If you dont speak turkish or russian you might find it very hard to speak or have any conversation with the staff. Good location, kitchen a bit poor for a 5 star resort, beach somehow good, pool overpopulated

Good food and all you need there. Right at the beach, many bars, restaurants and pools. The gym is great, enough there to keep the pump. And all the workers are sooo kind and give a real home feeling

One of the best hotel I ever been and most importantly the food was awesome. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach side. All staffs are very nice and friendly helpful

A pretty large property with great amenities like indoor and outdoor pool, spa, sports ground, private beach etc. When I checkedin bathroom door's lock fell off in my room and I had to call the reception and get it fixed

The water park is of medium size, but it has a water park for children, which is really good and attractive for children. The rooms were cleaned every day. The cooling system of the rooms is very excellent

Also restaurant was 99% improved, with a lot of fresh variety every day, everything is included in this hotel, also coffee, water and soft drinks the whole day

Pool are nice, good spot to rest, I liked the improvement with new machines in the gym, but the air conditioning must be changed as it doesn’t support the hot weather in Antalya, you can’t breath inside

15-20 minutes by taxi to get to the waterfall and about 45 minutes (in good traffic) to get to Antalya old town, so it's definitely not easy access. There is a bus line which I believe takes approx

Also, directly in front of and behind the hotel there is what looks like lands of skip, litter and thicket, very unappealing and sometime smelly and I'm surprised the hotel doesn't pay more attention to their surroundings, even if the land is not owned by them

I had the impression that Turkish building code must be very different to what I am used to in that overall build quality is very low, one of the most striking manifestation of which is the almost complete lack of sound proofing

The room had air conditioning, but when I turned it on it almost blew no air and made a funny noise, so I checked the filters and they were completely clogged with dirt which I cleaned in 3 minutes and that fixed the problem

I had a wonderful stay at the Adonis Otel. Staff were helpful and my room kept clean every day. The food was fresh although a little bland

All that was missing was some entertainment, this did not spoil my time spent at Adonis, thank-you and the staff there 💫👏

This resulted in my partner not being able to eat the majority or the food there as we had no idea what was in it. We paid for an all inclusive holiday, and we have spent a lot of money on food outside of the hotel

- the disco they do on a Friday and Saturday, the all inclusive guests have to pay for the drinks in there which I personally think is daylight robbery. - the lobby bar also tried to charge us for drinks too

- when we first arrived, we were asked of any dietary requirements/allergies. I filled a form out and stated that my partner could not have dairy as he severe lactose intolerance which makes him very unwell

- the food was repetitive every day, they swapped trays around to make it look like there was more of a variety. So the 4 times we ate at the hotel in the evening, it was exactly the same meals offered

Such a beautiful hotel, from the castle style entry right down to the lovely pier going into the sea. Overall I would say it's a 4* hotel, very close to being a 5*

Good all inclusive resort - nice room, liked the concept of the fridge being restocked with snacks for free (however after our initial stock ours wasn't restocked). Nice pools, enjoyed the water slides

I just wanted to let you know that we had a spectacular stay! This is one of the best resort we have ever stayed at and the kids enjoyed it very much!! The food was delicious and the staff were very kind!! The pools and the beach were so nice and beautiful!! The entertainment team made our stay enjoyable for the kids,once again thank you

When I called the reception, they were ready to send a cleaner. But we would have been late for dinner, so we had to request an alternate room, which was done promptly

Here for Christmas and new year and so far lovely, this is a lovely hotel the food is good with a big selection, unfortunately the slides arnt open but their is a warm swimming pool and entertainment every night in different bars

Having to wake up at 6am to secure a lounger in a nice spot each morning. One of the water slides was rarely operating, and the rings for the slides could do with an upgrade

We had a fantastic time in Kremlin Palace Hotel. The resort has everything you need for your holiday. Private beach is 500 mtrs away. Service and food are awesome 👌. Local markets for shopping couple of miles away

There are good bars around the pool, beach and lobby and most of drinks is available. There is good snack bar next to the pool and you don't need to go to lunch hall when you are in pool

This is my recommendation for improvement to the hotel management

Hotel looks splendid and lavish (some will say tacky) from outside as well as the main hall. But rooms and bathrooms are starting to show their age

Most of the staff is very friendly, but few of them can speak good English and large number don't know it at all. Air conditioning in first room broke, they give me a new room, door lock is broken, 3rd time is the charm

There is a number of beach and pool bars with food and snacks but I didn't eat much at them. Wine selection looked quite poor or the waiters don't know their wines. Didn't try the spa, found it to expensive

Water is very nice in the morning and noon but almost every single day in evening there will be wind and waves and water will get murky and it will be difficult to swim

Pools are huge and parts of them will have nice shadows from palms and other vegetation but pools never get deeper than 140cm so on hot days they become very hot

No one cares if I ask for more food (like others saying that the staff serving at restaurant is rude) - very beautiful and spacious lobby - good drinks, cocktails at the bar - friendly staff - cleaning was made every day - very close to airport and antalya shops Minuses: - the pool water was cold! - in kids pool the water was even colder - sometimes the animators speak only German and Turkish

One of the best resort hotels in Turkey. Very close to the airport and on the beach. Great amenities and staff is very friendly. You have everything from food, drinks, pools and kids entertainment. Highly recommended.

Exellent location near the airport (easy transfer, but far away though). I loved the swimming pools, beach and entertainment. It's also easy to book sightseeing or adventure trips via your tour operator in the hotel

Even if you have a late breakfast you can still find sun beds around the pool and at the beach. The towel service is perfect. Food is amazing so much choice and very good standard

We stayed here at the end of May (sorry for the late review) for a week and we had the best time. The pool facilities were excellent and great for the kids

- the music at night was too loud, every night, until 1:00 am. My 10 months baby could hardly sleep -the beach has no sand, only small rocks. In conclusion, I will give 5 stars and maybe in the future we will return

One tip is try and book directly with the resort if you can to get the best deals as one of our rooms got cancelled because the resort was overbooked by a travel company. I would have given more stars if possible

They would not accept my statements because it "wasn't on their computer system. Staff bring this quality down to a 1 star hotel

An amazing uber luxurious place in Antalya - we planned so many activities outside the resort but we were so much happy with the resort itself that we cancelled those and just enjoyed our resort stay

Help yourself to beach towels daily. The hotel is around 15 years old, the way it's decorated inside you would think it was older. Overall I give a 5 star rating. Excellent hotel and we are really enjoying our stay

Booked this hotel as an indulgence escape - and that was exactly what it was. Living life of pure luxury and indulgence. Excellent service fit for royalty as was the room we stayed in

This does need addressing as no one wants to come on holiday and not be able to use the out door pools. Apart from that the place is beautiful

Swimming pools usual problem of reserving sun beds. You needed to get there before 9am to stand any chance of getting a bed on the sunny side. Plenty of beds that were in the shade for majority of the day

Pools were also cold, but nice once you're in. Nice boat trip which runs throughout the day, but is overall a little disappointing

Bathroom very nice with a good shower and had dressing gowns and slippers. Plenty of variety in the restaurant, although food was often only warm. 18 + area in restaurant was often full

Beds are enormous and very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Although it wasn't needed the quilt only just about covered the bed. Could have used just a sheet

Plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas, semi covered seating area for drinks and food which was burgers, deep fried chicken, salad and kebabs. Next to the beach was a very run down area which was not nice to look at

The cleaners also did an amazing job, cleaning the room daily and making us little swans out of the towels( which was a lovely touch!) The food was also delicious and had alot more variety then I imagined! As we arrived at night, the doms bistro- which is pretty much open whenever the main restaurant isnt- was very useful and also had a good selection of food to offer in the form of a bufffet

Powerful walk-in shower with health and beauty samples. A long walk from kitchen to dining room but worth it. Turkey and Britain and Europe. Things got even better! The bar staff where terrific

Just back from our second visit. We loved being back and as expected the hotel and staff gave us a fantastic holiday, especially Barska at restaurant entrance

There is so much to do and the night time entertainment can be really good although the children's bit is a bit repetitive

The female staff member looked a little embarrassed and told us someone would be at our room in 15 minutes. I thanked her and as we walked away,he said in a very sarcastic voice, have a lovely evening and laughed

They were incredibly kind and attentive, especially Zehra at the lobby, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hospitality extended by the entire team made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived

We arrived with our energetic 5-year-old son, and from the moment we stepped into the Kids Club, it was clear we were in the best of hands. The girls who looked after our son were nothing short of amazing

Sunbed situation really only happens at the main pool. We managed to get sunbeds on the grass everyday in a good spot. Entertainment was fine, the drifters and the party night were the best to watch

Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and botttled water in the fridge. I was the only one out of 4 of us that had got bitten, 3 bits on my feet. Overall this was a great holiday and we would visit again!!

Found it almost impossible to get close to the pool unless your up at 6am to put your towel down. I'm on holiday not to get up early 😂

All staff very nice and attentive, nothing is a problem, very helpful. My family all enjoyed the food there is something for everyone. My youngest son is a fussy eater and always found something to eat

In middle of nowhere, looks like beirut! Tower blocks of flats for rooms nothing like 4-5* hotel. Having to fight cleaner toget more than 2 teabags and 2 sachets milk. On all inclusive this is ridiculous

We had a wonderful week stay here. Staff were lovely. Room was good. Food was nice. Lots to do/ entertainment was amazing. Plenty to do for the kids. Will come back again!

As a toddler it was brilliant that we had a splash pool and the kids club was superb! Ther was activities such as soft play, face painting, baby room and more

Had a lovely stay at the Titanic Deluxe Lara. The rooms was decent enough but a little dated compared to the website pictures. All the staff are amazing and friendly

There is lots to eat and drink and always a pool near by to jump in with it being so hot. Would definitely recommend the hotel

If I were to give some criticism, the evening entertainment could do with a massive overhaul as that was less than desirable. Kids' food at the kids club was great

It's a nice mix and makes the experience very diverse as those worlds are quite different. Water slides are also great, we had tons of fun with my son

To sum up the health topic: I cannot complain and I'm a very sensible person in this regards. Swimming pools are perfectly designed. The main one is made in a shape that makes it to be never overcrowded

Never had a problem to find a free spot even though we used to get down to the pool late, like well after 10:00. Also, pool was cleaned every day. Highly recommend doing one day swimming pool then one day the beach/pier

Bottled water is available everywhere in the hotel, I also saw that staff uses that bottled water to prepare drinks and whatnot. Highly recommend to people who are afraid of this kind of travel issues

This was especially visible with the dining personell (waiters/waitresses) and pool-area cleaning service

Too bad the beautiful hotel exterior has very old rooms. The pool is beautiful but also very cold; however, I didn't take a dip in the pool because it was cold

Me and my kids stayed for 6 nights. We truly enjoyed each day in this Hotel. My son was in wheelchair , I am so great full in this hotel they have great facilities for disabled or less mobility people’s need

In children’s paradise swimming area there was a young staff member who was very very helpful when ever i took my son to that swimming pool (jacuzzi pool) He was making sure my son is enjoying and having great time

In Dinning area always table was reserved for wheelchair sign so we don’t need to walk around finding table that was very help-full

Shops and bazaar are very close to the hotel! Beach is very nice. Bottom of the sea from very fine/small pebbles

One is indoor, the other is outside. Spacious hamam, white marble finish. A beautiful area with a bunch of pools, palm trees, flowers, trees, recreation areas. The gardener seems to be a good professional

Airconditions work how every you like, you set the temperature, not the hotel (previous bed experiance with hotels aircond. Lot of free space and lot of sunbeds

Big enough to swimme normal, sunbeds are occupared early in the morning so if you plan to go after 10, you will not find free sunbed, i didn't care about that because i don't want to go to pool when i have great see

The area is clean and well maintained. There is an outdoor heated large 25 meter swimming pool. Served on the street and on the beach, and inside the hotel too. There are many shops and markets near the hotel

Very good 5 Star hotel....Clean rooms super beach and pools..Not to much Sea food or Fish..but overall the food is very good...

You did need to make very early reservation for swimming pool beds though

In Antalya Lara it's best hotel They have so many pools big beach even children beach Hotels have good Foods with every cultur. Rooms so clean and cleaned everyday

Kids Club was so good our daugther spend great time there with other Kids also in Mini Disco they danced to much thanks to Team Kids Club Emel Tuana Basra

I don't know how they manage to do all that! I am super thankful to the wonderful entertainment team for making our 2-weeks vacation the best one we have ever had! Each of them deserves a "Bravo!": Diego - a total star - energetic, easy-going, naturally fun

A great animator! Ali and Efe - they arrived as towards the end of our stay, but they are getting things pretty fast and they are also a lot of fun - both are very polite, build a good relationship with the guests and ensure they are happy

As great as everything is, what I am most impressed by is definitely the entertainment team!!! There are number of people, who take care of everybody's mood, they have a unique and personized approach towards every guest

That is very difficult and I highly appreciate the hard work each and everyone of them puts! In the evenings there is either a theme party or live music. The entertainment team joins and it is always a blast

The negatives would be the food, well presented and well cooked but if your English then you may find it limited. The other negative is the lifts which are a nightmare, take ages to come and are small

She was super helpful in helping us plan things to do outside of the hotel to get the maximum out of our holiday. Would recommend for families plenty of activities for the children and hotel entertainment

Wet and wild brilliant for my family of mixed ages 3- 64 Evening dining sometimes a bit chaotic due to number of guests but we managed most nights to all sit together

Naturally with any all inclusive you may get bored of the food but the terrace always had something different. Overall and enjoyable and relaxing stay

We have had 10 lovely days here at the hotel. Rooms quite ourdated really need a refresh. Showers worked well but very slippy getting out. Food was really good with plenty of choice at every meal

This hotel is fantastic! Everyone we have met is so friendly. The facilities are incredible! The food and drink is wonderful. We had a faulty hairdryer that was fixed very quickly

The rooms are clean, the animation staff is incredible, the pools are magnificent. The activities for the little ones are great. I do believe this is family hotel. The food is really good and varied

The kids keep saying “they are in paradise!”

The service is luxury, the hotel is luxury but all in all I cannot give 5 stars because of little things that were annoying like mosquitoes (it was treated when we were there but my husband got bitten bad the first 5 nights)

Also our room was on the side of evening live music and our daughter kept waking up because the music was too loud and the windows are too thin and don’t cover any noise from outside (we were on the third floor)

ohm it is occupied by a fairly large pool. There is also a large water park and a small amusement park. Spa area There are no complaints here

Stayed here for a week end of November. It was huge with a walk in wardrobe & a steam/shower room. I am not fussy with food & the selection was great, especially the desserts

As soon as the staff realised this was affecting our holiday, they opened the snack bar as an additional restaurant area for non-conference guests. Thank you to the entire team for a fabulous holiday!

I went to 5 different hotels in Antalya. This is so far the best one. The hotel is clean, the stuff friendly and you have everything you want. The rooms are new build and it is a real pleasure

Staff were attentive, however there was a conference on for 2 days & some staff clearly only concentrated on their own, overlooking the guests who were there before/after the conference

It was such a good vacation and these 10 days have been the best. I made friends but also it was such a comfortable hotel for my family. Everything was good from food to the hotel room

Wonderful Experience, Great Place for Holidays, Staff is courteous. All Services Indoor swimming pool, bars, restaurants, spa etc all are excellent. For family with kids milk and baby food always available free of charge

and somehow expect you to be German also. The shows, the DJs, heck even the watersports in the main pool, were all in German. The main pool is ok, not the largest in Lara, water slides here are mainly for under 8s

For 3 out of 7 days, our room was not cleaned in good time, so around 1 PM when we returned from the beach to prepare for lunch we had no towels; although we specifically requested cleaning before 12 PM after the first incident

They put us in a horrible location on our first night, right next to the lifts on the ground floor, which meant listening to people's noise up till 3am. The next morning I had to pay to be upgraded to a better room

Roller skating staff are everywhere, ensuring you have everything you need at all times. All areas of the resort are clean and well-maintained. Amazing view from our window. Free amusement park for kids

The room was nice, but everything you'll want to do, like restaurants, pools, etc, are all across the street at the main Akra. Not a long walk, just take the walkway over the street

Simply fantastic. The view from the hotel is heavenly (check pics). Multiple restaurants serving great food, salon, spa, shop, everything under 1 roof. The service is top-notch.

Outstanding service in the restaurants every day, a lot of staff and very happy to help and serve. We couldn't fault this hotel and great value for money!

This is a true 5 star experience. Beware the others claiming to be 5 star for €30/40. This hotel oozes class,the staff are as good as anywhere on earth

The all inclusive experience is worth every cent and the food is of the highest quality, not to mention the additional 2 on site restaurants

Again, I must stress, the staff are a shining example of customer service at the highest level

Lifeguards??? there were some but not doing much. Tended to be hard to find and didn't spot 2 people repeatedly jumping from the waterfall into a shallow pool. couldn't even find one to tell

All in all it was nice although there are some flaws. The water slides are really great as are the pools. There are many things for children and adults alike

And the perennial people claiming sunbeds at ridiculous o'clock. So that by 9am all front ones had gone. Oh and 10 yr olds not being made welcome to play volleyball or surfboard games in the pool

All lifts had broken glass in them and were frequently out of use. Main water slide out of action for most of our first week. Just taped off without explanation

Cleaning took a while, one place opposite us had choc milk splattered on it all week. Bottles and cups were often in places from the night before, round the pool, gardens etc. Lack of understanding from some staff

Just got back from a lovely trip to this hotel. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Food was very good but similar most days. Pools were lovely and entertainment was very good

The hotel left a pleasant impression, food for every taste and color, very diverse, the rooms are a little outdated, in 2020, there should no longer be shabby cabinets and TVs from 2010, and everything is clean and tidy, due to the pandemic of people in the hotel a lot, but this does not help the elevators cope with rush hour, when people return from the show in the evening, you can wait forever, the...

Absolutely stunning resort, impeccable service and well worth the money you pay for this hotel. it's the first hotel on Lara beach and the location is perfect as you get amazing views of the sun rise and sunset

The beach was clean with cabanas (for guests in villas) and beach beds, towels were available on every corner, staff is on the beach at the bar and around the area. The hotel has its own water slide on the property
