This is was a terrible experience, a delux room is what we paid for when it was extremly basic, more like a 2 star guest house, the mattress was rock hard, the reception had water pouring over the front desk when we arrived, the owners wife was very rude when we explained we could not stay due to no sleep, felt like we were sleeping on the floor.
I've received comunication from owner who tried to say the mattress was brand new, ( not at all) left after 1 night, paid for whole 4 days bad move.. I would not recommend to anyone..

Just spent 3 weeks here in a delux room absolutely no issues owners are very helpful and friendly rooms cleaned on a daily basis location ideal only a 5 minute walk from the night life and probably 10 from the beach

Lovely owners, very helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. Only planned on staying 2 weeks, ended up staying nearly 3 months. The price was great for the room. Nice shower, big fridge, TV, hairdryer. Bed was ok. I had no problems. All in all i highly recommend. Try the the food as well. Lovely Italian dishes. I look forward to staying there again.

The room is dirty. Smells Horrible. And the Bed is a catastrophe. Stay Away from this Hotel. The Owner doesnt refund our payment. We lost 250 € because we checked out immediately.

For the price, you can't beat it. Great location clean rooms. The bed is a little lumpy and there is no lift and the room is a little dated but for less than 300 baht per night, what can you ask for? Okay I haven't been able to get the Wi-Fi to work yet either but like I said, The Price is Right. I'm certain this is covid pricing. Not much to do here in patong right now

Great location at very reasonable prices. The rooms are perfect for the price, clean, quiet and well maintained. Air conditioning in all rooms but honestly I rarely use it as the rooms are cool even during summer. The owner is very helpful and charming.

Great location. Nice owner, very helpful with every request we had. Very nice rooms, lots of space. Towels and soap are provided. There is also room service included in the price. Aircon works perfectly, even too cold sometimes. Bathroom is ok, not the most luxurious but it is at least one level above of other other guesthouses. All in all a very nice stay, if I visit Patong again I know where to sleep.

Solid place to stay. Great location, big room, nice enough bed, and everything you're looking for if you want to explore Patong via foot. I booked through Airbnb and had to move rooms once in my 3 days, but the staff was kind and overall I'm happy I stayed there.
