Location: 40 km from airport, Phuket town, on the West coast of Phuket, in the Northern part of Patong beach, on the hill.
Consists of five 2-3-storey buildings, three 3-4-storey buildings and eight 1-storey villas.
The total area of 67200 m2.
The hotel has 333 rooms.
Beach: private sandy beach and adjacent to the public beach 50 m away (1 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. There is a Shuttle service to the beach in Patong to Paradise beach.

This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel’s staff during our vacation. There is heavy rain on our check out day; very helpful and efficient front staff willing to help and well-organize.
My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable. The room was well equip with water boiler and safe deposit box. The view was excellent. My stay was very enjoyable. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. Had to return for work!

Beautiful location and staff at Diamond Cliff. After a long flight, the welcome drink lifted our spirits right away. Our Jacuzzi room overlooked the ocean, was spacious and incredibly comfortable bed. Delicious buffet breakfast - stand out dishes being the Thai curries, morning glory and tropical fruits. Compliments to Firas and Kaewalee for a lovely experience - we can’t wait to return one day!

An excellent hotel. Have stayed numerous times. Quiet end of resort, close to beach. Friendly staff, good service and amenities. A good choice of restaurants with excellent food. Spacious room. Would recommend

We stayed for 1 week and it is the best hotel I have stayed at!
Beds comfy, air conditioning works great, large size rooms, service is great can’t fault anything.
There is a lot of stairs but they have a shuttle car that can take you up and down if need.
Great location not far from everything. Definitely will be back

Fantastic staff who were happy to help and always with a smile! The resort was constantly being cleaned and maintained. The spa was mind blowing and the restaurants offered a great 2 course lunch and dinner menus which were Thai, international and Japanese. The Japanese was outstanding!
They went the extra mile and decorated our room for our wedding anniversary and presented us with a celebratory cake.

Initially I had this resort as a one star, due to some issues I had with the AC system not working in multiple rooms. As well as how old the rooms are and a few others issues I had with the room. What changed my view on the resort is honestly the service of the staff. They are extremely friendly and wanted to make sure my stay was up to my standards. The pools are beautiful and the breakfast is great and freshly served every morning. The shuttle service is great and always on time. The staff went out of their way and upgraded me to a suit due to the issues I had with the AC and that is greatly appreciated.

A very Greattt place to stay, We really enjoyed our stay. there are free shuttle bus from entrance to the rooms although you can walk for 10 min to reach the lobby and breakfast restaurant and so. a nice swimming pool with great place for suntan (be cautious not to get sunburn as we did :-D

Loved this resort, have stayed here 3 times now, great sized rooms, lovely staff. The food is great, big buffet breakfast. Wonderful views over the sea. Decently priced and even better if you can snag one of their deals.
Only down side is the hill, they have vehicles to take you up, you still have a few stairs to go up before the elevators.

Great location if you want to be near the hustle and bustle of patong but still want peace and quiet. Resort is nice, has two nice pools and great views. The rooms are old and outdated (no cast on small TV's, old wooden furniture etc). Happy with the cleanliness of the rooms and the beds are very comfortable. Food at the restaurant was not good at all but the breakfast was decent. We had some issues with the AC as the room would not cool so they switched us to a suite that also did not have the best AC. For the price tag you could definitely find better hotels but overall satisfied with my stay.

The hotel and property is beautifully kept! The minute we pulled up I knew it was out type of place. Great views of Phuket and the attention to detail on the property was great. Both pools were beautiful and relaxing and food and drinks were available for purchase. A little pricey, but expected in a luxury hotel.We opted for the larger honeymoon room, although not on honeymoon, to experience the rain wall, swing, and larger room. There were a few water issues causing a small puddle after each shower, but nothing bad enough for me to complain about. We only spoke American so there was a little language barrier asking for extra washcloths and towels so we just showed them what we needed :) Customer service was great and everyone was very friendly. Definitely opt for the breakfast package. It was delicious and if you timed it right, you could really get breakfast and lunch and just have to buy dinner each night. It was an overall great experience!
