I was second time in Room Mate Emir and for sure not the last one. Hotel is amazing! Luxury but cozy with very beautiful rooms. The staff is awesome! The best we can imagined. Always helpful, friendly, we got everything what we expected. We felt like at home. I highly recommend this hotel 🇹🇷

Great staff, customer oriented and very friendly. They were helpful with any query and supported a last minute change in a booked Taxi. Value for money- highly recommend this hotel for a city-trip.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Our first impression was: we were attracted by the beautiful decor, but the stay itself was not very comfortable. The recaption was freindly. Breakfast were average. The value for money is a bit low.

We stayed at the Room Mate in July for 5 nights and whilst we couldn't fault the location (away from the hustle and bustle and convenient to access a variety of the cities hot spots) we were let down by the overall experience at the hotel, most notably an issue with our room door being left open.
Security: our garden suite door was left open not just once and twice, we never were told who by/nor did they ever check the CCTV so can only assume it was by the cleaning team however to say it was a mistake feels slightly suspicious as the doors were quite heavy / sturdy so shut quite easily. The fact it was wide open was very concerning as well.
Rooms: We stayed in a garden suite which overall was decorated quite nicely however they evidently haven't updated it in a while as most of the USB chargers weren't working.
Breakfast: cold options and a few cereals, the only cooked options were pre-cooked items and an omelette menu. After one night this felt a bit....tired. Would be worth looking at more fruits/healthier options (only fruit there was were a small plate of melon).

We had a great stay at Room Mate Emir! The location was really convenient, close to many delicious restaurants and major sites. The room was also outstanding. It was spacious, clean, modern and well furnished. We really liked that the room had a separate couch and tv area for us to relax in. It was also very quiet and had great air conditioning which was very welcome in the hot Istanbul weather. Above all the staff was very accommodating and friendly! In particular, Mr. Sebahattin Cakmak who worked at the front desk was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay great. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay at it again!

I’m obsessed with this hotel, such great design, and love all the pink! The staff was super friendly and helpful and my room (jr suite) was spacious and quiet after long days touring Istanbul. Would recommend, and stay again! Local to so many cute cafes and shopping.

Relaxing stay, Emir is the perfect place for you. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the elegant decor and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, Clean, and comfortable,. The beds are incredibly comfortable, Overall, my stay at Emir hotel was an absolute pleasure! From the friendly staff to the breakfast and enjoying the city of Istanbul.

The Room Mate Emir Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences so far. The people at the receiption desk are extremely friendly and they don't hesitate to help you with your luggage to get to your room after the quick check-in process.
We booked the suite with a terrace which was absolutely worth for the small extra charge. You have plenty of room and everything is nice and clean. In summer time you can even relax on the little terrace, enjoying the sunset.
There are also 3 different shower gels (hair conditioner, shampoo and body gel) in the shower.
The lobby is also extremely large and has a very colorful and happy vibe to it.
The location is also very close to the city center, so you can literally walk a couple minutes and you're there.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Istanbul.

The service was excellent! Cleaning team was really helpful, trying to guess our wishes. Our room was clean and really comfortable, as well as bathroom. All the workers from security, through reception guys to cleaning team - were just perfect. Breakfast also had varieties.

Room Mate Emir Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was chic and comfortable, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was ideal for both business and leisure travelers. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
