Indochine Resort and Villas - SHA Extra Plus

We had a lovely stay in a dulux suite. The plunge pool was great and room was excellent. Staff were also very helpful and kind. Breakfast was great every morning and the transport was a real positive. My only negative was the communal pool. The personal pools are great but it would also be nice to chill out on the deck. The pool area needs attention and is lacking some niceties like lighting, music, and a bar.

We enjoyed our stay at Indochine.

We had a family get together, 6 days in 4BR pool villa. 9 of us, the age group was 7 to 69. We had pretty varied requirements. The location is good, service was absolutely awesome, rooms and amenities were useful.

Location - near Patong beach. Full sunrise and partial sunset view from the rooms.

Rooms - fit for purpose with functioning kitchen, good air con, small but adequate pool which was enjoyed by all of us.

Service - impeccable. Due to the hilly area, rooms on top require a steep climb. It was made easy by on call, always smiling staff. Cleaning service was pretty good. There are sufficient number of staff to take care of your requirements. We ordered quite a few things via grab, all of which were promptly delivered to us from the reception. We got a feel that, generally, they wanted guests to have a good time.

Value - for the type, size of villa and service, we felt that the place offered pretty good value.

We will gladly stay here again.

recently stayed at Indochine Resort and Villa in Phuket, and it was an outstanding experience! The service was impeccable, with no areas needing improvement. Every staff member, from the doorbell attendant to the receptionists and housekeeping, was incredibly friendly and greeted us with bright smiles every time.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and free from any unpleasant odors. The bed was soft yet supportive, providing a great night's sleep. The additional services were excellent, including a shuttle service and ample parking space. The gym and swimming pool were well-maintained and ready for use.

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The porridge was especially tasty! Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

I will like to thank Indochine for making our anniversary a very special one by decorating our bed with petals of flowers and bottle of wine, and giving us the room with most privacy for our booking.

Breakfast is really good and there are changes to look forward to the next day for some items.

The shuttle service is flexible. When we asked if we could keep the option of returning back to hotel either at 2.10pm or 4.10pm, they said no problem.

I love also the fact that we had free flow bottled water. Important to stay hydrated in humid Phuket.

However, we were very unimpressed today at check out early morning. We called '0' to ask that our luggage be sent to reception. One female answered call and said no problem. We waited a whole 10+ minutes and still no one came by so we brought the luggage ourselves, only to see the female was no longer at reception area and no one at the reception area was informed.

A phenomenal stay! Visited 5-9 February 2021, 2-Bedroom Villa No. 511. Unforgettable holiday! The magnificent resort complex is built on a steep slope and offers exceptional, beautiful views of the entire Patong Bay and the sea. Wonderful tropical plants and trees everywhere - a joy to behold! The villa offers total privacy, the spacious rooms are well equipped, there is even a kitchenette with everything you need. Swimming here in the private pool, with a view out over the bay - and of the stars at night - is hard to beat! The location on the outskirts of town makes it recommendable to travel by (rental) car. You sleep wonderfully quietly and are perfectly looked after by the friendly staff. In the middle of the tourism crisis, the prices for this luxury are at a reasonable and affordable level. However, this certainly has something to do with the fact that the complex is a bit outdated and shows clear signs of wear and tear. We were not very enthusiastic about the breakfast, which should have been of better quality. The fact that we were charged 500 baht for transporting breakfast for two from the kitchen to the villa is hopefully just an oversight. Because charging more than 5 times the appropriate price would otherwise have to be seen as a guest deterrent. Nevertheless, overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended! - we will be happy to come back!

Many different rooms available up to 4 bedroom units with privat pool and jacuzzi.

It's been really good. Staff are very welcoming and room was nice. Weather this time of year to be expected...clouds and rain but evenings it's fine.
