Now the 4th time I have stayed here and quite a few changes. Previously my room was cleaned daily, toilet paper and drinking water were replaced in the rooms and electricity was included in the price.
Now I will be charged extra for electricity, my room is only cleaned once a week and I have to buy toilet paper, drinking water and anything else usually supplied.
Considering how much competition there is in this town and that all these things are included in the price at any other hotel or guest house I have stayed, it is highly unlikely I will come back, which is a shame. Nice rooms in a good location but the service is no longer the same standard. I raised issues with the staff and they just don't seem to care.
Staff is very nice and friendly and helpful. Rooms have a good size. I love to come here, when visiting Pattaya 😉
The air conditioner was not noisy, but smokers must smoke with the outdoor air blowing on them.
