The hotel is in a good location, which was convenient for getting around. However, the experience with the staff was disappointing. Most of them were quite rude and unhelpful — they often spoke in an impolite manner and even questioned us when we asked for something, rather than simply assisting. We had to explain why we needed things, and even then, they didn’t always provide what we asked for.
The only exception was Zehra — she was friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on her face, which made a big difference.
Breakfast was very limited, with just a few items available, and it finished early — only open for 2 hours, which was inconvenient.
On a positive note, the room was clean, but the amenities were lacking. The shampoo was in a very small bottle, and there were no toothbrush, toothpaste, or bathrobe provided.
📌 Note for Arab travelers: There is no شطاف (bidet spray) in the bathroom, so keep that in mind when booking.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I visited the area and saw the place. The location is excellent—very central and close to everything. It looks clean and well-kept from the outside. If you’re looking for a hotel in a good spot, this one seems like a solid option based on location alone.

Hello. I visited Istanbul and I had a good experience in this hotel. Also the price is good and breakfast very good.

Worst experience ever.
Staff are rude, rooms are not clean, towels never get changed, and made us pay TRIPLE the price just because they saw us looking lost and coming from the UAE.
And when we figured out that we were scammed, we requested to cancel the rest of our booking and they refused although we had a fight with them.
All in all, they are not worth it and you can find waay better options with the same price.

I went to Istanbul from London and stayed with my family at this hotel for 10 days.
Firstly,the staffs of hotel were so polite,friendly ,helpful and I so appreciate them. Secondly, we had completely peaceful at this hotel and inside our nice rooms. Thirdly, the location is excellent and easy access to main road ,public transport, some shops,restaurants and clubs.
I really like to stay at this hotel in next trip to Istanbul and see staffs who are as my friends there.

Really nice staff specially at front desk...just one glitch that the carpet got stains all over the place
other than that it was quiet, clean and in a nice neighborhood close to shops and resturants

What a wonderful hotel and such nice people! The room was very clean and very cosy. The location is also very nice, lots of shops and restaurants. The people of the hotel are so very nice and so very helpful. Thank you so much I really enjoyed my stay with you ❤
