We had a wonderful stay at Alba Queen Hotel. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its clean, comfy rooms, beautiful grounds, and a wide range of facilities. The breakfast bar had something for everyone, the pool area was spotless, and the location was perfect for easy access to nearby sights. We would like to extend special thanks to Ali, our guide and trip coordinator. His meticulous organization, profound local knowledge, and attentive, courteous manner greatly enhanced our experience. Ali’s proactive approach, clear communication, and thoughtful recommendations ensured a smooth, safe, and memorable trip from start to finish.

We spent our 5-day holiday with a total of 8 people as two families and the hotel pleased us beyond our expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel, the quality of the food, and the smiling faces of the staff were particularly noteworthy. Our little girl had a lot of fun at the Mini Club throughout the day and at the Mini Disco in the evening. The Turkish Music (Fasıl) night in particular gave us unforgettable moments. We are looking forward to spending our holiday again at this hotel, which we were pleased with in every respect.

If you stay here you should definitely try hammam and massages. We have tried many hammams, but none of them can compare to this one. 5 stars fof the spa and the staff there. About the hotel: it's quite worn down and needs renovation, the level of cleanliness could be much better - the room wasn't clean when we arrived and for example - we put the towels on the floor to be changed, but to our surprise they just folded these same towels and put them back on the rack, the restaurant is very hectic and unorganised, the tables are often left uncleaned and the plates and cutlery are sticky. However, the personnel (apart from the reception and cleaning staff) is very friendly and helpful. We like coming to Turkey, but we wouldn't choose this hotel again.

We stayed at the Alba Queen Hotel in Çolaklı for 6 days 👨👩👦 and every moment was pure happiness! ✨
Our 5-year-old son LOVED the waterslides 🛝, the kids’ pool 💦 and the fun Mini Club – especially when he got to bake cookies 🍪 at the pool bar with other kids and the sweet staff 🥰
We parents finally had time to breathe: Dad played water polo with other guests 🤽♂️ and Mom had a blast doing aqua gym 💃🏼☀️ Lots of fun & laughs guaranteed! 😄
Our Superior room with sea view 🌊 was spotless 🧼, cozy 🛏️ and had a view that gave us goosebumps every morning 🌅

We spent a week at Alba Queen Hotel and it was honestly amazing! My partner and I have had the best time despite being the only English at the hotel in a sea of Germans. Staff have been great, friendly and we have not really struggled to get sunbeds - despite the Germans who have no worries about invading your personal space to get the best sun spot. Huge variety of food every night with some great entertainment in the evenings and around the pool during the day. Highly recommend, we have even booked to come back next year!

Hotel is beautiful, lovely gardens and rooms with high ceilings. Didn’t hear any other guests above or below us. Cleaning staff lovely. For ordering drink and food at pool /pool bar you’re pretty invisible unless you tip. Menu not great for kids there and in restaurant kids food options pretty basic, fries, sausages and plain pasta. Ice cream available 2pm -4pm - this is really rubbish for kids especially those that still nap. The self serve icecream freezers should be open for longer. Spa prices are wild. Hotel is very popular with German guests which is fine but means if you’re not German your kids will likely find it harder to make friends with other kids and the mini disco was very tailored towards this also. Take a door lock with you if staying with toddlers as even when locked the handle just needs to be pulled twice to open and is at toddler height. Everything in shop and arcade very expensive.

We arrived on the 28th April at 2 in the morning got shown to our room very quickly. Room was OK bit outdated and not the cleanest ,but didn't bother us as wouldn't be spending much time in there. Went to the beach bar for some food the next day very friendly staff and drinks were quick to be served but the food was terrible. Cold,dry and flys all over the food. Went to dinner that night the food was dry and bland couldn't get a seat and took ages for the waiters to come over and ask what you would like to drink . But they were ever so busy and always polite. We went again the next night and was the same so never returned and ate out. The pool bar did fresh food in the afternoon like burgers pizza chips ice cream waffles and this was lovely couldn't fault it. We had the cleaners do our room every other day, and we always left a tip as they work hard but never had any towels left so had to go to reception as no one ever answered the phone. Mini bar was always topped up with water , Fanta and coke . The beach was unbelievably beautiful but be prepared to be hasseled by people about trips and tattoos . They give you a towel card when you arrived I said I didn't want one as have my own towel I had to pay 10 euros on check out as I didn't provide my towel card . I explained I didn't get one but they was having none of it . Most guests are german and all the staff speak german . Bus stop outside the hotel and cheap to get to side and manavgat.

We visited Alba Queen for a short stay from 28th March 2025. This was our 5th stay at this hotel and we are looking forward to our next visit very soon. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean, both inside and around the grounds and the hard working staff are welcoming and friendly throughout the hotel In the restaurant, the food is exceptional. There is always a vast choice of dishes at every meal and the food beautifully presented too. It is good to see chefs walking around the buffet to check on the availability and presentation. Special thanks to Ulas, Ali and Hamdi who looked after us so well each day. Although this was the very start of the season and the weather was quite mixed, the animation crew arranged activities throughout the day and entertainment each evening. The swimming pool was pretty cold due to low overnight temperatures and a heavy downpour, but we still managed a swim each day and some of the younger guests were braving the water slides. Although we didn't use the beach on this visit, we have used it many times previously. It is perfect for families, with soft golden sand and shallow sea. Lunches ,drinks and ice cream with waffles are served at the beach bar which is set above the beach behind a long sloping lawn with swinging hammocks and sunbeds. Once again thank you to everyone at Alba Queen for making our stay so enjoyable.

I have just returned from a week stay in this hotel which all in all a good stay. Here are my pros and cons:
Pros:
Great value for money
Food is one of the best all inclusives I’ve experienced. Food options are excellent. The snack bar menu and the food at the beach bar is an added bonus. I’m not a sweet tooth but the desserts were fresh and plentiful.
Good facilities such as the coffee bar, beach bar, pools, bowling etc.
Well presented public areas.
Location is a little quiet but bus stops right outside to side and surrounding areas. The beach is absolutely beautiful and well kept.
Very clean.
Friendly staff.
Cons:
Rooms are a little dated but clean at least.
I asked 3 times for soap and shower gel in the room. It took 2 days to get some soap and bought my own shower gel as it was never replaced in a week.
If you have a pool view room be prepared for the noise from the outside terrace of the lobby bar. I can’t understand why night staff allow the chaos outside when there are so many rooms nearby. The aircon was so bad we had to sleep with the door open which made it much worse. Eventually bought some earplugs to help sleep.
The drinks weren’t great. Cheap spirits and terrible wine. Thankfully we brought our own from duty free.
