I had high hopes when I shifted from Ocean Front to Impiana Beach Resort, thinking it would offer a better beach experience. Unfortunately, my stay was far from satisfactory.
The room I was given was small, which was disappointing, but what made matters worse was the presence of ants on my bed during the night. Despite calling reception multiple times, there was no response. I eventually went down to the reception, only to find out that there was only one staff member on duty, and no other rooms were available for a change.
Additionally, I was not informed beforehand that the restaurant wouldn’t operate 24/7, which caused further inconvenience. Thankfully, Amritsar Restaurant nearby saved the day for dining, but this didn’t make up for the poor service and lack of communication at the hotel.
Overall, the experience did not meet basic hospitality standards, and I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.
