Cleaning staff was lovely, as well as all other staff. The pool bar staff were great and they had a good selection of drinks, iced coffee, cocktails, slushies and pop. The food had a good selection each day

The room was very clean with tea and coffee facilities and a bottle of water provided each day. Each day the room was cleaned and even new shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was given each day

They have a snack bar which has pasta, chips, pizza right next to the pool. All areas of the hotel were very clean, the views were also amazing

On arrival we had our bags taken from the taxi and a kind man helped get us checked in and gave us all the information we needed for our stay, taking us up to our room

From reading previous reviews before coming here I was expecting the worst but this wasn’t the case

Only down sides - Have to pay for WiFi when not using the free lobby WiFi but was not a problem for us as we had esims. - There wasn’t much a lot of evening entertainment. But over all would definitely recommend!

The rooms are fully equipped (maybe the bathrooms needs more water drainage holes) Many bars in the resort and you can have a seat somewhere and they will serve you Snacks are available too The pool is huge and amazing The staff is friendly ___ I will definitely recommend this place

I recently visited this resort with my family for my daughters first birthday in April. I read a lot of mixed reviews before booking this hotel but I’m so happy I picked this place to stay for our family holiday

On the downside, the bed mattresses were not very comfortable, and a few of the restaurant or bar staff (only a small number) seemed unhappy with their job and showed a bit of attitude, which might be due to language barriers making communication harder

The service is high, rooms are clean, food and drinks are everywhere. There is enough place to lay and swim near the pools and beach. The beach is amazingly comfortable and water is great

This is a great hotel for families with children – there’s plenty for kids to enjoy and the atmosphere is very family-oriented

However, if you’re an adult looking for a quiet or more mature environment, this may not be the best choice, as most guests are families and there are lots of children around

One of the best hotel I ever been and most importantly the food was awesome. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach side. All staffs are very nice and friendly helpful

The food was good with a decent variety, everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay

A pretty large property with great amenities like indoor and outdoor pool, spa, sports ground, private beach etc. When I checkedin bathroom door's lock fell off in my room and I had to call the reception and get it fixed

There are two waterpark areas, a smaller one for the children which our four year old thoroughly enjoyed. And the larger one with the bigger adult slides, which we enjoyed quite a lot

The lazy river is also a really fun thing they have, and quite relaxing. The beach is also stunning, with soft golden sand and plenty of sunbeds and swings to relax on

Pool & Sunbeds The rule about not reserving sunbeds before 08:30 is fair and generally well-managed. However, I had an uncomfortable experience with a staff member responsible for enforcing this rule

This was our first all inclusive holiday ever. And it was an absolute blast! There was an abundance of things to do, we stayed a full week and still managed to miss out on some things as we just didn’t have enough time

There were so many different pools, each appealing to a different audience, the heated one was our favourite, we were constantly jumping in and out throughout the day

There was a main dining restaurant, which was buffet style in which we had breakfast, lunch and dinner nearly every day

The main pool is also great, however getting a bed was harder as you would need to be up early for one. The indoor pool was well needed on the hot days. Food: Dinner was great as there was always plenty to choose from

Multiple options for lunch time as you had the main restaurant, pool bar, gozleme, bbq restaurant and pide. The pool bar was our favourite as we could get burgers, chips, baked potato’s and pizza

Pools: With the new extension there is now a new pool with music, bar and food. This pool was great as we could always find a bed

The entertainment staff around the pool are so welcoming with fun and energy. Our daughter loves seeing them every day and evening, they work so hard

Just finishing our 11 night stay here and not got a negative word to say. Hotel/Staff: The staff are very attentive and focussed on helping. The cleanliness of the hotel is top notch with cleaners always to be seen

All in all we had the best time ever and can't really complain about a thing! Just what we wanted, sun, pools and chill and that's exactly what we did. Staff were mostly friendly, we never had any trouble

Resort does not have direct beach access but runs speed boat that gets you to the beach which has sunbeds and a pool bar. There is live music at pool bar after dinner. There are entertainment shows at the main arena

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious with good sized bathrooms. Food on the buffet is good with lots of choices. The adults only dinning area is great

booked 2 weeks holiday at trendy lara hotel in antalya turkey we arrived in a late flight where we were able to get a meal when we arrived the staff go above and beyond nothing is to much for them to help you

hotel manager called black boy also goes above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic holiday. the animation team put different games and shows on for all ages they work so hard to entertain you

Beach: we love the way we could go there by boat. Sand is quite clean, water is very clean and warm, however neighborhood (some fishing village, I think), brings quite discomfort for us to stay longer over there

The pools in October are cold but amazing!!! Kids splash park is fantastic. Overall the hotel is just amazing! We have loved our stay here

Beautiful hotel! Massive! Food, always lots to chose from, there will be something that everyone likes. The restaurant near the beach is great and sp is the little food hall

Always kids entertainment on throughout the day. Kids show ar 8:30 every night. Plenty of sun loungers, you don't need to get up at stupid o'clock to reserve one

Our room was lovely it had a mini fridge, tv, safe, coffee making facilities, a power shower, we loved it also it had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, a hair dryer and slippers , no iron or clothes steamer, but we were ok

There’s a balcony and also there’s somewhere to hang your wet swimwear etc to dry. Theres a light switch to light up your balcony which is beautiful, the hotel scenery is amazing

There were lots of great facilities, food was decent but due to being out of season quite a few outlets and activities were not open which was a shame. But hope to come back in the summer to experience the whole resort

Another issue was smoking and vaping — both guests and staff were doing this around the children’s pool and bowling area. Designated smoking zones would make a big difference here

Rooms were clean, tidy and a good size with a really nice shower in the bathroom, balcony was good too. We did a package holiday through Jet2 and was very good value for money on what was included within the resort

I travelled to Turkey with my 6month old and partner and we had a very lovely time. The hotel is a 10/10 all inclusive was the best part 24hr food and so much to do within the facility

The staff are amazing my baby got so much attention and left with a few girlfriends lol. I would highly recommend especially for families

A big downfall to the holiday is coming in October they refuse to put the heating on in the pools and they are like plunge pools. The pools are empty and every one is on the beach as the sea is lots warmer

Since it was March, we did not use the sea and pool, but they had very large and beautiful pools. The sea and pier also looked beautiful

We stayed in a duplex room with beautiful views of both the pool and the sea

You can walk to the waterfall at a leisurely pace in 20 minutes, preferably in the evening when the lights turn on. Of the minuses, Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, if you don’t use your own Internet it will be annoying

We had a rest on our own! We booked the first days in one room in the club sector! The second part of the rest and accommodation in the main building! Everything is great!  Bars, cocktails, coffee, sea, concerts!!  We really liked it!

The rooms and corridors are spacious. The staff is very welcoming and officious and they just want to satisfy the customers. The variety of the food is countlessly great and delicious

Kids Club was so good our daugther spend great time there with other Kids also in Mini Disco they danced to much thanks to Team Kids Club Emel Tuana Basra

The resort is large and there are lots to do rather than just being at the poolside or beach. This was especially handy as when it was very hot outside and we wanted a break from the heat, we could sit inside and relax

Check in was quick and easy, we were given a room on the first floor. It was overlooking the quiet pool and the Delphin Imperial next door

We did find the next day they had managed to fully fix it while we were out during the day. There is a mini bar fridge in the room. this is free and topped up daily with water, drinks, beers and snacks

There are lots of activities throughout the day, poolside and beachside. The Animation team are fantastic, they were great at remembering everyone's names and getting you involved during the day

The porter brought up our luggage to the room and showed us the facilities within. He was very helpful in explaining the lights and controls for the room, they are all controlled by a touch panel inside and by the bed

We found other waiters to sometimes get the order incorrect and bring us a different drink as to what was actually ordered. Some waiters were writing the order down which would have helped if they all did the same

The entertainment here at the hotel is amazing there is something for everyone , starting from darts to water gym. The staff is so friendly and always wants you to have the best holiday

The hotel offers multiple pools, a beautiful beach, and even a small island just off the shore where you can sunbathe and swim – such a unique touch! The entertainment team works really hard to keep everyone engaged with fun daytime activities – our favorite was archery! In the evenings, there’s always something going on: live music, shows, and good vibes all around

Entertainment team was amazing with their activities, dance shows, pool games, kids activities was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel especially for families. I will definitely be booking back in 2026

The mini-bar in the room is generously stocked with water, beer, Coca-Cola, chocolates, peanuts, and more – refreshed daily. Room cleaning was decent and consistent

The hotel itself has great amenities: a big central pool, a heated indoor pool, spa lounge, a cozy lobby with evening programs, and several souvenir shops. The location is convenient about 30 minutes from the city center

from decorating our room to gifts of drinks ,cakes,and a keepsake gift was left in our room on different days,the hospitality was 10/10 both times,starting from the location to staff and all the facilities the hotel has to offer was absolutely amazing

This stay didn’t quite live up to my past experiences. The full board package was misleading — it didn’t include everything as expected

Our daughter of 8years old absolutely loved the Barry Star kids club – the activities were fun, engaging, and well-organized

Its pool was great to actually swim in and the swim up bar topped off the experience. The main buffet restaurant blows me away each time with the variety and quality of food on offer

Amazing place! The staff are on a next level, if it's possible then anything is done to make your stay better. The food is some of the best I've ever eaten at an all inclusive resort

amazing water park area for the kids. loved how there were 3 sections to the water park, one that was perfect for each age group. So many great pools, amazing beach, and the views were magnificent

Initially we were one of the family suite’s, the room was perfect and beds were comfortable but they are located on the front of the hotel and overlooks a busy road junction, the staff were fantastic and moved us to a room which overlooked the pool and out to sea

The night time activities seemed great but not so good if you have younger children and seemed at conflict with the family orientated day times. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly

We enjoyed the food and the day time facilities were excellent for families however the outside nighttime activities are tailored more to partying and nightlife

Again the room was fantastic but unfortunately for us travelling with kids this meant loud music until at least midnight from the various shows and parties

The table service even skates. Nice sandy-rocky beach with sunbeds and a pier with a bar on the Mediterranean Sea. Frequent shows and live music which I loved. Music by the pools and a little more peace on the beach

We have had the best holiday ever. The staff, food and premises are amazing and we have never had a never a better Holiday. We have used the spa facilities and they have been great! We will definitely come back again

There were 10 of us and we had a great holiday. The hotel is very clean everywhere and has lots of activities on offer. The drinks are great and the lobby bar serves the best cocktails

We also loved the beach bar and the bar on the pier…. There’s a theme here! The Pâtisserie serves great coffee and cakes and the street food cabin is also fun and handy for a snack

It has a sauna and steam room and a small cold indoor pool. All the pools were cold and even though we were doing aqua classes the water in the pool was colder than the sea

The resort also has crèche and babysitting facilities; we used it once for an hour so we could enjoy the spa, and the staff were fantastic in keeping our son engaged and happy

The hotel’s private beach is only a short walk away and was lovely always plenty of space, great service, and the convenience of ordering food right on the beach

A special mention to the reception team — incredibly kind and helpful. The supervisor even upgraded our room after learning we were celebrating our anniversary

Even though we only managed to visit once during our week-long stay, it was mostly because we were enjoying the hotel so much

Every evening there were fun shows like dancing and karaoke, and the lobby staff always offered tea or drinks with a smile. The private beach was clean and relaxing, a perfect place to spend the day

The spa is excellent, with outstanding massages, and the gym is fully equipped. The pool area is attractive, and the food is generally quite good. Having lunch by the pool is especially enjoyable

We had an amazing stay at Porto Bello Hotel! The staff were super friendly from the first moment we arrived

Our room was very clean with a beautiful sea view, and the whole hotel, including the pool and beach area, looked fantastic. The Ultra All Inclusive food was delicious and had lots of variety

The view from our room was absolutely perfect, and the girls from the activities team were so sweet and full of positive energy — they really made our days more fun! 💙🌸 The beach and pool area are amazing, and the atmosphere is relaxing

Another thing that was very disappointing were the cocktails. I tried very basic cocktails, and they were all very poorly made. It would be nice to add mimosas during breakfast as well

The hotel building itself is beautiful a really pretty hotel and the grounds are beautiful ! straight away upon arriving we were disappointed to be told we had a 4th floor room despite me sending 3 emails prior to booking and arriving to request a ground floor as I was travelling alone with two children and was nervous to have a room with a balcony and also the hassle of climbing stairs every day with...

My other complaint is the hotel not having a single converter available for guests! Bring your own if you are from the US! Overall, it's a good, basic hotel for families and older couples

They had themed nights at the buffet, and my favorite was Turkish but they really need to get rid of Asian night. Everything was just terrible and not even close to Asian cuisine

The staff was friendly but most did not speak English very well. Majority of the tourists were Germans so German was the primary language spoken. I loved the night entertainment

The shows were all professional and fun to watch. The food was very good if you are a meat and sweets lover. There wasn't a big variety of seafood at all
