The Nature Phuket - SHA Extra Plus

I stayed at The Nature during my Thailand tour, and it was a great experience. The room was neat and clean, and the overall atmosphere in the hotel was really pleasant. There are three pools to enjoy, and the pool bars offer happy hour deals, which is a nice touch. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, even arranging early check-in when available.

Nana Restaurant, which is part of the hotel, was another highlight. The food, especially the Pad Thai, was delicious, and the cocktails were excellent. The restaurant has a calm, relaxing vibe, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Overall, The Nature is a wonderful place to stay with great amenities, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The best part of this hotel is that 99% of the breakfast items are Halal and delicious. The staff are amazing and very very kind. Rooms are very spacious, but little bit of cleaning were needed in the shower area. There are two 7/11 five minutes from the hotel. A lot of street food stalls nearby as well. The beach at front is not great.

I stayed in this hotel between the 26-29th of August and has an amazing experience. My boyfriend and I are from Europe and thought that the hotel was beyond beautiful and staff very helpful and attentive.
We particularly enjoyed the pool bar and the staff that were working there. The poolside bar staff member who was serving us drinks was great and really made our experience memorable.

This hotel is just WOW. When we first arrived, coming from a city filled with lights, I found the location a little dark. However, the next day when the sun rose, I saw the beautiful greenery that encompasses and engulfs this hotel. It was just magnificent. The combination of the trees, mountains and water sounds will completely transform your experience into one that is closely connected to nature.

The room is well laid, but be aware, the bathroom partition can be problematic to those who come with younger kids as it cannot be secured in a locked position, and can be opened with ease, albeit a minor and a common issue in hotel, some people might find that a little annoying.

The hotel has a fantastic bar downstairs with plenty of meals and drinks to choose from. I enjoyed my early days here snagging coconut juice from them. They’re reasonably priced for a hotel, meaning that you will find these consumables cheaper outside, but for the convenience of being in the hotel, I did it mind.

The staff is MEGA kind, helpful, lovely, fantastic, professional, you name it. In fact, I felt obligated to apologize to them after breaking one of the rooms cups because of how nice they are. I was charged roughly 140-150 baht for that, but I didn’t mind that.

The housekeeping service is tentative so long as you request them within their working hours, which is something from the early morning until 5PM. I THINK!

The gym is decently equipped for a hotel. I have been using it on daily basis. It is clean, tidy and well laid out. It is also available 24/7. At times they’ll turn off the lights, but you can walk in and turn them on.

Generally speaking, I have been staying in this hotel for over 10 days. I cannot complain about anything besides the damned mosquitoes that come as a price of being close to nature. Let that not bother you though, this place deserves all the appraisal for its services— gyms, restaurants, bars, pools (kids and adults), roof seating area, you’ve got it!

There are too many details to give, but I’ll sum it up with this hotel being the ideal place for those that want to stay on the outskirts of Patong (200 bahts cab rides to Patong) and enjoy the coziness of nature’s beauty.

This resort is really really good but just a little expensive. One thing you should keep in mind is that if you are planning to take a package for travelling to any of the islands...avoid booking this beautiful place on that day as you will even miss the breakfast buffet because you have to leave for the island trip at around 7:30 AM and you will reach the property at around 8:00 PM. So you will be basically using the property to sleep and nothing else. I suggest book this resort on a day when you want to relax more because the view is great...the pool is just woww and you will simply love the vibe of the place.

The location of the hotel was quite out of place. You have to get a car or bike to a different location. That being said, it's services and rooms are fantastic. It's a far cry from the tourists beach. You can see locals eating from the halal pushcarts across the road at night. The nearest 7-11 is 350m walk up slope which is still great. In all I enjoyed staying in the hotel.

I do like this property but spotted few things that bothered me during my stay. Upon check in, they also served complimentary dessert in room, we did not finish and later on, there were a lot of ants coming to left dessert and few remained in the room.

Room: spacious, clean, good amenities, can ask for more bottles of water. I like the layout, decoration and there's space i can work on as well.

Room ceiling is not sound proof, we can hear other guest floor above speaking, walking, laughing during night time which bothered us a lot (they made noise around 1.30 am for 2 nights, and its really annoying). On second night was even worse, some drunken rude guest keeps knocking on my room (of course, that person got drunk and knock at the wrong room) it was so scary and knocking sound was so loud which woke us up at middle of the night.

Staff & service: attentive and polite, upom check out we forgot something, maid found and informed us right away.

Food: breakfast was good but not much of pork menu, indian station was there everyday.
