Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong - MGallery - SHA Plus

Our stay here has been nothing short of lovely. We stayed in one of the jacuzzi suites, tucked away behind the spa, which was so serene and spacious. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, helping us book activities and get reservations.

The food at the Vista was fantastic and definitely a highlight. The breakfast had so many options and the lunch had great Thai food selections. The Sizzle rooftop had great vibes with a lovely Italian manager - she was awesome!

We also loved our private Muay Thai lesson, which was led by two instructors who helped us get a great workout and get the basics on the sport down.

Wow! What a holiday!! The moment we arrived, we couldn't help but take a deep breath and sigh with relief at how peaceful and breathtaking Avista Hideaway is. The staff went above and beyond in their service to us during our stay. The facilities are spectacular and the food is amazing. The manager (Aye) assisted us with room transfers when other guests weren't being considerate of others and we were even upgraded to a nicer room due to a few issues with guests smoking marijuana when they are not supposed to. My husband got sick during his trip, and so many staff members helped us in many ways- we are so grateful!!! I could go on and on but I'll let the pictures say the rest 😍 Also, thank you to Mi for being so beautiful and kind ❤️

What an amazing experience. I chose this hotel for my first ever trip to Thailand. Really they made the experience awesome.The people were full of smiles and very friendly. The room was amazing! The best one I've ever been. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options. Loved the spa service! It was the best I've had till date. There was a travel guide in the lobby which was useful for our phi phi island trip. Thank you for the vibe and experience!

The hotel has good facilities, including a game room with pool, darts, ping pong, and more. The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of options, and there is a juicer with a wide selection of fruits for guests to make their own juice. The complimentary spa from the wellness package is amazing, and the spa’s serene ambiance makes guest feel good and relaxed. Enjoyed the fire show which started at 6.45pm on selected days. The hotel is located up the hill, so getting around hotel requires a buggy or climbing stairs, which might not be suitable for everyone. The room is decent.

I stayed at Avista Hideaway hotel for 5 days and had upgraded my room to the pool suite. Starting with the room, it was massive , with an outdoor shower and indoor shower, I had so much space and the bed was very comfortable. The private pool area was very nice. Only issue is that the sun never seemed to reach the area of my private pool so I did end up using their three public pools quite a lot. However, in saying so, the 3 public pools were all amazing , getting a private pool isn’t necessary as the public ones were very big and clean whilst not being too busy. The cocktails at the pool bar were delicious too. There was also a games room at the hotel which had a pool table, table tennis table and a darts board which I definitely used a lot and is a good addition to the hotel. The overall hotel itself is very stunning with a lot idyllic scenery. The rooms were gorgeous, pools were nice and lobby was also stunning. It’s a very clean and luxurious hotel. The staff are also incredibly accommodating and friendly, on the day I was leaving Phuket, I became very ill and the staff had looked after me well which is something I appreciate. I highly highly recommend this hotel because I can guarantee that you’ll have a good stay.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel in Phuket! The three pools were amazing and provided a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere. The room was cozy and provided the perfect sanctuary for my husband and me. I want to give a special shout-out to Ark, a staff member at the lobby, who was exceptionally nice and helpful during our check-in process. His warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. Overall, we're extremely happy with our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket. ❤️🙏🏼

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi on our arrival to the moment we left for the airport we had a fantastic experience.
Our bedroom was absolutely beautiful,
it was spotless, there was a king size bed and a queen size bed , we had a lovely balcony that we could sit in the evenings and enjoy the pool
The breakfast was everything we could wish for with plenty of staff to look after our needs. Overall a super place to stay and would definitely recommend it to friends and family

We had an amazing stay at the Hideaway MGallery, for four nights. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in Phuket with lots of choices and specially the pasties, my favorite was focaccia and all the croissants. The rooms are very modern and spacious. We had the pool access room which is very handy to secure a lounge bed but not sure if it’s worth it as the pool lounge beds are not of private use.
What I recommend is to have a car as the hotel is not near a beach.

This hotel was a wonderful experience and I would definitely go back. A main highlight of our experience was a cooking class offered by the hotel and taught by the very talented chef Mama Duu. She went overboard to make the preparation and cooking of three dishes as clear and easy as possible for my grandson and me. She is serious about what she does and manages to convey some of the essentials of this complex cuisine. The kitchen is in an open and beautiful setting. The food that was prepared was exquisite and easily fed dinner to our family of five!

My partner and I spent four wonderful nights at this establishment. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by lovely and welcoming staff. We were given a complimentary room upgrade ( to a pool suite) that exceeded our expectations.

The hotel overall is beautiful. I can’t say enough how well laid out and accessible the pools, restaurants, and recreational facilities were on the property. The food offerings were delicious and included a wide range of cuisine. However, during the dinner hours, service was slow. There were a couple of occasions where we had to get up and approach the server station to remind them of our order.

I will definitely stay here again when I am back in the area!
