Hotel Tide Phuket Beach front - SHA Plus

One of the worst hotels on the island. Avoid at all cost! I could go into detail here but just read any other bad review and you’re getting close. Plastic Tree nailed it (previous reviewer).

Have a really bad experience here, poor service, dirty room and bed, also private pool
It said that check in 3pm but we have to wait for like 1 hour ish because the room was not clean yet. But when the cleaning was finished, I don’t know why the room still dirty. There is a lot of hair on the floor and the bed, has some trash on the floor and the villa can’t be locked.
Most staff are not friendly and rude. I would never book this place again although it has a beautiful view.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your resort. It was, without a doubt, the most appalling experience I have ever endured.

Firstly, the rooms were disgustingly dirty. There was dust and grime everywhere, stains on the floor, and a foul odor that permeated the air. It was evident that cleanliness is not a priority at your establishment.

The service was equally horrendous. The staff were inattentive, rude, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting guests. Simple requests were either ignored or met with hostility. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.

The so-called "boss" of the resort was the worst of all. His attitude was arrogant and dismissive. When I tried to address my concerns, he was blatantly rude and offered no solutions or apologies. His behavior alone is enough to deter anyone from ever considering a stay at your resort.

Additionally, your website falsely advertised a shuttle service that simply does not exist. This false claim caused significant inconvenience and additional expense, as I was forced to arrange my own transportation.

The pool was another nightmare. It was filthy, with debris floating on the surface and a slimy film that made it clear it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The surrounding area was no better, with a pervasive smell that made it unbearable to spend any time outside.

The final straw was the abandoned villas scattered around the property. They were dilapidated and gave the entire resort a haunted, neglected feel. It was clear that maintenance and upkeep are nonexistent.

In conclusion, my stay at your resort was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The filthy rooms, abysmal service, revolting pool, and overall decrepit state of the property made for an incredibly unpleasant experience. I demand a full refund and a formal apology for the ordeal I was subjected to. I will be sharing my experience widely to warn others about the disgraceful conditions at your resort.

This resort will permanently close soon and they try to milk out as much money as possible.

Not worth the money or your time. We only got to use half of our unit for most of our Stat because of maintenance problems and flooding that occurred prior to our arrival. The complex is getting old and the disrepair shows. Wifi only worked when you were outside...yes outside.

This hotel is not ready to welcome customers, please book somewhere else.

This hotel is old, not maintained, clearly abandonned, rusts, tears everywhere :
- few rooms are opened
- service is bad, no staff, not responding to calls, late cleaning service
- restaurant has nothing available in the menu, only water, beer and burgers

You just feel alone and wonder why you are in this hotel.

Good point is rooms are huge but the 2 bedrooms are not connected, unconvenient, living rooms is upstairs... you are alone, so it is not crowded, next to beach (not cleaned), swimming pool is random

Remote area, far from everything

Nothing and nor good restaurants nearby
