Beach: public sandy beach in 50 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee, towels – free of charge.

The best feature about this hotel is, the customer service is top notch. The rooms are decent but could use some better cleaning products to make the rooms smell fresh. My room look decent but the bathroom had a smell of urine around the toilet area that never went away. This location says spa, but there is no spa on the site anymore. That section of the resort is closed off. But they still offer massages, but they come to your room and perform the service in your bed. No portable stations, but literally they climb in your bed and perform the service. The location is good if you’re looking to be close to the public beach. You’re also close to the street market. At the end of the day, there’s way better resorts in a better higher end district than this location

Rooms are big and clean but staff at reception is not hospitable.
Somebody changed our tsa lock numbers while we were away. They charged us 500 baht for slippers They could not find in our room.

An extremely decent place exactly opposite the Patong beach. It's not a very big resort but very decent enough and the idea of surrounding the rooms around a big swimming pool was superb. The ground floor deluxe rooms have a pool access and once you open the door, it takes you directly to the pool. There are suites also but not on the ground floor I guess. The rooms are really good and very clean too. The pool access rooms are a superb idea and we enjoyed it. There is a 7/11 exactly opposite the resort so it was very convenient if we needed anything. But the staff is just okay, not friendly, don't even say hello if we pass them and even when we say hello. They charge everything in the room if you take it except toiletries.

Decent hotel. It has become very old so everything in the resort feels outdated. Breakfast is decent. Location is very good.
Hotel staff was very good but tour operator staff tries to rip you off. Kept changing the price for taxi everyday we asked.

Genuine review- 21st June ' 2023. I booked this hotel for 3 days from 21st to 24th June, and it was very difficult for me to stay there even for a day. Total waste of money, very old property.Bathrooms/ washrooms are not clean very dirty and unhygienic. Construction going all around the hotel . Don't get fooled by the photography and the images of the property. You will get the feel and vibe of the guest house in this resort. For sure not at all worth the money. I paid for 3 days and stayed there for just 1 day. Total waste of money.

Great hotel. Although the place is not shiny and new, it is clean and well managed. The breakfast is good, the pool is good, the rooms are good. We stayed in a third floor room away from the road which was very quiet. The staff are fantastic. The location is perfect, short walk to the beach, loads of low cost shops nearby. Being next to a very busy road and junction is good because taxis (Bolt is cheapest by far) are always near. We paid 300-400B for a trip of 45 minutes into town, then 300B for the return later.

Recently stayed here with my son, our first trip out of our country.
The staff were always so helpful and happy, the breakfasts were a great selection each day. Room facilities were great, we were given an extra card key to keep our air con all the time free of charge, it saved us not being used to the climate.
Ana who booked our day trips was such a blessing and helped make our time in phuket very memorable.
I would stay here again when I come back to phuket.

Incredibly satisfied with the overall experience of our stay at Patong Paragon Resort. We got an upgrade to Junior Suite because of honeymoon which really was an awesome surprise. Be it the pool, the service quality, the best in class facilities, the convenient location, the delicious breakfast and much more, we couldn't have asked for more.. Will surely visit again!

Place to avoid in Patong, rooms are very old and tired, not enough sun beds at the pool which will end up sitting on a table if you’re lucky. in addition to the disrespect and lack of customer service awareness from both reservation and reception.
I booked a room with swimming pool view and I was given a room with an awful view. When I asked why, they said the room category I booked is all occupied, so they decided to downgrade my reservation due to a mistake they have their side.
When I asked to speak to a manager I was told no manager there today with an absolute carelessness.

Located right across from Patong beach, about a 20min walk from Bangla Road/central Patong, plenty of near by shops, restaurants, massage parlors and the bus stop. Great spot if you want to be away from the chaos and noise of heart of Patong but still close to everything. The hotel itself is also great, very clean, nice, big room, amazing pool, good and reasonably priced food and drinks the only negative was our shower would run from normal temperature to boiling hot every 30 seconds. other than that, we loved our stay here
