The best thing in this hotel is the location. It is in the northern part of Pathong beach. Not too far a way from Bangla road but still in quiet area. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The only issue is our shower leaks so the floor gets soaked every time we shower and that was annoying. We were in 3rd floor but our balcony was almost non existent as it was small and was looking into inner garden so we had poor sunlight. Roof top pool is a waste of space. They offer free WiFi but it's very slow and poor quality. Walls are thin so you hear everything from rooms and hallway. Gym is very well equipped. Breakfast was basic with limited fruit offer. It would be 3* but I give 4* just because of price we payed.

Really great location, close to the beach. Unfortunately at the time the spa wasn’t available. Overall nice hotel and staff really polite. Book your excursions via the lovely lady at reception, she gives great deals.

We really enjoyed our stay at Zenseana. We were disappointed that the spa was closed for renovations during our stay but we were still able to enjoy the rooftop pool.
Our room was lovely- it had a massive bed and a huge walk-in shower. There was nowhere to store your suitcase though which was annoying and only a few hangers in the wardrobe.
The breakfast buffet had a great variety every day and I loved that I could get fresh pancakes made every morning.
The hotel staff are so welcoming and friendly. Every person we met always had a smile on their face and they were always willing to help.
The hotel is located on a busy road. We were lucky to have a room at the back of the hotel but it was also 1 floor above the kitchen so in the morning when they were cooking breakfast we could smell it if we sat out on our balcony.
From the hotel to Bangla Road is about a 20-30 minute walk. You can walk along the beach which is pleasant. We actually liked the fact that the hotel was away from all the hustle and bustle of main Patong.
If you like good quality, well priced food for dinner go 2 doors along to NO.9 restaurant- it's definitely worth it!
Make sure you visit the rooftop for sunset too!!!

This is a very mid level hotel. I stayed 11 nights and the room was comfortable enough! I had countless issues with my tv & it was still not fixed. I couldn't watch any of the movies and all I watched was CNN USA which was highly disappointing!! After countless times asking I gave up. I also noticed most of the staff have limited English language skills so some requests were hard for them to understand.
The cafe team are beautiful (Nook and her team) and so were the cleaners.
I honestly expected a little more for how much I paid to stay there.

1. Music was played loudly from 7 PM to 11 PM on two separate occasions during my stay, which was quite disruptive.
2. The hotel did not change the bedsheets or covers during my stay.
3. The breakfast was disappointing, with limited variety and less-than-fresh options. I would rate it a 2 out of 5.
4. The towels provided were visibly worn and felt very used.
5. The room service was frustratingly slow.
6. The spa was unfortunately under maintenance, which was a letdown.
7. The pool closes quite early, limiting the time guests can enjoy it.
8. The welcome beverages were offered without any glasses, so I couldn't even drink them.
9. This is the first hotel I've encountered that lists the costs of damages for anything you might accidentally break or ruin, which felt unwelcoming.
10. The only positive aspect of my stay was the friendly luggage attendant who greeted me with a big smile every time I entered the hotel.

The hotel had no electricity for a day because of work on power by the city. USB connection never worked properly. Maintenance came but couldn't fix it. Bed was very uncomfortable and hard.
The breakfast was absolutely terrible. It doesn't take much to notice pretty much everybody didn't eat Chinese buffet for breakfast. It's a waste of food and doesn't help the satisfaction of customers.
Try adding some 🥓 and scrambled eggs where customers can just get without ordering. Please get some input from a Western trained baker. Breakfast is easy once you have a good routine, just repeat.

Ok but not wow. Near the beach, small but cozy rooms. Not isolated room unfortunately, you can hear everything from your neighbors. Pool small and crowded. Breakfast was ok, but not that many options. Friendly stuff members.

The only special thing about this hotel is near to the beach , the hotel has no character, the swimming pool is so small and always full. The bar next to the swimming pool is closed and they removed the colourful cushions.At 5 AM in the morning we hear mosques prayer very loud . Our room is deluxe and smal but clean to be fair. We have a large wall in front of us as a view.

Nice hotel next to Patong beach. They have restorant, if you need dinner. Breakfast also good, they have Thai and EU kitchen. Beds is perfect !!! Defiantly recommended

Have stay this hotel for 8 days. The service and the friendliest of the staff is superb. Clean and modern room. I will recommend anyone that is looking for hotel in Patong Phuket, choose this hotel.
