Since I know that the comments here may be deterrent or preferable for people considering coming, I would like to give some detailed information. As someone who has spent years in the tourism industry, I recommend that you first ask yourself this question: "What do I expect from a boutique hotel?"
I can say that I did not see any deficiencies in my 5 nights and 6 days holiday except for cleanliness, everything is fine in general areas. I don't know if the reason why I find the cleanliness in the rooms inadequate is perhaps due to my extreme meticulousness.
If there is something missing in your room, it will be filled when you request it from the hotel staff. I think that bad comments about employees are the person's own bad intentions. Mr. Turgay, Umutcan and Simay, who work completely focused on customer satisfaction, I am glad I met you. Your smiling face really made me feel at home. Now I know that our place to stay is ready when we come to Alanya again🙏
The beach is within walking distance of the hotel. 2 sun loungers and 1 umbrella on the beach cost 250 TL.
Eating places are within reach.
The location of the hotel is very good and it can be preferred at this price. Those who expect perfect service and premium service should choose 5* hotels. 😉

One of the cleanest boutique hotels I've stayed in. The rooms were spacious, close to the beach, and most importantly, the staff was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely come again. 😎 A safe and clean business where you can stay with your family without hesitation.

We were there for the 3-day TIENS academy, we are a very crowded team, so I think it is normal to have technical problems. I am satisfied with the service provided by most of the employees.

We left the Livaneli boutique hotel today, it is really a very nice family hotel in terms of cleanliness, hygiene and interest, one of the best hotels you can come to in alanya, we will definitely come again next year.

Best location to stay in Alanya
The hotel is located very close to the beach, but away from the crowd and noise on the beach. The rooms are extremely large and clean. A separate topic should be opened for hotel staff. All of them are very friendly and they meet all your requests in an extremely fast and friendly manner.
The morning breakfast comes very quickly and is hearty. They add a different special every day. The pool can only be a temporary entertainment for the kids, but there is a very nice beach 100m away anyway.
I definitely recommend this hotel.
