The hotel is amazing and location is very good . It’s in prime location…A Perfect gateway ….it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, LENA was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home.

The location is ideal, offering breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, with all the modern amenities you could need. Waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee on the private balcony was truly amazing

Dining was another standout. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh, delicious options, and the on-site restaurants served incredible vegetarian meals..

Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, this resort has it all. We’re already planning our next trip back!

This hotel is great. My wife and I enjoyed our visit here. The room was very clean and quiet. Hotel staff are very professional and courteous. The breakfast restaurant was clean and the staff were so nice and attentive.

I would recommend staying here for your vacation... close to all the fun.

Overall it was a great stay. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous, just off the road and across from the beach. It was only a 10 minute walk to Bangla Road with heavy foot traffic. My only complaint would be it had absolutely no dressers, so nowhere to put clothes. It also only had one hang bar with like 7 hangers behind the room door.

Great location that is walking distance to the beach. The grounds and rooms appears clean but they better upkeep. There were missing tiles in the pool. The furniture in our room were scuffed and worn out. Maybe due to the hotel being so busy? The service was great! Front desk and breakfast crew were kind and attentive.

We spent five nights here. The location is great—close to everything, you don’t hear the nightlife noises. The room service and people are awesome and very welcoming. The breakfast is great, with lots of selections. The staff takes care of you from start to finish. The gym facilities are also great; you have everything you need. My favorite part is Timmy’s pool bar. Timmy is a very special person with a beautiful heart. He looked after us and made us laugh all the time. Thanks a lot for your company, Timmy. You were definitely the highlight of my trip!

The location is awesome, the rooms are comfortable, staff is friendly, however, one recommendation is to improve the lifts. They stink badly.

For muslims, halal food is very limited in breakfast. I have complained a couple of times during my stay but they didn't take it seriously.

I decided to upgrade to the newly renovated wing, and I’m so glad I did. The rooms are incredibly chic, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities you'd expect from a top-notch hotel. Everything felt fresh and new, making our stay extremely comfortable.

A special shout-out goes to the reception team and the staff handling the WhatsApp service. They were incredibly helpful in receiving and safely storing my pre-ordered parcels, which made my trip much smoother.

The Happy Hour at the pool was another highlight of our stay. There’s nothing quite like enjoying delicious drinks while relaxing in the pool—it was the perfect way to unwind.

The location is also ideal. Patong Beach is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Plus, Bangla Road, with all its vibrant nightlife, is only about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Overall, I had a great time and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Double Tree and I must say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel's location was ideal, situated right in the heart of Patong beach just steps away from all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants.

Upon check-in, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They efficiently handled the check-in process and provided helpful information about the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area. Special thanks to Miss Helen she was attentive to my needs and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.
