Staff was great very helpful and polite, funny and always give 100% .
Food was delicious, a lots of choices.
Rooms were always clean and we had great view.
Swimming pool is big and has slides.
I will definitely come back to this hotel like most of the tourist who once came , they coming back every year because there is great atmosphere, like in family, everyone enjoys and make sure to know each other.
Funny talks beside swimming pool, dancing on the evening entertainment and taking part in the activities.
Definitely come back there !!!!

The food was good.
I didn't like the incident that happened on beach number 5 (from the hotel) with Russian tourists, who were forbidden to set up a table by an elderly employee...
Otherwise, no complaints.
Their cakes were amazing, don't believe the people with their bad reviews.
The location, well let's say it's poor but atleast they have the stuff i like.
The Internet is not really good but hey, I'm still in the hotel and darn, the service is decent i guess but yeah.
Why do people hate this place?
Eh the slippery floors are pretty annoying but i got used to it.

Cleopatra beach sucks because well, cyprus is the closest island and it is it's own country but it's fine.

The hotel takes place a prestigious position in the city, close to the most beautiful beach of the sea.
The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is kind, helpful and really professional.
The all-inclusive restaurant caters to all needs - and above that you could ask for - with its delicious and varied dishes.
Regarding helpfulness I would like to enhance Sidar from the reception staff. Resulted from our travel agency negligence we encountered really serious difficulty on our trip to back home on 22nd of October.
We did not receive the right code necessary for fly check-in from the office, and the officials were „certainly” unreachable . We could manage our problem exclusively with the help of the man at the reception, Sidar. He looked tirelessly after the possible solutions on the net, provided new alternatives, called for hours with the airline directly. We are grateful for his help and professional work.
I can recommend the Blue Star hotel to everyone wholeheartedly.
