The property itself is visually stunning, with a beautiful pools and well-designed rooms. The overall aesthetic of the hotel is impressive, and the breakfast restaurant is excellent. The food quality is great, and the variety is satisfying, which has been one of the highlights of my stay.

While the facilities and breakfast are lovely, the lack of proper service and cleanliness has been disappointing. I hope these issues are addressed before the end of my stay.

I stayed in a private pool villa that was well worth the romantic and delightful trip. Although the costs are affordable , they are well worth it. The staff is polite and friendly. I could unwind the whole way. I adore the make-your-own-juice bar, and the breakfast buffet is delicious and substantial. The place has a beautiful design and is quite tidy. It is away from the bustle and close to Patong Beach. I heartily suggest the location.❤️

Avista hideaway what a dream stay you were! Absolutely gorgeous every inch of this resort, the buffet breakfast was 10/10 so many options and myself and partner got a free upgrade to the pool villa room as it was our honeymoon we couldn’t be more happy and thrilled about this. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and answered all our questions for us. Daily housekeeping in our room was speculator. Couldn’t fault this place at all! We will definitely be back 😍xx

We had a wonderful honeymoon at the Avista hideaway. I want to give my thanks to the front manager and the staff for making our stay incredible. The hotel is well maintained surrounded by lushes gardens. The hotel is tucked in a forest away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. However, if you want to explore Patong, the hotel has a shuttle that goes to the area 4 times a day.
Breakfast was 4/5 - food was good but some of the pastries had insects crawling. The pancakes, waffles and French toast were dry.
The spa was pricier than what you would get outside the hotel but the masseuse was knowledgeable and well trained.
I highly recommend this resort and will definitely come back again.

The hotel was amazing with great facilities, especially the three swimming pools, all with swim up bars. The upgraded room we received was spacious and very comfortable with a nice peaceful view over the hillside. The wonderful large walk in rain shower, was welcomed after a long day out exploring. All staff were always friendly and helpful.

The only negative side of this resort we found was the pricing of F&B. Because the prices were so high and that was before the ++ (17% service fee and taxes) were added, we ended up buying very little at the hotel, limiting pool use a lot to avoid spending huge amounts on drinks and ended up dining only once at one of the three onsite restaurants.
It was much cheaper for two of us to take return transport to Patong, have great food and drinks and enjoy the night out, still returning with money in our pockets, than the cost of eating at the hotel.

Our stay here has been nothing short of lovely. We stayed in one of the jacuzzi suites, tucked away behind the spa, which was so serene and spacious. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, helping us book activities and get reservations.

The food at the Vista was fantastic and definitely a highlight. The breakfast had so many options and the lunch had great Thai food selections. The Sizzle rooftop had great vibes with a lovely Italian manager - she was awesome!

We also loved our private Muay Thai lesson, which was led by two instructors who helped us get a great workout and get the basics on the sport down.

Wow! What a holiday!! The moment we arrived, we couldn't help but take a deep breath and sigh with relief at how peaceful and breathtaking Avista Hideaway is. The staff went above and beyond in their service to us during our stay. The facilities are spectacular and the food is amazing. The manager (Aye) assisted us with room transfers when other guests weren't being considerate of others and we were even upgraded to a nicer room due to a few issues with guests smoking marijuana when they are not supposed to. My husband got sick during his trip, and so many staff members helped us in many ways- we are so grateful!!! I could go on and on but I'll let the pictures say the rest 😍 Also, thank you to Mi for being so beautiful and kind ❤️

What an amazing experience. I chose this hotel for my first ever trip to Thailand. Really they made the experience awesome.The people were full of smiles and very friendly. The room was amazing! The best one I've ever been. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options. Loved the spa service! It was the best I've had till date. There was a travel guide in the lobby which was useful for our phi phi island trip. Thank you for the vibe and experience!

The hotel has good facilities, including a game room with pool, darts, ping pong, and more. The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of options, and there is a juicer with a wide selection of fruits for guests to make their own juice. The complimentary spa from the wellness package is amazing, and the spa’s serene ambiance makes guest feel good and relaxed. Enjoyed the fire show which started at 6.45pm on selected days. The hotel is located up the hill, so getting around hotel requires a buggy or climbing stairs, which might not be suitable for everyone. The room is decent.

I stayed at Avista Hideaway hotel for 5 days and had upgraded my room to the pool suite. Starting with the room, it was massive , with an outdoor shower and indoor shower, I had so much space and the bed was very comfortable. The private pool area was very nice. Only issue is that the sun never seemed to reach the area of my private pool so I did end up using their three public pools quite a lot. However, in saying so, the 3 public pools were all amazing , getting a private pool isn’t necessary as the public ones were very big and clean whilst not being too busy. The cocktails at the pool bar were delicious too. There was also a games room at the hotel which had a pool table, table tennis table and a darts board which I definitely used a lot and is a good addition to the hotel. The overall hotel itself is very stunning with a lot idyllic scenery. The rooms were gorgeous, pools were nice and lobby was also stunning. It’s a very clean and luxurious hotel. The staff are also incredibly accommodating and friendly, on the day I was leaving Phuket, I became very ill and the staff had looked after me well which is something I appreciate. I highly highly recommend this hotel because I can guarantee that you’ll have a good stay.
