A small Bungalow complex surrounded by gardens. Small package, small area, canteen. For economical beach holiday.

Location: 48 km from airport, Patong beach, 50 m from the sea (across the road).

Consists of bungalows and the main building.

85 rooms in total with garden views.

Beach: public sandy beach in 50 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free.

We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Great rooms and location
If you're after a quiet place, this may not be for you. We could definitely hear the Bangla rd parties, but not enough to bother us. The staff were amazing. Rooms cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. The pool was deep and nice. All rooms had safes.

We ordered two coconuts and a coke. However, when the two coconuts arrived, we noticed that they were not good. So we informed the waiter who categorically refused to change them for us, he even allowed himself to taste our coconuts and then told us that they were very good and that we did not know the taste of coconuts (while making fun of us). So we asked to change drinks, he refused while remaining very unpleasant. Finally, he allowed himself to make comments about our nationalities, to sing and make comments when he passed by us. Absolutely avoid! I strongly advise against it.

terrible restaurant. Unpleasant and mean waiter.
order 2 coconuts, the taste is not good, we ask to change them. The waiter makes fun of us and our nationalities, saying it's not possible.
laughs in our faces, explaining that he knows the taste of coconuts better than us.. Tells us to pay for them. Without a commercial gesture.
we pay by explaining that we are honest, but that their conduct is not worthy of restaurant staff. RUN !!.

The location and accessibility was excellent. While the atmosphereand staff was pleasant with a good disposition, two staff members were rude and lacked professionalism and customer care. This experience was not very appealing. The management should address this behavior asap to avoid repetition. The Manager should understand the importance of apology, Which has never happened. He still believes his position makes him superior of his customers.
If you choose to use this Hotel don't expect any hospitality from the manager.

Stayed 3nights. The property is old but clean. Nothing much to complain about. Value for money. Fantastic location, beach, police station, airport bus just across the road. Night life Bangla walking street is just next to the resort.

If not for a bar KIND OF overlooking the beach (which is pretty filthy) this place would not survive. I am here at a prime hour and the staff can’t muster a smile or serve with any sense of urgency despite there only being about 20-30 people (big open space). I literally fell asleep waiting for a beer. Such a shame, especially considering it is one of the few places open. You can do MUCH, MUCH better.

(I suppose it’s partly entertaining to watch the empty-minded minimally attractive working girls working the sunburned wrinkle-skinned 60+ year olds. If that’s your thing, more power to u?)

Accommodation is 5 star. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Just dropping a star because the two times I've eaten from the restaurant at night I've been ill. The breakfast buffet is amazing though!

Extremely rude staff, we booked a room and arrived at their hotel 2 hours later than we were supposed to because our flight was delayed by more than an hour.

We reached the hotel at 1 am in the night instead of 11 PM tired and instead of a friendly welcome we were received by a curt and rude lady at the counter who had no concerns for her guests..

A beautiful place with a disgusting service. Forget about Thai smiles in this place. Very mediocre food with the three times higher price and +17% fee in the bill. The table can not be selected, only with an extra payment. My wife and I had a problems with stomach after visiting this restaurant.
