Golden Horn Istanbul Hotel

As an American from Southern California, I’m just not used to this kind of white glove service. Like it almost felt awkward until I realized that’s how the staff show their excellence. Everyone working there is at that perfect sweet spot of dignified and eagerly responsive to the slightest request. You can tell it’s all new, but they’ve hop-skipped over the awkward growth spurt. For example I got some take out nearby and as a visitor, I ordered wrong and assumed the food came warm, but you have to ask. So I goofed. I asked the hotel staff if I could use a microwave real quick, they immediately grabbed my food, took it to a nearby sister hotel, nuked it perfectly, and insisted upon delivering it to my room. I asked for a couple wine glasses and they again delivered right to my room. The younger guy at the main desk is very helpful and seems very seasoned and experienced at customer service for his age. He was warm and helpful all day. We just LOVED IT. We got random sweets under glass bell jars with our room turn. Best shower setup I’ve ever had at any hotel in my life. Good charger stations too. Just amazing, and the stuff of a much more expensive hotel. Less than a football field from the train station yet quiet with great views. Sincere thanks to the staff for everything.

Hotel with strategic location in Fatih, near aya Sofia and grand bazar … Nice view on the bosphorus, the design of the hotel is unique, it is very clean and with cozy vibes, about the team and the staffing, no words to describe them, very friendly et professional, the chef is very attentive for each detail Same as for fayouz excellent service always with a smile, thank you for the bonus room and the free taxi and breakfast

Brand new styling hotel centrally located in Fatih. Super friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good effective and quiet air conditioning. Complimentary sweets in the room were a nice addition. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Newly renovated hotel, with breathtaking views. Central location, Walking distance to Blue Mosque, Spice Bazaar and other tourist attractions. Next to the Hotel there is Marmaray metro station, which takes you to asian side of the City in 4 minutes. Highly recommended!

Very good place in the city. At breakfast, Seckin KAYA (restaurant manager) serves very kindly. You can see a beautiful view from the windows. The hotel organizes a taxi. The rooms are small but cozy. Price and quality match each other.

Very good location in Sultanahmet area with all the sightseeings to be reached by tram or just walking. Lots of good restaurants and shops around.

The hotel provides quite old and small rooms but for good price with a magnificent view facing Bosphorus. The air conditioner makes it worth for money.

The staff is very friendly and the WiFi on the lobby and on the floor is good. The breakfast is 5 euro per person is a very good option.
