Beach: public, sandy beach 3.8 km away, and the third coastline. Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Bus to Patong beach and Kalim Bay. The departure of the bus to the Kamala beach: 10:00, 14:00, 16:00; back: 10:15, 14:15, 16:15.
On the charge Deposit of 2000 baht per room per night. For an extended stay of 7 days, the hotel may charge 1,000 baht per room per night. Guests can pay in US dollars, which are converted into baht at the exchange rate of the hotel and returned only in baht.

The Pool Villa room was amazing, as expected for the price. The hotel lobby was beautiful and we were greeted with drinks and cold towels. Staff were very helpful for the most part, but failed to mention the sauna which I wish I'd known about. There were hedges covering the pool to give privacy from the nearby driveway. Unlike many other hotels which only provide 4 x 500ml bottles of water, staff provided a lot of complimentary water which was greatly appreciated. The gym is spacious with a beautiful view. My one criticism is that there wasn't a separate shampoo and conditioner provided. It was a combined product, which was actually the same as the shower gel. A 3-in-1 product, whist cost effective for the hotel, is not how guests paying these prices would like to feel. It left my skin and hair very dry. Hopefully in future these products will improve.

10/10 hotel. The views were beautiful and the rooms were lovely. The food options were endless and delicious and all the staff were extremely kind and respectful. The driver Kimchi always put a smile on our faces and constantly went above and beyond to provide great service. We will definitely miss his happy personality and kind comments the most from this hotel experience.

Nice hotel and very clean. Rooms are staring to show a bit of age and need some maintenance but it’s not terrible.
The Infinity Bar is one of the best paces to watch the sunset and enjoy the 2 for 1 cocktail happy hour from 5-7pm, it was also not over crowded which I found surprising.
Breakfast is also great with fantastic views and freshly made Barrister Coffee.
It takes a bit of getting used to all the different levels as it built on the side of a hill bit still nice.
I probably wouldn’t recommend it for wheelchair access.

First time in Phuket and the Wyndham Kalim Bay did not disappoint. Beautiful views of the ocean from the rooms as well as the villas. The front desk and cleaning staff were very very helpful and polite. The only problem would be the extensive walking within the property especially for elders either to visit the breakfast place or large swimming pool or gym/spa. There are cars available but they sometimes do take some time. The breakfast buffet is great, wish they could extend it beyond 10.30 am to give it better justice. Overall a great experience and stay.

It was definitely a great stay. The view of the hotel, the structure of the rooms, the bars, everything is simply great. We only waited a long time during check-in, the check-in system in general is very slow. This is definitely not a problem caused by the employees. They do everything to help. Another thing, I definitely recommend you to take a Thai cooking course. The chefs are really great people. I thank them for teaching us.

Booked the pool suit, and had a wonderful experience. Room was as shown in pictures and pool area was even better. Great room services. All services are app based, and response time is pretty good. I liked car transportation within the resort. Breakfast and Dinning area has a great view. I totally recommend Wyndam Grand for staying, specially for couples and families.

Due to the size and lay out of this hotel, the waiting time to check in from the welcome lobby to the villa lobby and to room is very long. Need to get in and out of hotel transport twice with generous waiting time in between!
Breakfast was really just so-so. One section Mediterranean food, one section western, and only small section of Thai food (come on!). But the coffee bar was good - they have coconut milk option and they even served Thai milk tea!
Having said that, we truly enjoyed our stay here for 2 nights. We love our rooms with the private pool! (But not sure why, there were MANY black ants all over the balcony and in the pool.)
The service staffs were kind and helpful. Wish I could speak to them more in English given their great personalities.
Will I return? Maybe not.

The Wyndham Grand Phuket in Kalim Bay is the only hotel you should stay at when travelling to Phuket. We arrived on our honeymoon and first holiday as a couple the staff inside the hotel went above and beyond and catered to all our requests and demands.
Pond, the executive secretary showed the best hospitality that we have ever encountered, it really felt like an older sibling or parent was looking after us. He professionalism and attention to detail was second to none.
Kim Chi, the in house hotel driver was another stand out from the amazing staff members. He is a king and sweet hearted man who helped whenever we reached out.
All in all, we would highly recommend this resort as it will cater to all your needs and wants.
We will definitely stay here again when visiting Phuket.

This resort is absolutely perfect! I had the best time during my 3-night stay. Every night was truly enjoyable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and humble. One of the best parts was the shuttle service to Patong Beach, which was so convenient and reasonably priced. All I had to do was give them a call or message them through the app, and they arranged the shuttle bus for us.
After a tiring day tour, we ordered grab food and asked for it to be delivered to our room, and they were so accommodating about it. The outstanding service here makes me want to come back again and again. I would 101% choose to experience this journey here again. There is nothing like this resort!
