Kleopatra Atlas Hotel - Adults Only

I stayed in this hotel in September, everything was great, the food is excellent, the location is also 20-25 minutes walk to the bazaar and the promenade, the staff is excellent and pleasant. The only problem is that the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from the other room. The beach offered by the hotel is excellent, but the entrance to the water is rocky. The staff met us and gave us the room upon our arrival at 10 in the morning. Natalie is great and nice. We had an accident, the toilet door was locked at 2 in the morning, when I went down to the reception, a staff member was immediately sent to fix the problem. I also recommend haggling well everywhere.

Spotlessly clean hotel, friendly attentive team working there. Spa was amazing, turkish bath was an experience second to non. Spa manager Natalia was welcoming, and an amazing character that brought joy and laughter to the hotel daily. Nothing was to much trouble throughout the whole resort. Food was authentic and varied selection was vast at each meal. As a vegan I was amazed at the choice. Delicious turkush mere selection to accompany every nea.Local spirits, beer, wine and soda included in all inclusive. Cocktails could be purchased separately. Would highly recommend hotel. Would definitely return.

Location is great, staff were very attentive and helpful in arranging transport to the airport. It can be a bit noisy at times, so you may want to use a white noise machine if you’re a light sleeper. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Very nice hotel, with a good price, close to the beach and the city. The room was nice and clean and it was cleaned every day. The food could be better, but tasted fine. Really nice staff who were very helpful. Especially Emrah was really nice and helped my friend who were hurt. However, a bit strict in relation to having guests along.

+ It is situated right near the Kleopatra Beach, at the base of the cable car up to the castle. If you want to walk to the castle, just exit the hotel and walk to the right and you find a staircase to take you up. Then another staircase just to the left as you exit the first staircase that takes you to the top. Almost all of the staff is simply amazing, very attentive.
- While my "do not disturb" light was on, someone came into my room, moved some things and left. This really scared me and made me feel unsafe as a female solo traveler. That whole day i was shaking from this and inadvertently lost my card key. The reception guy then charged me 10€ for losing the key due to being scared and told me i was drunk and that's why i lost it. I barely drink which all the staff knew. Finally a manager sorted it the next day after i slept that night with the chair propped up against my door. A real pity. And the food was mostly underwhelming, especially as a vegan.

Good hotel. Friendly staff, delicious quality food. All covid precautions were taken. The hotel is located simply in a chic location, right on Cleopatra Beach, at the foot of the mountain on which the castle is located. Everything is great. Thank you for a comfortable and safe stay.

Good city hotel. The beach is within walking distance. Friendly staff. Special respect to Natasha! She is there like a shoreline) she will tell you everything, help and arrange a Thai massage! The massage is good, the masseuse girls are just hard workers, they work conscientiously, with high quality. I recommend visiting this hotel. If it happens, I'll go back to it myself!

I stayed AT hotel Kleopatra Atlas 4* 27/04-4/05/2021. The hotel's location was convenient and staff friendly, offering a great service overall. I particularly enjoyed the first evening’s introductory session to services offered where it was emphasized that it is up to the client to decide what to make use of and what not to use. Hammam was excellent and I would like to recommend it to everybody.
Unfortunately, the last evening’s hair salon proved to be an awful shock. When somebody is offering a service, you would presume that they know what they are doing. My hair, however, has been completely ruined after paying 50€ as the guy was occupied elsewhere. He did not focus on the task at hand, chatting on the telephone and looking for his tools from the small room instead. When I saw the result, I started crying, being genuinely startled. To date, I am shocked at the possibility of someone being so careless. The event took place at 9pm on the evening of 03/05 and due to the transfer leaving at 5.40am on 04/05, I did not have a chance to talk to anybody about this dreadful experience while still being in Turkey.
For future reference, I am asking you to deal with this matter as nobody else should spend their money on a service that results in such a shock. I am deeply saddened by such an end to my lovely vacation.
