Location: 45 km from the airport of Phuket, in the southern part of coast of Patong.
Consists of one 6-storey building, a 5-storey building and two 2-storey villas.
The hotel has 398 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach, 100 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee, towels – free of charge.

Overall good stay, good location and many near by fun activities, family loved it. One thing that we missed it was variety of Indian breakfast, few options were there but very limited and very day few repeated items, please add some more varieties in menu.

It was excellent stay with nice atmosphere. service from reception to food services was amazing. It is close to center and beach and good for family as it has kids swimming pool and activities.

This was our fourth time staying at the Holiday Inn. We stayed in the adults only pool villa again and have noticed the room and some areas of the hotel could do with a little refresh. The most disappointing aspect of the stay was the staff. We found this time around they were not very friendly compared to previous visits and certainly not what you expect in Thailand. It felt like they were going through the motions. There were some staff that didn’t even look up or acknowledge you when you walked past. We were even questioned over one of our tips, implying it wasn’t enough.
We had dinner at Sam’s after experiencing a lovely dinner with great service last year but again it was disappointing. It felt very rushed and they wanted us in and out quickly. The restaurant wasn’t very busy yet the manager didn’t even speak a single word to us.
After last year I was excited to return but after this stay I am not interested in coming back anytime soon.

We got a family room for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and the service was good. The morning buffet was okay, not as good as we expected. But the rice noodles are very good. The water quality was bad, the water for washing face is not clean. Looks like sandy-colored. The drinking water provided is not drinkable. I got an upsetting stomach after drinking the water. The bed sheet for the double bed was clean until I found an old blood stain on the sheet.
Great location though. Close to restaurants and everywhere. And the swimming pools are the best! Kids loved them!

Alot of noise, especially by housekeeping, when they clean a room, the whole floor can't sleep, and they do it so early in the morning, it was very frustrating. It's not good if you are on vacation and want to stay late and wake up late.
This is my third time staying at this hotel, but I think it will be my last.

Very good location close to bangla road and many shops nearby. Rooms are a bit dated, but has many facilities

Stayed here for five nights and we loved it, great staff and location. Rooms are clean and everything works well, excellent location and will come again. Staff are very friendly and always helpful.

Had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Phuket! The location is perfect—right by the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved the pool area and the breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again!
