Great hotel! Well maintained and clean. The mattress was a little too stiff for me, but if you let the front desk know, they will put a pad on it. The location was great, as the beach was on one side and the mall was on the other side.

We stayed at Tony Resort Patong for 27 nights in July /August 2024 and had a fantastic stay. Our bed was too hard so asked for a topper which was in room within 30 minutes, asked for a clothes airer for wet washing and was in room very quick. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh linen by lovely smiling staff, reception desk where we got pool towels all the staff were lovely and always smile and wave when they saw us. Joy the manager said if we need anything just ask or if complaint let her know. Boy the breakfast manager was so friendly and would talk to us, the egg making man had the most beautiful smile and loved cooking bacon for my husband. The girls who cleaned the tables were so lovely and always smiling. The pool was so clear and clean with umbrellas and chairs around. This hotel was walking distance to Jung Ceylon shopping , beach, O.Top markets,Bangla road though we would some times get Tuk Tuk for 200 Baht back to hotel as was so hot. We would walk past Kaye the tour lady every day and have bit of talk with her, she was lovely too. Would recommend this hotel for sure.

Very good value for rooms. The beds are firm. The pool is nice. Staff are friendly and Kay at next to the front desk is very helpful to book tours and site seeing with shuttle buses from the hotel.

Perfect spot 5 mins from the beach, 5mins from walking street and 5mins for a more relaxed space. Couldn't be more situated in the middle of everything. Staff are so welcoming food has a good selection and the pool cleaned daily

Maybe a few outdated fixtures but it is clean, comfortable and the staff are very accommodating. The location is great, just out the door and into the madness that is Patong. Inside is a peaceful oasis

Great staff. very friendly. room dated and bed very hard. Bathroom lacked safety features re step inn bath/shower. Big problem was music at pool side. Not background music. At times was so loud made conversation very hard. Most time would be very few residents at the pool non were happy with the volume. Complained to manager several times to no real effect. The music would be again turned down, then turned up. If you want a quiet relaxe holiday around the pool with good conversation may not be the place for you.

Deasent enough hotel,quiet, pool is fine,they give you a towel for your poolside sunbed no need to bring your own. Poolside snacks and bar available.poolside rooms outside getting painted.
