Oba Time Hotel

maybe I don’t get used to 4 star hotel, or maybe it is a really awful hotel.
There was awful smelling each time after your neighbor had done their “dirty business”, and this smell spread around all the room.
Plumbing staff was in bad condition, it worked, but it was difficult to turn on “shower mode” and the water was everywhere.
The conditioner installed in front of the head of a bed. It worked weakly, but this was enough to get a cold at night. But without conditioner it was hard to breathe and the smell from the toilet continued to come.
The fridge worked weakly too.
But bed sheets were clear and softy. It was comfortable to sleep there.
Food meh, I didn’t like it, I ate only eggs on breakfast, but my boyfriend ate everything, and he agreed with me the food was not so tasty but acceptable to be feed.

In the past I would like to say about this hotel that “it is 4 stars and it is gorgeous, I recommend”, but it would be 10-15 years ago, now I have not to do it. The hotel has not been renovated for a long time.

Nowadays you can find perfect 5 stars hotel in Thai or Vietnam, China for 2000 dollars (with flight), but in Turkey this…really?

I forgot to tell that electricity shut down everyday randomly about 5-6 times when we was in the room, nothing worked

This hotel is very bad food is every day same and not good .you got all inclusive but you have to pay fo everything the swimming pool is closed at 18 pm same at beach is closed you have to be there from morning staff is ok just no one speak English and on beach not have bar for drinks so you have to pay for everything

I do not recommend Oba time Hotel, we had a family vacation, the food is really very poor, the same food is served all day, only the appearance changes,I didn't believe that the ☆☆☆☆ hotel would be so bad, on arrival we had a problem with the shower, and she also has a trip to Alanya the next day, the hotel has music in the evening until 11:30 p.m., very noisy

Pretty disappointing hotel. If your coming here expecting an amazing or even an ok budget hotel, lower your expectations. Complaints have gone into the holiday company over this place. The food is very poor quality with limited choice. Flies landing on food. After 2 days my family and myself ended up with serious diarrhoea requiring anti biotics. I then made the choice to eat out after that which was not expected when you pay for an all inclusive. Restaurant hygiene could be improved dramatically. Restaurant staff are uninterested and half the time can’t even replace cutlery or glasses on table so you have to go off hunting. Warm juices for breakfast stay in machines constantly just being topped up, air conditioner in restaurant and reception stays off. The all inclusive alcohol hardly consisted of any spirts and what was there was the cheapest you could get and hard to drink.
The room suffered with smelly drains, had to put towel over drains and get cleaner to bleach daily. Shower flooded the bathroom floor everytime it was used. Air conditioning old and slow and spits water out over you in bed.

Hardly any sun beds for the amount of guests and people are allowed to put towels on first thing so you rarely get one
. Pool was ok but at the end of the day a pool is a pool.

I would not return and nor would I recommend. I really don’t know how this place gets the reviews it does. Location was the only good thing as not far from the town. If you value your stomach I’d look else where. Most of the pictures on Google are well outdated and not a true reflection of hotel. Room 217 9-18 July 2023
