Everything is close if you need it. Restaurants, pharmacy, 7/11, clinic. Just a short walk to Bangla road if that's your pleasure or go south to OTOP. Very helpful staff. Will come again.

We'd been to Grand Centara Phuket in June 2024. Our stay was lovely and very comfortable. We even got 1 room upgrade which had a small pool in the room. The other room was on the top floor with a Jacuzzi on the balcony

The Hotel has earned the 5 Stars. We traveled as a family with 2 children under 4 years. As we arrived we got upgraded to the big pool suite for free which was amazing

It feels like walking through an organized jungle in some areas. The pool area with the river, the waterfall, waterslides and the amazing big pool right in front of the beach is one of a kind

A bit far from the city center,10 minutes walk,but it is only a plus. Long inhabited,especially not in a hurry(arrived at 9: 30,settled B14-15),with a small child it was hard to wait

We had a great stay at Thavorn, Palm Beach Resort. Good location, big spacious rooms, would have preferred to have microwave in the room but the staff were friendly and helpful, specially Wan in the pool bar area

We have just stayed at Thavorn Palm Beach Resort for 6 nights. Great location across from beach, easy taxi to Patong, convenient location to shops. The staff are all lovely especially Eddie

He always has a smile, always asking if he can assist, a great asset. Only 4/5 for rooms due to lack of storage. Being in a family room, we had no drawers to unpack 3 suitcases so kept living out of them

Vacationing here as a family in 2014 and 2016. Gorgeous, green, well-kept grounds. Large swimming pools, children's pool with slides. Located near the sea (a minute walk)

We took the hotel by seeing the huge water slide. The hotel is an old property, the rooms and other facilities are not renovated properly. We took a room with bunk bed, the room was pretty huge with a pool view

The toilet had a foul smell and was old. The corridoors were poorly lit. The reception is huge and the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good and tasty and the dining area is huge and clean

The water slide and pool is the attraction, clean water and huge slides. They allow diving and we enjoyed it. They close the water slide for some time, so need to plan it accordingly

Love the Duangjitt Resort, have been many times. Close enough to the town of Patong, yet far enough away to be peaceful & relaxing. Staff are lovely, great grounds & 3 great pools

Take 1 star away because my room was next to electricity lines and they were really loud at night.

Look for the tiger bar then go down that road. - Bed quite hard for my taste, but so is every bed in Thailand. - 10mins + to get to the beach. Not the hotels fault, but worth remembering - View onto street below

8 I understand that previously the road from the hotel to the sea was convenient and direct, but now you need to return to the second line and go around it. Less convenient, but not critical

Not too close to the main road so there is little noise. It's down a side street, but it feels safe. + Two decent, well priced restaurant over the road. Excellent to cool off after the heat of the day

The room has a refrigerator, kettle, cups. 6 The hotel has its own small swimming pool and relaxation area where you can spend time during lunch, when it is very hot and the sun is scorching

Other food served through Room Service/Pool Bar was great though. - Location was great as it was near the beach and had access to a food street and many local convenience stores. - Pool was very clean and nice

We book the room with pool access and we love it very much. Hotel location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. Front desk staff Pangpond is exceptionally friendly and alway with a smile

A special shout out to Fun who greeted us as we checked in and was so helpful and kind to Fon from the pool bar who was an exceptional person who catered for our every need

The location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants, day tours, beaches, and so much more. This was one of the greatest experiences we have ever had. Will definitely be back some day!

We booked two rooms, and since we were traveling with our elderly mother, they thoughtfully placed us in rooms close to the front desk and parking lot. We really appreciated this gesture

We stayed at Graceland Resort and Spa and it was fantastic! Staff were amazing and always willing to help always smiling. The service was next level in the assistants we received in regard to a late check-out

Staff is super friendly pools are great and breakfast is amazing. Our rooms didn’t have a window we could open so it was a little bit smelling from mould. And we had a very noisy neighbors

This wing had its own restaurant where breakfast was served “Seers and Co” which had much less people. However, the restaurant would carry food smell throughout the corridors which was not pleasant

Kids play area was nice but desperately needs a good cleaning. Surprising to see the hotel look slightly old for a new hotel (opened little while after covid ended)

I reserved the rooms with beach views which is in a separate wing to the main hotel. More expensive than normal rooms but worth it

Friends came to town and wanted to stay here. This was my first experience with an all-inclusive resort in Phuket. Amazing service during the entire stay and one of the best breakfast buffets I've had in Thailand

Cute private beach with a house reef for snorkeling or diving. Only wish is that one of the 3 pools was adults only

The staffs are really so nice and friendly, Nina at beach grill restaurant served us patiently and took great care of my baby girl. Also, Alkin at the reception is passionate and considerate too

It was the first time I had seen, no one available on the live pan kitchen corner for eggs at breakfast time for almost one hour at breakfast time, which is again an awkward thing from any hotel

Poor Wi-Fi connection. Video calls were periodically interrupted due to that. It was easier to use cellular 4G internet.

The location was good, anyone can drag that wooden partition, and the room must have the provision of proper lighting if any guest is required to read or do anything

I asked for room cleaning when I was leaving the hotel, and when I returned then the bed was arranged but towels were not changed and a coffee cup was found in the bathroom which was really awkward

I don't know... Seems to be good, but not very! Russian yell, dance and hear everything. In the morning do not understand (heard the rooster)

I asked my tour operator to check these things and avoid fishermen for next time bookings and choose some other property

We use the swimming pool everyday and experienced that too many guests do not wash themselves before using the swimming pool. But this is experienced in all hotels in Thailand

Our favourite resort in Phuket. The property is huuuuge! It so big that it has its own jetty! And it offers room for almost all budget, from beautiful sea view bungalows to tower rooming

It also has conference rooms, work stations, children playground (indoor) and amazing spa facilities. The breakfast buffet is to die for

We had a great stay in the 1 bedroom suite. Bale was frequently our driver on the resort and constantly gave us awesome advice. The food was good, the view was good, and the staff were all very friendly

We travelled as a family with one toddler and the walk to rooms, breakfast or the hotel itself is not a trouble! Yes, there is a hill to get to the hotel but if travelled by taxi or other means of transport, it is totally fine

We even walked a few times and had no trouble. The buggy service at the hotel is 10/10, we were never left without one. They have an efficient process for this that I cannot fault

This was our fourth time staying at the Holiday Inn. We stayed in the adults only pool villa again and have noticed the room and some areas of the hotel could do with a little refresh

The most disappointing aspect of the stay was the staff. We found this time around they were not very friendly compared to previous visits and certainly not what you expect in Thailand

It felt like they were going through the motions. There were some staff that didn’t even look up or acknowledge you when you walked past. We were even questioned over one of our tips, implying it wasn’t enough

The bed sheet for the double bed was clean until I found an old blood stain on the sheet. Close to restaurants and everywhere. And the swimming pools are the best! Kids loved them! Generally ok

The water quality was bad, the water for washing face is not clean. The drinking water provided is not drinkable. I got an upsetting stomach after drinking the water

Ever since we checked in, we had felt the warm welcome from the staff and the housekeepers. The room was spacious, and the facilities were good. And my kids loved the pool right in front of the room

The shuttle service was convenient as well. Malin Plaza (night market) is within walking distance. The only drawback was some of the tiles fell off from the pool which might cause some injury

- Not fit for elderly people - Not good to walk nearby - Some of the staff members are extremely rude (while others are nice) - Beautiful view from the pool access rooms but you ned more than just view - You get only one key which has thinnest ring with your card, if you lose it, admin hasn’t got the second key

Rooms were lovely, would highly recommend pool access suite. Bathroom doors need to be changed looks like the wood is very damp. Other than that rooms were very good

Throughout the duration of my stay I received nothing but excellent service! The staff were very friendly, and they DID help me with my bags! They’re very accommodating and they also give you a free complimentary drink voucher!! The breakfast is great! Wide variety selection! The food and drinks are cheap (right now you get 50% off and food and even cocktails during the day), and there was a good variety of food for breakfast

The location is very beautiful! Easily accessible shops & not to far from the beach. 7 eleven at the end of the street

All the staff are very friendly and can not do enough for you, shuttle bus available to help drive you to your hotel a they’re in the mountains

The only downside is that the property is huge, so you may have to walk up and down a few steps to get to the pools or restaurants. However, there is also a shuttle service available if you don't want to walk

You get a lot of value for your money here. There are three pools, one of thm with a water slide, which is great for children. The infinity pool as well as the restaurant offer a nice view of the sea

We received great service at the reception desk, tour concierge, and pool bar (note: none of the alcoholic drinks we got in Thailand seemed to have alcohol in it)

The view from our room was spectacular, overlooking a tranquil cove. The resort’s location, one of the last on the main road, ensured a peaceful atmosphere with deserted beaches nearby

While the main party and food areas are a bit far, the resort’s shuttle bus, though with fixed timings, makes it manageable. The infinity pool was amazing for sunset views, a favorite for many guests

The hotel offered us a free in-room breakfast with a floating basket which was amazing, special thanks to Mr Gulf. Overall, relaxing place to enjoy the infinity pool with awesome view with family or friends

The large pool with a pool bar was perfect for relaxation, while the children’s pool and daily activities were a big hit with the kids

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Resort in Phuket, and it exceeded all expectations! The resort itself is stunning, with its lush surroundings and breathtaking views, but what truly made the stay remarkable was the top-notch service and the incredible restaurant

Supportive and knowledgeable concierge and reasonably priced food, drinks and happy hours. The pool is MASSIVE and never packed with guests. The views are lovely and the rooms are luxurious and clean

Lovely hotel in Patong with great pool, on a hill so will not be suitable for everyone but they have a shuttle going to the main beach through the day

No shuttle to the beach even though it is included in the package, decent Gym size (could only fits 2 people) with great equipments, great size of swimming pool, nice bar by the pool, the bedroom and bathroom are a bit dark

Only stayed one night here but it was fabulous! Although, I'd think twice if I had seniors or children along because the last 200m to the hotel is a considerable ascend

The rooms were very clean and spacious, our favorite was the pool suite. The view was breath taking, and the breakfast was exceptional with the variety of options to eat

In just a few minutes you can walk to the nice night market and a few more minutes later you are in the middle of soi Bangla! But when you return at night you can enjoy the quietness and a nice sea view

It's so close to the beach (Patong beach) It was clean and the room was big every day new set of towels water coffee tea. We choose the room with Breakfast and Lunch

The only constructive feedback I would give to Oceanfront is to replace their pool lounges as they are a bit on the weathered side but otherwise a fantastic experience and we were incredibly pleased with our spacious room!

I recently stayed at the ocean front and had an unforgettable experience! The resort is stunning, with pristine pools, and a breathtaking view. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service

We go back to the receptionist and asked to change to a new room since the one we booked was supposed to be ocean view but the receptionist said that our ocean comfy room type is half pool and half ocean view which was not stated in the website or agoda

You can also find there a gym and squash, which we loved playing. If you want to travel to centre, hotel is providing a car until 20:30 and on the way back tuk tuk is around THB150-300, depending on time&place

We enjoyed room service frequently and we loved the pool bar where Mon and Nicky made us cocktails which were divine

The cleaning service was great and we got fresh towels and bottles of water everyday. The staff was amazing and very kind. The drinks were also very good. Overall my family and I really enjoyed our stay

I recommend if you are concerned about the noise of Bangala Road you ask for a room close to the lift and if you are worried about pool bar noise ask for a room far away from pool bar

The staff went above and beyond and I was able to truly celebrate my anniversary then went to another country for five days and came back to the key for seven nights when I came back All the staff remembered mine and my partners name and we honestly had the best time
