The Green Park Taksim

Room was not clean at all, towels were not clean also the bed cover was dirty. Would not come back for sure. Also there is no AC unit control!!! This is the minimum for a 4 star hotel. This is not even a 2 star hotel

I stayed there for 3 days and nights. The only positives are location and the lavish breakfast. The bathroom was not the cleanest, the amenities were non existent, the personnel does not even speak a proper english word, a few inches behind my bed I found gum wrappers. The rooms weren't cleaned after we had left for our daily schedule and most importantly there are only 2 elevators for a 10-floor building and during breakfast hours or when we had to leave with our group, we were stuck in several floors and we couldn't exit the building for more than 20 minutes each time.We couldn't use the stairs as there was a renovation at the 1st floor and the emergency exit was closed as well. The latter seems unacceptable! If it had been a fire or an earthquake, we would have been trapped!

I don’t recommend it at all. I stayed there for 8 days. The rooms are somewhat clean however the air conditioner is so bad, it’s very noisy as there was water leakage we asked them to fix it around 3 days and still it didn’t work.
Breakfast is a disaster, there’s no food variety at all and it’s not clean.
Also the elevators aren’t the best as you might wait more than 10 minutes to get in one.

It’s not a 4 stars hotel at all it should be rated as 2-3 stars max.

There are plenty hotels in the same area with better service.

Stayed here 14 days. Dirty rooms, no coffee machine, fridge doesn’t keep things cold so it’s useless, AIR CONDITION is not good at all. We woke up middle of the night everyday drenched in sweat.
2 adults in 1 room they leave 1 towel, you would think it’s common sense to have 2 towels if 2 adults are staying in a room. And 2 face towels and hand towels, but no.

They don’t clean the rooms unless you tell them, pool closed, gym closed, everything around here is closed. Breakfast area has flys all over the food, food gets left out from 7am-10am. They don’t provide water not even in the restaurant area. I’ve never seen a hotel not provide water to their customers.
They have 1 water bottle a day for the room and that’s it. Meanwhile you have 2-4 people per room, how is that even okay?
Bathrooms are very dirty and smelly, toilets are old in the rooms and 1st floor.
Everyone smokes in the building there is no rules or smoke detectors,
They need lots of common sense here and English barrier is huge.

Dont book there ever or you will loose some stuff frim your bag from your room while you are not there, i was with my Mom, Dad and brother and we booked 2 rooms, i was with my brother in one room, i had new camera where i was downloading all photos Bluetooth to my mobile and once done i left the camera on my bed, it was around 4 pm we went out to get shawarma from Taksim square, when we came back, i didnt find the camera, it was on my bed, so i freaked out it was around 2000$ camera and barley a month used, i went down to the reception shouting i need my camera back, the guy was iraqi in the reception he said if anyone from the room service team took it they will go to jail, i said i dont want anyone to go anywhere just give me my camera and i wont be upset i asked him to show me the camera 2-3 hours ago, he refused saying you need to get the police, i went to Taksim street tourism police and they came 2 policemen to the reception. When they asked him, he showed them the computer screen with many squares on it each square is the video recorded for each day since a week or month ago, all days were fine, except today, it was black screen, the policeman was smiling like are you serious, it is really a hack and clearly he cleared and deleted the video, but I was surprised when the policeman said I cant do anything if no proof, and he asked me for the invoice of the camera which i dont have for sure, so I lost the camera they stole it and they run away with this.. anyway i jusy want you guys to be careful even in your room they will come inside and take whatever they want and it is easy for them

The room that they gave it to us wasn't clean. I called the reception to asked for somthing, they said they 're gonna send it to us, but after 3 times calling them my husband went downstairs and brought it to our room. We asked for ice they said it costs extra. Not recommand this hotel to anybody.

The breakfast at was very poor, rooms are not clear ( look at photo to check what I found). Also, the reception (he said he is the manager) he started to shout at my face In front of my face when I was doing checkout !!!! Not recommended.

This hotel is by far none sense.
The room was very dirty and when I asked for cleanliness, Someone came and clean the room but it was still dirty and you can find dust everywhere.
I asked about changing the room and the behavior of hotel reception was impolite and he got angry!!!
We had a baby and I will never recommend this hotel for family with baby.
It was ridiculous for a hotel that the cabling of phone and camera were naked and unhidden.

They cancelled my 8 day reservation on their own because and gave my room to others for money on a really busy day without any responsibility,this is not acceptable,i had to search for room for straight two ours...
