ibis Ankara Airport Hotel

Here is a very honest review!!
If you’re pure purpose is to transit and use the hotel it is great but keep your expectations low. The service is zero infact they don’t even believe in room service. Everytime I called for water or night menus the response I got is kitchen is being cleaned and we cannot serve food. They infact promise to have a night kitchen which is functional from 11:30pm onwards, but no request was taken for us till 1:30am they kept postponing the time. Food was finally served at 2am. Second they serve small glass of water and when we wanted a bottle of water which we were ready to pay for that too wasn’t served.

The breakfast buffet was good. The room was decent. Staff and customer experience was zero.

If your check in purpose is purely to catch the flight then this is a great option but please be sure you are equipped with water and food.

Had an average experience. The rooms were well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly and polite.
The cooling from AC wasn't great and importantly the bathrooms didn't have locks.

you definitely don't get value for your money here. the food in the restaurant is tasteless and I can honestly say this is the worst meal I have ever had. When you order food they say that they have to discuss it with the chef, but you can clearly see that these are microwave meals. the reception staff were nice. but the rest of the staff was very rude and honestly also looked unkempt. the rooms are very small but fairly clean. the hotel is close to the airport and that's about it. I'll never come back here again

Arrived and waited for a group of flight attendants to be checked in. Gave our passports to register and a bus of Turkish and Iranian citizens rolled in, shoved their way to the front and the front desk staff took all their passports and registered ALL their rooms while we were forced back to sit and wait in the lobby. Never coming back here.

Rooms are nice but extremely hot. The temperature was set to 30 C and there was no option to cool the room except to open the window, which only slightly opens.
