Located: 2 km from the centre of Alanya, a 20-minute drive from the castle of Alanya, 130 km from Antalya airport.
Consists of a main 5-storey building.
The hotel has 131 rooms. Rooms overlooking sea, pool and mountain views.

This hotel in reality is one star hotel. I was there until 02 Aug 2024 for ten days with my wife.
My observation:
- No WiFi in rooms and other points. Only availible in very small and basic loby but very very slow. Also to have internet in your room is with additional charge for only one device and very slow too.
- Safe box for 10 days you need to pay 20 euros
- Room are very small with AC pointed directly to bed
- AC unit placed at the balkony so you cannot be at the balkony if AC is working in your room
- Very boring and the same animation programme at swimming pool for some day until 23:00 hrs.
- Extremely small swiming pool
- Personnel, specificaly managers, demonstrated very unfriendly behaviour
- Personnel working at swiming pool bar and beach bar are looking not interested to be in service of the guests
- Beach is shared with two more hotels, very dirty with a lot of garbagge
- Into sea there is a number of big stone plates and the sea is very dirty
- Big vaves every day so the swimming in the sea imposible and very dangerous.
-Security service at the beach occasionaly present.
- Quality of the food is below standard for 4 star hotel.
- No TV at public areas within the hotel.There are TVs in each room which screen smaller than my lap top screen.
- Complicated procedures to get beach towels.
I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, PLANNING TO USE THIS HOTEL, NOT TO USE AND TO BOOK OTHER DECENT HOTELS FOR THE SAME PRICE IN ALANYA. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Catastrofic. Staff is very unpleasant and sarcastic. Brecause staff everything if for zero. Everything is fine with staff, but if there is problem they are unpleasant and rude. Hygiene is poor, pillow was full of hair when i came to the room. Food is good. Staff do not move dirty plates, there is stain everywere.

-Almost all of the personality in hotel doesnt know english so it was very dificult to talk to them. I think it is so unprofesional. Personality in hotel HAS TO KNOW english language.
-In the see, on hotel's beach there are so many big rocks so it was dangerous to go in the water (especially for children) when there are waves and they always were.
-Rooms have no audio isolation, so you heard everything from the other rooms, like it is happening in your room.
-There is NO late dinner for people who check in hotel after dinner or come beck late from organised tours. There are only soup from 23:00-23:30.
-This morning we had earlly flight and for lunch packet we got basiclly ONE dry piece of bread and one apple, NO BOTTLE OF WATER in no bag, and no Good bye and "Have a nice trip back home..." No, nothing.
-Although the food was great, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Thank you.

0 is too much price for this Hotel. Only 5 can be given for the food and the boys helping there in the kitchen, every day were polite and great.
The reception guys are very rude and lying in order to get more money from you! Even if you have paid for it. Hot water in the night was cold, twice reported twice lied. A lady in front of us complained why there is no hot water she could not wash her babies and the receptionist was rude and was arguing with her.
When we came in the room, there was dust and dirty water cooker, we reported that and waited 30min to be clean.
Absolutely disappointed!

Hotel is very clean and tidy, staff are very friendly and love kids. The only downside is that the pool is not very accessible to people with children in pushchairs.

My two friends, Ali and Sattar, and I stayed at Mesut Hotel for 8 nights from March 28 to April 5, 2024. Everything was great. The food was very fresh and the food was very tasty. The chef was very skilled and Mr. Azder, the cool, good-mannered and energetic chef of the hotel, had a friendly relationship with us. I thank him for this. The maids were excellent and cleaned the rooms every day. The receptionists, Mrs. Maliha and Mr. Kanaan, were very welcoming and helpful. Mrs. Maliha was kind and reserved the room facing the sea for the last two nights at no extra cost. We are grateful to her and Mr. Kanaan for this. Only hotel bars were free until 10 o'clock at night, which according to other hotels should provide free service until 12 o'clock at night. Also, the beach bar was not free at all, which seems strange and is considered one of the weaknesses. Internet is free in the lobby and 2 euros per night in the rooms. In general, the hotel has many advantages and I recommend it. I hope to return to this hotel again with my friends. Thank you. Reza, Ali and Sattar

It is a decent hotel, but rest assured bedrooms or the breakfast area don't fall into the 4 stars category the hotel claims to be.
Breakfast is great, only had the chance to enjoy it for a couple of days but there's a good variety of food, eggs, vegetables and fruits. There were some turkish dishes that were really tasty 😋.

- rooms were a bit dirty (dusty) and shower would always flood the bathroom even if the shower is on low.
- waiters were very nice and always bought you drinks you usually get without having to ask.
- first night we asked for wifi multiple times & they said yes but didn’t offer it to us until asking again the next day.
- very easy to get to the beach despite the busy road. Shops & bars everywhere. Good location.

Cozy small hotel on the first line of the sea. Five floors, elevator, courtyard with pool and bar. The hotel has a spa. My tour included free deputies, Nov never made it there. I had a room with a magnificent view of the Kizilkule ❤️ and the sea.The room itself is small, the air conditioner turns on automatically at the entrance and the closed balcony or from the remote control. Very comfortable bathroom, shower, set of towels, and clean bedding. There is a yaynik, refrigerator, wardrobe, cabinet in the room. On the balcony there is a table and two chairs. Wifi catches in the restaurant, near the pool, on the evening veranda by the bar and verandas to the right of the entrance. The whole hotel is very clean and beautiful! Housekeeping every day is nice. The menu for 4 did not have enough fruit and meat, I did not like the meat cutting very much for an amateur. The soups are great, the sweets are delicious, like the wine, which surprised)Thanks to all personall for they job (Kemal, Alihan 👍).

It's a good,clean hotel, although I hardly consider it a 4*, maybe a 3,5* would match better. Food was simple but tasty, fruits and veggies every day. Occasionaly well prepared chicken meat. Breakfast was so-so, didn't appreciate their "artificial ham" or whatever it was. Room service was very good though, cleaned every day. The hotel is facing the sea, which was convenient, but they don't have their own beach so you have to pay, and unfortunately it was quite dirty. If you can, go to Kleopatra Beach instead.
