The Nature Phuket - SHA Extra Plus

This hotel is just WOW. When we first arrived, coming from a city filled with lights, I found the location a little dark. However, the next day when the sun rose, I saw the beautiful greenery that encompasses and engulfs this hotel. It was just magnificent. The combination of the trees, mountains and water sounds will completely transform your experience into one that is closely connected to nature.

The room is well laid, but be aware, the bathroom partition can be problematic to those who come with younger kids as it cannot be secured in a locked position, and can be opened with ease, albeit a minor and a common issue in hotel, some people might find that a little annoying.

The hotel has a fantastic bar downstairs with plenty of meals and drinks to choose from. I enjoyed my early days here snagging coconut juice from them. They’re reasonably priced for a hotel, meaning that you will find these consumables cheaper outside, but for the convenience of being in the hotel, I did it mind.

The staff is MEGA kind, helpful, lovely, fantastic, professional, you name it. In fact, I felt obligated to apologize to them after breaking one of the rooms cups because of how nice they are. I was charged roughly 140-150 baht for that, but I didn’t mind that.

The housekeeping service is tentative so long as you request them within their working hours, which is something from the early morning until 5PM. I THINK!

The gym is decently equipped for a hotel. I have been using it on daily basis. It is clean, tidy and well laid out. It is also available 24/7. At times they’ll turn off the lights, but you can walk in and turn them on.

Generally speaking, I have been staying in this hotel for over 10 days. I cannot complain about anything besides the damned mosquitoes that come as a price of being close to nature. Let that not bother you though, this place deserves all the appraisal for its services— gyms, restaurants, bars, pools (kids and adults), roof seating area, you’ve got it!

There are too many details to give, but I’ll sum it up with this hotel being the ideal place for those that want to stay on the outskirts of Patong (200 bahts cab rides to Patong) and enjoy the coziness of nature’s beauty.

This resort is really really good but just a little expensive. One thing you should keep in mind is that if you are planning to take a package for travelling to any of the islands...avoid booking this beautiful place on that day as you will even miss the breakfast buffet because you have to leave for the island trip at around 7:30 AM and you will reach the property at around 8:00 PM. So you will be basically using the property to sleep and nothing else. I suggest book this resort on a day when you want to relax more because the view is great...the pool is just woww and you will simply love the vibe of the place.

The location of the hotel was quite out of place. You have to get a car or bike to a different location. That being said, it's services and rooms are fantastic. It's a far cry from the tourists beach. You can see locals eating from the halal pushcarts across the road at night. The nearest 7-11 is 350m walk up slope which is still great. In all I enjoyed staying in the hotel.

I do like this property but spotted few things that bothered me during my stay. Upon check in, they also served complimentary dessert in room, we did not finish and later on, there were a lot of ants coming to left dessert and few remained in the room.

Room: spacious, clean, good amenities, can ask for more bottles of water. I like the layout, decoration and there's space i can work on as well.

Room ceiling is not sound proof, we can hear other guest floor above speaking, walking, laughing during night time which bothered us a lot (they made noise around 1.30 am for 2 nights, and its really annoying). On second night was even worse, some drunken rude guest keeps knocking on my room (of course, that person got drunk and knock at the wrong room) it was so scary and knocking sound was so loud which woke us up at middle of the night.

Staff & service: attentive and polite, upom check out we forgot something, maid found and informed us right away.

Food: breakfast was good but not much of pork menu, indian station was there everyday.

Beautiful well maintained property.
The location is far from phuket beach and Bangla road.
They do have shuttle service but on fixed times and you need to reserve with them.
They have three different pools which all are clean and the fun pool is really fun.
Be careful on the slide.
We did try the restaurant. The food is good. Even the breakfast had variety even an Indian corner .
They have a rooftop bar, the spa is expensive but really good .
There is also a kids zone. It's next to the elephant sanctuary so you can enjoy the view of the elephants from your room.
So overall it's a great property but far from the market , if you rent a scooty it's perfect.

The rooms are very tidy and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and ready to assist, especially the karts they have at reception if the case may be that your building is a little further away (still within walking distance nonetheless). The Neera Spa was especially amazing. The masseuse’s are very good at their job and can provide you with proper relief, worth the price.

Had a really lovely stat and a great way to start our tour of Thailand. Far enough from the busy areas of paton but taxis are cheap here and the hotel provides a shuttle. 4 cool pools and one even has a bar in the water!

Also enjoyed the rooftop bar!
