Our room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff were exceptionally attentive and kind, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The breakfast offered was adequate, with a good variety of options to start our day. The highlight of our stay was the beach, which was fantastic and provided a great place to unwind.
We would like to give special thanks to Ms. Dilek at the cafe for her positive attitude and for giving us wonderful local suggestions. Her recommendations greatly enhanced our visit, and her cheerful demeanor made every interaction delightful.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Ozgur Bey Spa Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alanya.

The rooms are very clean and the reception staff is helpful but the food is not good and the internet is very bad.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations.. The service was exceptional, the rooms were spotless, and the location was perfect . The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience

Very good hotel! The room was clean, the location vas nice, the staff in the reception were so helpful and nice to us, which was very positive. They have a dog in their hotel called Rocky, which just made the experience better. So I recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to visit Alanya 🐶

Stayed here 9/23 for 3 nights.
Liked everything, front desk staff is polite, speaks English, gives excellent recommendations for dining. Room was nice, comfortable bed, bathroom was lacking sufficient lighting. Was 1 small light. (very minor inconvenience)
It’s a bit far from town or Cleopatra beach, but near by bus makes it easy to get to where you need to go. Good dining options within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again.

i came to this hotel for 2 nights, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good, the staff were very kind and welcoming, the location is great, very close to the beach and resturants, i will come again to alanya and stay in this beautiful hotel

Excellent family holiday - the hotel is lovely and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Comfortable and clean rooms, great location, and super pool area which all our family enjoyed. Very good breakfast served in lovely cafe/bar area. We hope to visit again!

What we appreciate in an hotel is the quality of the bed, the property of the room, the breakfast too. All was really perfect. But the best was the suggestions of visit from our guest at the reception (she will recognize herself). She shared where she'd like to go around alanya and it was really really appreciated. We rent a car at the hotel without any problem too. The best was the reservation at the gardenia restaurant where we had a so nice table with a beautiful view with excellent fresh food as promised :)

We spend an Ozgur Bay hotel absolutely wonderful 2 weeks vacation. The breakfast every morning was just great, always served with friendly and smiling service :).
The rooms were clean, nice, and cozy, with a very nice view of the sea.
We get clean towels every day.
They have also Flex beach, where you can use sunbeds, eat some great food and enjoy cocktails or beer.
All employees of the hotel were very friendly and helpful no matter in what situation we appear, there was always good advice or help :).
Especially with our fruit situation :D.
Once again thanks for an absolutely amazing time, you are the best :)!

In our trip around Turkey we even did not plan to stop in Alanya but because we were tired from the heat we stopped for 1 night... After the incredible bad service from 5stars Hilton we liked Ozgur Bey Spa and decided to stay longer. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Gonca is great receptionist and definitely we will come again. The beach is 3 min away, and bunch of shops and restaurants are near by.
