Sunpark Garden Hotel

*update* (I wrote that I didn't expect it to be as good meaning I was pleasantly surprised! Not that I thought it would be bad just to clarify)

I genuinely didn't expect this hotel to be nearly as good as it is, I can't stress enough but we did not have ANY problems all week, third hotel I've been to in the Alanya/Antalya area and this is the best by a country mile!

Me, my son and my wife stayed here for 11 days and my favourite things personally would have to be the FREE room service (come on you can't beat that) and the pool opening times, we stayed here in october and the pool (and slides) are open from 8am to 7pm! The staff are super friendly and attentive, my son could have any slide open he wanted (they turn them off only when not in use to save water) very eco-friendly with recycling bins everywhere and signs reminding you not to waste water for those who look for that sort of thing.

Our only TINY TINY gripe was that we stupidly did not get all inclusive and it is worth it in this hotel, it is not just the big standard wine, raki and beer you can get cocktails, room service including their al a carte menu anything on the menu brought up to the room ABSOLUTELY free of charge! I know! I was thinking there must be some kind of end of the week service charge there was none! (We had to pay for the food only because we stupidly as i said, did not get all inclusive)

10/10 overall I urge you to stay here especially if you have kids, I have been reviewing on Google for a long time now and I ALWAYS have something to complain about but here I did not.

A beautifully designed hotel inside and out . Inside modern clean lines in the rooms and well kept gardens full of exotic plants, fruit trees and the hotel's very own vegetable garden surround the 2 blocks of the hotel. A large pool and kids pool at the first block and an Aqua park at the other block. Fun for all the family no matter what your age.

We loved this hotel. It is not on the beach and the crew is a mixture of full-blood professionals and beginners, but everybody is friendly, does their best to accommodate client's wishes and they made our first stay in Alanya a real memorable holloday! The pools are clean and fun, too bad they close at 17 and 19 but there are nice playgrounds and space to play ball games as well. We used the free shuttle to the beach twice, unfortunately only 3 times during a day so that was a disappointment. We recommend the massage and hairdressers services at the hotel! Also, the food from the menu was much tastier than the all-inclusive buffet so we didn't upgrade. Cows and pigs are not a Turkish mastercraft, but anything with chicken or amb and was always delicious, as were the drinks and milkshakes.
To sum it up: Sunpark Garden maybe doesn't live up to 4⭐️ in all aspects, but we enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed, would gladly go back. This is a really good choice for families with children.

As we are here for the 2nd time, we would highly recommend Sunpark Garden! Really nice staff as they want you all the best and the best service.
There is arranged activities troughout the day which is including botch children and adults, really including environment for all.

Rooms is always clean with the nicest cleaning staff. Walking distance to the shopping streets is alrigt, it’s enought to let the food sink on the way home (perfect).

Highly recommend. Very clean, comfy hotel with friendly staff. We got great view on peninsula with castle on the rocks, night time lights on that. Great weather 30-33'c, nice beaches, pool. Short distance to UK (3-4h flight). Nice, small prices. Good internet.

Really enjoyed our stay here . Nice and clean rooms really spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms living room with tv small kitchen with microwave, kettle all utensils.Pool was really lovely with water slides kids really enjoyed..The breakfast was also very nice... The Hammam was amazing...Would definitely recommend this especially if you have younger children..Would definitely come back here again..The only downfall was paying extra money for keeping our room for a couple of hours..We were departuring at 8pm but the checkout was at 12am so we paid about £50 extra ..Even though there were empty rooms still available....

Me and my family stayed at this beautiful hotel. We were a family of 6. What can I say absolutely top hotel from the day we walk in the service was 5 stars 🌟 the food is lovely. I want to thank all the staff for making our hoilday so amazing. The hotel reception staff always smiling 😃. Thank you!!!!

Loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and our room was amazing. It was nice to be able to upgrade to all inclusive for few days. The kids loved the 'free' drinks and the waterslides.
