Our first big family holiday for some time and a very mixed experience. On arrival we were greeted by a pleasant young lady miss wang I think, who continued to be helpful throughout the holiday. The hotel building and pools were very impressive. The rooms were large and well cleaned, fresh towels everyday and bedding every other day. Lovely view from balcony and mini fridge kept well stocked. The food hall was enormous with everything on offer every night. The difficulty is that the entire hotel use it in short periods of time, thus very difficult to get a table and felt more like a school canteen than a 5 star hotel. Rather than leave the other restaurants empty (no one wanted to pay extra) they could spread the footfall and make life easier. We loved our time by the pool each day, again when it came to lunch there was nowhere to sit in the poolside restaurant and ended up eating on the sun lounger. We did sit in the poolside bar to eat one day but were thrown out. Very understaffed in the one pool bar with items regularly running low, it also needed a god clean. A trip to side is very worthwhile, if you take a taxi to the ruins and walk through it leads to the harbour with lovely views and restaurants, shopping at the harbour is also very good, Overall we really liked the hotel although due to the havoc each night in the restaurant would not return.

Very rude security…

We have just returned from a weeks holiday. We had a fantastic time and were sad to leave, here is an honest review of our time there. Check in and reception - we were greeted at reception by two friendly ladies who spoke good English and were very helpful whenever we had questions throughout our stay. Rooms - We had a beautiful big room with a very large balcony. It was nice and cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Our mini bar was also restocked everyday. Pool - We loved the pools and slides and never had an issue getting a sun bed. My one complaint has to be when the water slides are on adults do not give up the inflatables when they have had a go and go up and down over and over while children are waiting to have a turn. I feel a staff member should police this as it is just selfish. Guests - This hotel mostly has German, Russian and Turkish attend, English are in the minority - I would say 2% are English speaking this makes it difficult for your child to make any friends. This was something that was important to us as ours is an only child and likes to make friends round the pool. We found some of the Germans to be extremely rude and my 8 year old child was hit (not on purpose) by an adult German man while he was playing air hockey, his puck flew off the table and he dived after it elbowing my daughter in the face and almost knocking her over. I know these things happen but he did not even acknowledge that he had done this, just went back to his game. When my husband confronted him about it he wasn’t bothered and muttered that he didn’t see her, still no apology!! This rudeness spilled into the food hall when we found they refused to queue up and pushed in at every opportunity. What is supposed to be a nice holiday meal turned into the hunger games!! Again this is not the hotels fault but again someone to police this wouldn’t go a miss. Entertainment - The entertainment team I found did their best but the evening entertainment we found boring and decided to stick to the beach bar which had live singers in the evening. Most of the entertainment is spoken in Turkish, then German, then Russian and then English. By the time they get round to repeating it in English it felt they couldn’t be bothered and it was rushed so we had no clue what was going on most of the time. The kids club manager ‘Super Mario’ seemed really good with the kids, until you meet him down at the beach bar after he has ‘clocked out’ and ignores your daughter when she says “Hi Super Mario” … we did not like this, he should always remain in character while on site and in view of little guests…. One morning we came out of the hotel on the way to the pool and were met by the photographer and a man holding a parrot. He asked if we would like to hold the parrot, I said “no thank you” my husband then said “no thank you” as we were walking on the man approached my 8 year old daughter, put his hand on her shoulder and attempted to put the parrot on her other shoulder. A wonderful hotel! The animation was always on spot-Sabrina and Eda made my holiday really amazing. Everyone is trying to make everything perfect during the whole day, there are always things to do, you never get bored. Besides that, every place inside and out is always very clean and perfect.

Everything was perfect during my stay in this hotel. The pools are very big and clean. The food is also very good and diverse. The best part was the animation team, especially Sabrina. She always did the best out of every activity, even though the temperature was really high. A huge thank you to everyone!

Bit of a mixed bag. Arrived at 2.30 last night. 2 family’s of 4. When we were given our rooms, we opened the door to find beds in each room to accommodate 3 people. Not ideal when there are 8 of us. We complained to hotels and hotel rep, but apparently there is nothing that can be done: we have been given a camp bed in each room which is hard as rock. We were expecting 4 proper beds in each room, not 3 and a make shift bed. Bare this in mind when booking. We have been told this is what we booked, but if we knew a camp bed was been set up in the middle of the night to accommodate our booking, that should have been ample for 4 people in each room, we would not have booked. Who wants to go on holiday and sleep in a camp bed? NOT US! Other than that, ok so far. Also our booking shows 1 double room, and a superior room. There is no difference with the two rooms we have - both crap!

We’re from England and spent a week here AI with our 3 year old son and had a great time. It was a bargain for £1600 from Newcastle. When we arrived, around 2:30am we were greeted by a lovely gentleman who spoke brilliant English (throughout our holiday most staff spoke English well enough to communicate despite other reviews). Check in was very quick and the layout of the hotel and times were explained. The lobby is very nice. We were helped to our room and then went for food in the 24 hour / night restaurant before heading to bed. We had a double/king and a single bed and the room was a good size - the bath was huge! The room safe is free. We were in room 2504 and the balcony was quite small but had a few rungs to dry towels etc. Our only issue was the quilt smelled like feet really bad from arrival. With a bit of a language barrier I don’t think anyone understood really what was wrong. Reception kept arranging for new sheets/covers and the cleaner kept putting the smelly quilt back on the bed. It was that bad we had to put it on the balcony as the whole room stunk. It was hot on a night so as long as we turned the AC down to low it was comfortable to sleep. I hope the quilt is changed for the next guests but have a feeling that the only the covers may be. We enjoyed the food here, a little too much. Obviously minus any pork but there was plenty of choice and themed nights. Some of the morning sausages tasted like sheek kebab mmm. Sometimes tables took a little while to be ready but we found another table or got cutlery ourselves so it was not a problem. Waiters bring drinks if you want table service and were great with our Son. We ate breakfast in the main restaurant each night, lunch mostly down at the pool bar which rotates stations 12-2 and 2-4. We mostly attended 12-2 for the kebab/shawarmas, pizzas and wraps but also had burgers after 2 too. We ate at the beach restaurant for lunch once which was nice, you order from a menu and staff were lovely. For dinner / tea we ate at the main restaurant which did get busy at times but we always got a table ok and patiently waited in lines which wasn’t bad. Some guests are rude, pushing in but you get that everywhere. Everything was cooked perfectly. We needed no imodium, calpol or anything all week which was great. The pinochio restaurant was a good idea but our Son sat with us. We sometimes went in for ketchup, chips, pizza etc but they had the same in the main restaurant too if not more, like chicken nuggets and fish fingers so he was happy and well fed. I was disappointed that you have to pay extra for fresh orange juice, 3 Euros. In a 5 star hotel I think it should be included in AI. We didn’t see any a la cartes open all week, just the pattisserie and night bar on -1. I’m not sure when they’re open. Drinks were nice with a lot of choice of branded spirits for cocktails. Some table service staff in the Piano bar were very attentive and friendly and made specialist cocktails and drinks for us

If it werent for the entertainment team and the hard workers around the hotel this would be a 1, the hotel is really old, you cannot get a good night sleep because everything is heard from the next room, the food is not what you would hope for, and the cherry on top as you know on all inclusive resorts you get to use all the facilities on the last day before late night flight, they said we could use the spa to clean up and get changed, but when we came at 18:10, they said spa is closed, so this means a lot of their care for leaving customers

Worst eveeer!!! I have been in 5 stars and in hostels or bnb this was the worst of my life! If i spent 1000 per person for 6 days i expect the top! When i go in a bnb i pat less and expect less of course 1. They stole my money! The staff of the cleaning was related to the top managers and they covered the robbers! Noone opened the security cam. We went ate the police station and passed all afternoon with the police declaration! 2. Noone cleaned the room. They just tidy the beds and noone cleaned the bathroom or other! It is dirtyyyy I asked 5-6 times to get someone to clean the bathroom and nothing i had ti clean it myself!! 3. The air condition was noooot working and it was 40 degrees celcius 4. The shower was clogged!!! Afeter three days of complaining to the top manager they sent someone ti fix it! He went with the shoes in the shower noone was sent to clean it even that we asked several times They say are 5 stars ultra!!! They are horrible
