Location: in the northeast part of Patong beach, 2.8 km from nightlife centre Bangla road and a major shopping centre Jungceylon (10-12 min. drive), 40 km from Phuket international airport.
Consists of 2-storey buildings.
The hotel has 181 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach is 2500 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle-bus to the beach, beach towels – free of charge.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
I have never been more dissatisfied by a hotel that calls itself a resort. They have a poorly located massive property with no staff on board, they tell you to wait 2 hours for one plate to be delivered into your room which never arrives, the rooms are not as clean as they should be and the Jacuzzi in our room was filled with smelly water which didn't get fixed at all and their technicians say that that's normal and wouldn't change the room.
The staff is rude on calls and asks for money for every little thing, they won't give you a drop of water without demanding extra baht and need a non refundable payment for an extra keycard.
They will not refund the money or fix the services, and there is a broken hairdryer and no soap in the washrooms for which they have no resolution.
I have seen hotels that are 2-star with better service than this so called resort, i would pay people to not stay here, i'd rather take a towel and sleep on the beach than stay at this joke of a hotel, i need google to add an option that says 0 or negative stars just for this hotel

Do not book this place. It’s the worst property I have ever stayed in. The rooms are outdated and unwelcoming, and the water in the jacuzzi was pale yellow. If I could give zero stars, I would. Staying at this property was the worst decision of my life—an absolute waste of money.
The staff is uncooperative, and they charge for everything. Nothing is included in the price they charge for the stay—not even drinking water. Our experience at the hotel was far from satisfactory and extremely disappointing.

Worst staff rating ever experienced. Stained pillows given without pillows cases. Despite reaching 2 hrs after check in time they took over 40 mins to give us the room because they double check the rooms and I had stained pillows, mosquitos in my jacuzzi. Delivering towels took them over 2 hrs in the evening, which they didn’t replace in the morning cleaning as they were supposed to.
Mirror was not cleaned. Ants in my sink and bedroom. No hand towel given. When asked for it. They told me they have proof of keeping it which when I asked for they could not furnish but were ready to fight with me for. More over, my breakfast had hair lying in it. A 2 star hotel gives a much better experience. I stayed there with my family and was highly disappointed. You literally have to beg the staff to give you basic things in your room. Waiting for 2 hours for a shower after returning from beach from the entire day was really frustrating specially with no internet working in the room and no action taken by hotel even after several complaints.

The location of property is good . The staff is not good, I was highly disappointed by my 4 day booking at this resort. You will have to wait long for room services , rooms are smelling . Lack of cleanliness, Reception people are not cooperative, I asked for water they said it is not available. In patong city there are many other Hotels near beach try those. I asked for 2 bowls, person said yes, After 1 hour I called she said it’s on the way. They didn’t came atlast.

Had a very bad experience at this property, I had booked for 2 nights but left after 1 night, the service is extremely poor , they gave 1 key card and wanted 200 baht non refundable for a extra key card, they charged 50 baht for a cigarette lighter. The lifts were not working so we had to use their run down shuttle service to the room, bad breakfast and the vibe was very eerie and negative. Perfect place if you want to shoot a movie haunted resort.Overall a very bad experience, for the same price holiday inn resort at paying is fantastic and more vibrant. Please avoid this resort . Being on a hill it’s away from the town and difficult to reach the beach.

Worst experience of my life ever.
I booked 2 pool access suite rooms for 4 days. Worst decision ever.
You can get much more good properties in 10k.
Only first day pool jacuzzi worked and next 3 days it didnt work. Even after complaining multiple times they cudnt fix it.
Next worst part is the tub in room is very dirty and filled with dead cockroaches around it.
Even the water is worst.
Dont ever go in that dirty water.
Water is pale yellow.
Worst reception staff.
They have zero manners.
They treat you like you are their servants.
They speak rude with you, argue and even threat you that they will call police.
Dont waste your money in this property.

I had 4 night a stay with my family in pool access room which included jacuzzi. The jacuzzi didn't worked a single day. Whenever we called the reception they only had one answer, the electrician is checking. Lizards where there in the rooms. Poor management poor staff and worst service provided. Highly not recommended.

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the rooms and how nice and spacey they are. The facility itself could use some upgrading. The wood deck floors by the pool close to my villa building N needs attention. Some of the wood deck floors are lifting and the umbrellas covering the chairs were very dirty. The pool looked very nice. I was not happy with the main pool that has a bar. The floor tiles inside the pool are falling apart and it is rough on the feet. I and the same problem with the umbrellas in this area also. The drinks the bartender made were very good and his service was excellent. Overall the rooms were great the location was a little far from the Patong open market, but the Bolt or Grab only charges very cheap to take you any wher you need to go.

It is a good experience here!
The check in and room transfer to the blocks is done by the taxi ,even though you can cross the connected room blocks of rooms in bungalows .
The staff were really lovely and quick to meet our every need promptly.
We had a room with a Jacuzzi on the balcony and spent so much time in the spa.
Room service was great and reasonably priced.
They gave towels for the day of our trips , if asked.
The lobby is beautiful with fishes around the main entry.
Overall a good stay!

Room Quality: The TV in our room was of low quality, and the bed sheets felt cheap. The soaps provided were of poor quality, lacking fragrance and almost solid in texture.
Amenities: Despite being a high-end resort, the complimentary coffee amenities were basic.
Service: The reception staff was unprofessional and struggled with English communication. We were staying in a suite with two doors but were refused a second key or access to the other door, we had to argue for a while until we managed to get the keys.
Infrastructure: The hotel's system was clunky, and the wifi was slow, disconnecting us every day. The key cards also presented issues during our stay.
Pool and Cleaning: The pool was dirty, and the cleaning system only operated for a few hours during the daytime. This was unacceptable for a resort of this caliber.
Towels and Minibar: There were no hand or face towels provided, only a couple of body towels. Additionally, the minibar in the suite was empty, which was surprising and disappointing for the best suite option in the hotel.
Maintenance: Furthermore, the shower handle in our room kept falling, indicating a lack of maintenance and attention to detail.
I'm sure this resort saw better days in the period of previous owners, but at this moment I do not recommend staying here with this poor level of management.
