You can find way better for half the price, I booked a double bed deluxe room for myself and just when I am done with the booking they tell me that I can't bring anyfriend in even for a minute and if I want to bring someone in I have to pay a 10£ extra so then for that price I could have a much better room in another hotel, the morning the cleaners are so noisy, yelling, laughing, scaring each other so I woke up because one of them screamed, during the day they play music super loud, and the room need a bit of paint, repair the leaking tap and you have to wait 5 minutes for hot water, so after all you go next door and you will pay cheaper for better quality and you can bring who you wanna bring without question and fees
Just shout out to the night security guy, who was really friendly, and he made my stay a bit better.

The place is a little run down and in need of maintenance since the photos were taken for their website. However the location is top notch. Staff are great and the rooftop pool is pretty good. If you’re not looking for a fancy hotel but just a clean room to sleep at night then this is for you.

The hotel was amazing, it became our other home during our stay. The staff is great,they were so friendly and accommodating. They even celebrated my girlfriends birthday and provided many complimentary snacks. Everything was awesome and the hotel made our trip so memorable. Thank you

The reception area was very congested, and the receptionists who looked like lady boy, didn't have knowledge on how to greet guests....

I had an awesome few days over New Years 2022 at the hotel. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. They have a tour organizer right in front. Very nice lady. Check out her tours 👍🏼Balcony I could smoke at made it awesome. Getting harder to find smoker accom. Free coffee, tea , juice 24 hrs ,really helps . At a busy intersection, lively watching while having coffee out front

it was very nice hotel, quiet, cozy and very clean. great location in patong, just 5 minutes away from the baech. they havep oool on thr roof and you can see the sunset from there.

My wife and I were walking down the street the “album” is located on…..as we came up upon it we seen a man laying upside down, not moving. We observed the balcony railing broken. We didn’t actually see the fall but we read articles and they fail to say the railing was clearly broken, just that he was possibly drunk or alcohol was in his room. If you’re staying here, please check the railing before leaning on or against it. Seems like the more you read about Thailand accidents, they always seem to cover it up or blame alcohol. I hope you are ok Mr Bo Peter Svensson.

Good location. Room condition reasonable for the price. However, the breakfast supposed to start at 7.00 only starts around 7.30. Very bad as guests are kept waiting and sometimes have morning flight to catch.
