A Truly Outstanding Experience – Highly Recommend!
From the moment we arrived at Coconut Ireland, the level of customer service was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive from check-in to departure – a real credit to the hotel. Management should be incredibly proud of the team they’ve built.
The bedrooms were spacious, beautifully furnished, and immaculately clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The entertainment was a standout feature – from relaxing poolside music during the day to an impressive variety of acts in the evening, including a DJ, live bands, and even a violinist by the pool during a BBQ.
The food was outstanding, with an exceptional variety of cuisines to choose from – something to suit every taste. We also took advantage of the hotel’s day trips, which were well-organised, reasonably priced, and included convenient transfers.
Evenings were perfectly rounded off in the lounge with cocktails and a game of pool. And the spa – absolutely incredible. I had a massage there and can honestly say it was the best I’ve ever had. The treatments and ambiance added a real sense of tranquility to the entire resort.
Overall, if you're looking for great food, true comfort, a range of entertainment, and genuine relaxation delivered with professionalism and care, I can't recommend Coconut Ireland highly enough. We’ll definitely be returning!

I stayed at Barceló Coconut Island from June 13 to June 23 and booked one of their suites. Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing getaway, perfect for some peace and quiet.
The location is absolutely stunning, secluded and tropical, with gorgeous ocean views and lush greenery all around.
The suite was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed, large bathroom, and a private outdoor area that added a touch of luxury.
If you’re looking for a serene island escape with beautiful views and great hospitality, Barceló is a fantastic choice. I would definitely recommend it to couples, families, or anyone looking to unplug and unwind.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Got the suite and it was beautiful and clean. The views are amazing. The beach and the pools are clean. The restaurants had some of the tastiest food I’ve had with reasonable pricing. The staff are friendly and hospitable and are always willing to help out and are honestly one of the highlights of the stay. The boat transfer to and fro the resort was comfy, punctual, and the staff were always willing to accommodate last minute changes in timing. Already considering coming back for another stay.

Such a beautiful stay on Coconut Island for our last stop on our honeymoon! The room suite was luxurious, spacious and clean. There were a few bugs coming in to the room, but what can you expect in a subtropical environment. The staff were all very welcoming, helpful and attentive. A nice variety of food and drinks were offered at the restaurants which faced out to the beautiful bay. There were also a lot of entertainment shows happening each night which was unexpected!
Would definitely recommend getting the all inclusive package because not much is nearby without having to get a taxi from the pier. Overall, such a beautiful stay!

The hotel is situated on a magnificent island, providing a truly soul-soothing location. The breakfast was below my expectations but still sufficient. The hotel operates on an all-inclusive concept, yet even with this option, there were extra charges for some menu items, which I found confusing. How can it be called all-inclusive? For those planning to stay, I recommend opting for a package that includes breakfast. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, we had to kill a cockroach in the room. When we reported this to the hotel, they explained that it’s normal given we are on an island. However, I’ve stayed at other hotels on islands before and have never encountered such an issue. I believe the hotel isn’t taking enough pest control measures. Additionally, the pools didn’t seem clean enough; they didn’t appear to be properly maintained. Despite these issues, I had an overall wonderful experience, and I would stay here again if I return, but I hope they address these problems to make it a flawless hotel. Thank you.

I love this place. Made me feel like I don’t want to check out but hopefully we will be back for next chance. Buffet for breakfast is so good, can’t stop eating🤣. Room is clean, lots of activities that we did: ride a bike, kayaking, swimming in many pools, water slides and grab some drinks 🍹

The three days we spent here were the highlight of our trip to Thailand. Tired from our travels, we were greeted on the resort’s private dock which instantly immersed us into a perfectly relaxing stay.
The beach is perfect for relaxing and the pool right behind it is perfect for cooling down while you enjoy drinks from the swim up bar.
We took a cheap resort-planned day trip to one of the sister islands to get a look at some of the clearer waters. Afterward we decided on the 60 minute couples massage that changed my life!
Although the ferry travel was pretty convenient, we honestly never wanted to leave the island. Any minor issues we had were instantly solved, sometimes without even having to ask. Although nothing is perfect, this came pretty close.

Peaceful getaway near Phuket! Enjoyed a two week holiday here in July and didn't leave the island once. Good restaurants and bars kept me satisfied, and I liked that the beach and pools were close to each other. The beach water was kind of muddy, though, so I hope that they can fix this.
Staff were very friendly, and the villas were spacious and comfortable. Takes a day or two to find your way around so the signage could be better to help you find your suite or villa.

We stayed here in April to celebrate special birthdays, I wasn’t looking forward to the boat ride to the island from the mainland but it was quick and the guys were very helpful. The rooms were very spacious, maybe a little tired but were kept clean. We were on the all inclusive package which was great value, the food was delicious (and I am usually very picky) the drinks/cocktails were great. For me it was one of the best holidays so far. So much so that we have booked again for March next year. The staff were all very friendly and hardworking, It was so nice seeing management walking around talking with the guests and making themselves available for any questions or concerns, a special thanks to Executive Assistant Manager Milan Ljuboja who went out of his way to make sure that I always had a lift back to our room as I was recovering from surgery. We are very much looking forward to our next stay.
