Large hotel near Patong beach. Rooms are large and spacious. They have their own parking space. They also provide moderate breakfast at just 150 thb.
The only drawback they have is there are so many bars at the outdoor which are open till late night. So there is loud sound that may disturb you if u are a early to bed.

Don’t stay here . One of the worst hotels in Phuket . All old furnitures and poor breakfast quality. No value for money .
Dimak tours booked this hotel for us and it ruined our stay here in Phuket.
The front office and the room service speak very poor English and no hospitality.
In the night you will have lot of noises and you cannot sleep properly

Excellent location for party freaks and nightlife enthusiasts. If you don’t mind noise and loud music till 3 AM, this is one of the best places to stay in Phuket.
Overall, well maintained property, spacious rooms, good service, great breakfast.

The room was so big. This is only the good thing about the hotel. There is too much of a crowd, since there are a lot of bars in front of the hotel.

Very noisy place , hotel is ok but outside a busy road , day and night can’t sleep properly because of noise.
Maybe just my opinion, I sincerely hope other people can be happy here .
Absolutely nowhere to park ! Do not bring a car over ! Even difficult to stop here for a pick up.

“Budget Spacious Room”
the room is very spacious almost all the facilities are available there. You will find the hot shower facilities. Furnitures are good, rooms are clean. Hotel Staffs are average they are not fluent in English. One staff refused to give me a bottole of water at night. He asked for 50 bath charge. But one bottle of water is only 5 Bath outside. Other than staffs overall arrangement is good. There are lots of bar in front of the hotel. At saturday night you may enjoy at the hotel premises. Its a value for money.

Not recommend this hotel. Hotel are not worth a single dime. Hotel are too old need to remodel, wood window are crack about to break, door are hard to open and close. Too noisy, loud bar music every night till 2 am. If I have known, I won't book this hotel. Worst hotel and Breakfast ever, not worth the price. Room are dusty as well. No hair dryer, telephone is not working. Most of the outlets are not working. Take your money else where.

When you finally get in your room you will be greeted with live electrics in the bathroom, dirty sheets and damaged sets of bedding that haven’t been changed or washed. Bathroom floods due to blocked drains, damp shown on all ceilings from leeks on above floors. Music from bars below go on until 2/4am so don’t worry about packing your speaker for your own music.

The staff are kind. Fresh bottled water daily. Great location. However. The breakfast is a joke. It is not a buffet. Or hot. It is a bag with a sandwich that is only bread and cheese. A small piece of fruit. A box of juice. One hard boiled egg and something called eurocake. Its like a very small packaged pastry thing. Many reviews had complained about the breakfast. Those reviews at least had hot eggs and sausage. Now it is even worse. Their horrid breakfast is the reason I will never stay here again. Otherwise it was just fine.
