IHG member need to book direct not trip to accumulate points.
The only problem do not take city view room because it is no view no city

The hotel service and amenities were good too.
Will come back in future.
We had dinner at Sam’s after experiencing a lovely dinner with great service last year but again it was disappointing. It felt very rushed and they wanted us in and out quickly. The restaurant wasn’t very busy yet the manager didn’t even speak a single word to us.
After last year I was excited to return but after this stay I am not interested in coming back anytime soon.
