We stayed at this hotel for two weeks. It's situated close to the main bus station and close to the bazars and harbour. The rooms are spacious. It says that there is a well equipped kitchen but it lacks towels and cleaning equipment such as dishwashing detergent. It would not be a good solution if every guest should buy this every time new guests arrive. Two times we had to ask for new clean towels as they don't change them regularly. They make the beds but rarely change linnens and pillow case. The problem is that the staff speaks poorly English so it's difficult to explain the missing things to them. It's also annoying that the AC and refrigerator turns off when you leave the room. Resulted in us throwing away spoiled food after a 3 day tour to Cappadocia. The staff are polite and friendly but I wish some of them spoke a little bit better English.

Nice aparthotel, not new but well maintained. Perfect location. Friendly personnel, decent prices. Would recommend for an authentic experience.

Quite nice Apart Hotel! Not new, but cozy and very clean. Good service and very friendly staff. Kitchen at the room is simple (just fridge, electric cooker and kettle) with minimal dishes set, but helpful to make breakfast.

The hotel location is excellent, it's located in the centre of Alanya, all markets, restaurants, coffee shops are in the neighbourhood, bus station for the city transportation is near by too.
Hotel stuff is very limited but able to cover everything. The breakfast is delicious and staff is very lovely and helpful, their response is very quick in spite of availability of less number of staff ( from 07:30 hrs till 19:30 hrs only one receptionist + 1 restaurant Coker cum Stewart + 1 housekeeper) ( from 1930 hrs till 0730 hrs the only available stuff is the receptionist)
The hotel is little bit old, but rooms cleanliness is acceptable and beds are almost comfortable up to some extent , our room # 202 was shifted to another room due to slight water leak from the bathroom ceiling.
I strongly recommend to book in this low budget hotel if your visit is meant for business only and not looking for recreation

Good for family vacationers. Friendly staff, clean spacious room with a kitchen, a balcony, decent breakfast and affordable room rates are a good plus.

Good location, walking distance to lots of places, restaurants and shops. We had a motorbike so we had no issues getting to the beach or castle from the hotel. The room (apartment) is spacious which is great, has kitchen and balcony. We were on the first level, so got a bit noisy at times. All was clean and nice. Service was good too.
