Small hotel with lovely grounds. Attentive staff, small but neat rooms. For a simple holiday with a touch of whimsy.

Renovated: 2011
Location: 45 km from the airport of Phuket, in the Patong area.
Consists of three 4-storey buildings.
Total area: 2720 m2.
The hotel has 80 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach is 1.5 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – a fee, towels – free of charge. There is a Shuttle to the beach.

Location is mainly only good thing about this hotel. We were very disappointed for the price we paid for 2 nights compared to other hotels we have stayed in for better value. The bedroom and bathroom was clean enough. Service was good when we asked for replacement towels and extra pillow.
The biggest negatives were that we decided to stay here because of the spa bathtub however we weren’t aware that it would be openly facing the restaurant on the balcony which was very public and uncomfortable, even a curtain would have made it feel more private. The noise levels when we were sleeping kept us awake. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were hard. The biggest issue for us was that there is a huge window facing the bed, and a smaller window in the bathroom that let so much light in projecting onto the bed at night it wasn’t dark enough to sleep.

Great rooms, spacious. Little far from beach. 3 people can be accommodated in a room. If you book for 3 adults in a room and if again they ask money for additional bed, don't entertain the receptionist.

Stayed at phuvaree for 3 days.
I would say overall I would give 8.5/10
Staff was friendly and supportive. Hotel is bit old, however they have renovate the rooms. Rooms were very spacious and you have your own jacuzzi as well.
Around 5-10 minutes or 2-3 km to the patong beach. If I have the chance. There is a laundry, seven eleven and food restaurant if you have a 1km towards the city. will use the same hotel if I have another chance.

Booked and requested for early check in (12.30 instead of 2). Receptionist informed us the room was full, have to wait until 2.
surprised to see a lobby without air conditioning, i asked him if we can sit and wait in a air conditioned area. His response was negative, immediately I cancelled my booking with them moved to another hotel

An old hotel that lacks maintenance.
Located on a noisy main road with no sidewalks, far away from the beach and downtown.
The rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear everything from the next room and the corridor.
Swimming pool is dirty, filled with greasy saltwater. The poorly-designed water slide can be dangerous both to children and adults.
Do not expect any service, after all, even their manager is racist.

The resort is dated but very clean. The staff are very friendly. I booked through expedia. I chose this resort over a couple of others because of they gym. I use the gym every day. I got here, and it's gone. As in, an empty room. Not a weight in the room. They said it's being renovated. There was no mention of that when I booked. I'm here for two weeks. Dang it. The pool is nice. Resort has a big water slide. Love it. The sunning area is limited because of that slide, unfortunately. This resort may be the last one on the road out of Patong. There's no sidewalk for the first half of your walk to get to town. It is very dangerous. It's 1.5 km total to the beach. I probably wouldn't have booked here, only because of the lack of a sidewalk. The resort is close to town, but that first 600-meter walk is a nightmare.

Drive 12 hours to check into this «beautiful hotel» to end up in a mental hospital.
The staff took advantage of our condition and deliberately gave dirty rooms.

I am very satisfied with the hotel, the hotel is always cleaned when we came back, special thanks to Yoshi who always welcomed us with a smile and always offered help

Rooms were poorly maintained, had a bad smell in the rooms so they sprayed some air freshener to cover it which gave me a headache and mad me feel sick the rooms look nothing like the photos listed on booking websites. Beds and pillows were like slabs of concrete. Spent a total time of 15minutes in the room before we decided to leave and find alternative accommodation no matter the price. Staff seemed rude and unhelpful. Very little parking onsite consisted of there drop off area that's it
