Cozy budget hotel near the center. Recommended for youth and families without children.

Located 49 km from the airport, just across the promenade from the sea, 2.5 km from Patong beach on the West coast of Phuket island, at the entrance to the Bay of Patong from Karon Bay.
Consists of one 4-storey building and one 2-storey block.
Total area: 3 200 m2.
Only 63 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach in 50 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses - for a fee, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

This is a beautiful place just outside the hotel where you can see the ocean, the market is also nearby. The staff are nice and friendly.

Good but aging hotel. Do not expect luxury, as it looks much better on the pictures but still good and wide rooms.
Swimming pool was amazing.
Breakfast buffet was rather low on quality. Not worth it if you expect quality food.
They somehow had no cold water in the evening, I guess they used tanks and water supply was short due to heatwave and some kind of shortage.
Aircon was very unpleasant and made us sick.
No elevator and stairs were steep and felt dangerous.
Location was great. Close to Pattong but not suffering of being too central which would come with many downsides.
The staff was super professional and nice and helpful. I would give them six stars to all of them. Not a single wrong thing about them.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious. Breakfast option was very limited. Swimming pool was good.

Room was very spacious and clean. Our room had ocean view and was near to road but still there was no noise and we could sleep peacefully. There's separate pool for kids too and both of them were so clean. Food was excellent and all the staffs were very kind and friendly.

Stayed here 1 year ago, no problem. This year we are not happy. We had to ask for toilet paper 3 times, toilet has not been cleaned in a week, floors are not cleaned, no TV at all and no WiFi most of the time. Our bed sheets had stains on them. If you ask the front desk for anything after 5pm they tell you to ask housekeeping @ 8am. The breakfast was ok and location is great. Time for us to find another place next time we visit. Still love Thailand.

Everything was perfect. The room size, cleanliness, bed size and comfort were very good. Its very well located and architecturally well thought out. Neither the pool nor the rooms face the street. Away from noise. We were very pleased.

Best price/location combination in Patong beach. Everything is close, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful!
Big swimmingpool and a smaller one for children, the dining area is clean and the food is tasty. I was here for 2 weeks with a freind, i can recommend the place.

Good size room, quiet, big balcony towards the pool. The AC was positioned towards the bed and blowing very cold (built in, could not adjust it). The breakfast was standard, nothing too special. Staff was nice. Located exactly on the beach. The pool was nice size in length nicely decorated with plants also in the tiles on the floor.

Nice location you can walk every were easily nice go fresh restaurants 3 minute walk check in after a long flight was a bit confusing when try to rambert card numbers when you are exhausted

Great place to stay if you want to check out Patong however warning no elevators only stairs so will need to climb if you situated in 3rd floor will mean 48 steep stairs other than that great value for money, breakfasts a little monotonous after a few days as no real variety besides plenty of starches other than that menu food and ordering pizzas were amazing staff are really friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable
