Check in 5 minutes. Check out - 1 minute. The receptionists are mostly Russian-speaking. There is an elevator to all floors, but it is small. The room is exactly as shown in the photos. Air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. Good internet. Combined bathroom. Small refrigerator. Balcony with drying rack. Dishes are provided. But you need to bring your own dishwashing liquid, cutting board, and good knife. Iron and ironing board upon request. Cleaning every day. Parking is very small, but you can find spaces nearby. The building is located at a busy intersection, you can hear traffic. Dalmatas beach is a leisurely 10-15 minutes' walk away. Shops, restaurants, and cafes are around every corner. We spent two weeks in early October with pleasure.

Super fast free WIFI in our apartment on the second floor.
We had no issues with noise because isolation from the street noise was perfect for us.
HOUSEKEEPING LADIES which were looking after 203 apartment during our stay 13/09/23-20/09/23 are very thoughtful because they saw that we had no kettle in our room and they brought it to us without even being asked.
We were very pleasantly surprised and happy because we really needed a kettle :)
You can tell this way that they cared about us to make sure we are comfortable.
It's rare to find this usually :)
We left tips for them when we left the hotel, I hope housekeeping ladies found it.
Honestly, I cannot find a negative thing to say about this hotel.
Very nice cafe downstairs, however, we had no chance to visit it because we were having take away food from other places and cooking ourselves.
I definitely RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

Yes yes yes. Great service! Really nice staff! The room was quite big and had a nice cosy balcony. 10 minutes walk from beach and 15 minutes from the bar-street. Definitely try the restaurant at the first floor. Unbelievable food! We were 8 boys at the hotel, all at the same floor. Absolutely perfect! The staff were so helpful! Will definitely come back.

It's okay for the price paid and you get what you have paid. There is nothing special. We are a couple, at the age of 50s. We stayed at a 2nd floor apartment facing the main street for 10 nights, on beginning of September.
There are good points and bad points to this hotel.
I will not come back to this hotel for a holiday but might come back to stay for a couple of nights because it's central.

Good points first: The apartment is cleaned every day with fresh towels and the bed made up.
Had a very comfortable bed and decent pillows.
Good air-conditioning works perfectly. Has all the cooking facilities and a fridge. Modern apartment accept the plastic chairs they look tacky.
Has lots of windows for fresh air.
There is a decent restaurant on the ground floor you can't go wrong, the meals are decent and good value for money.
The cash machine is just outside the hotel so the taxi button to call taxis.
Most of the hotel staff quite friendly and helpful.

Bad points: When we arrived just before midnight, the receptionist checked us in fairly quickly and gave us a one key card to the apartment, explained to us that the safe is chargeable and we have paid for 10 nights for the safe, then reception staff told us that we can't use safe until the next day after we have paid for 10 nights, then he called another staff to set the safe up for us and he came and did.

We headed to our apartment on the second floor, we found there was a little ledge before the lift on the ground floor near the reception that we need to lift the 23kg cases into the lift.
The lift only carries up to 1 person at a time, that is the maximum capacity, it's very tiny and semi automatic doors. We have to make two journeys to the 2nd floor for us to take our cases up and one of us have to walk up.

We got the apartment and we held the key card to the door and it didn't work, so one of us waited outside the apartment and the other one of us headed back to the reception and explained that the key card wasn't working, then the receptionist gave us another key card and told us that this should work which it did.
We opened the apartment door, we noticed there is another ledge before entering the apartment that we need to lift our cases up again to put them inside the apartment instead of wheeling them in, it's annoying.
We found the apartment is not very specious it's just enough room to move around, only one tiny wardrobe with dingy coat hangers don't hold up any clothes, but luckily had lots of drawers to put clothes in.
If you want to lay in bed longer than 9 am then forget it, because there are 3 big council speakers on the lamp post right outside on the main road for council to make daily announcements on most mornings at around 9am in the morning, it can last up to ten minutes and random every hour or so after that.
If you leave dirty cups or plates the maid will not wash them, you have to wash it yourself.
You also need to bring your own washing liquid and sponge because there's non.
The maid leaves a card or even a big paper cup with TIP written on it with a marker so you don't miss it for you to leave a tip each day. This is very cheeky as the tip is a gesture of thankfulness and shouldn't be asked for it, it's wrong! The hotels we have stayed in in the past, we normally find the maid and give a generous tip on the last day, if we don't see the maid then we leave it in the room with a note to the maid before we check out on the last day.
